This is the fourth time using Cair Heating and Air. I will not call anyone else. First time, we had A/C leaking into the attic and they came out and fixed all the spots. Second and third time was for 6-month maintenance which I LOVE their maintenance package which no only protects my house from unexpected outages, but saves money by keeping my existing systems running and lasting longer. This time I need a vent moved due to some remodeling updates. Always prompt, respectful, and professional. Ivan knows what he is doing and I trust his company for good care and pricing! Thank you!

However, when Ivan arrived, he swiftly identified and resolved the problem within barely five minutes, only charged for the call. Ivan with Cair Heating & Air saved us this week! Our AC unit upstairs was not working over the weekend. We called Ivan and he came out the next day. He found a leak in our unit, gave us a few options, and gave us pros and cons to each. We decided to repair the leak, added refrigerant and instantly the AC started working upstairs! We know eventually we will need to replace the whole unit and we will be calling Ivan back to replace the unit when the time comes. He was honest, efficient, professional. We are so blessed to have found Ivan and Cair Heating & Air!!!

Reached out from the website for post-lightning-strike repairs of my furnaces. CAIR responded astonishingly quickly on a weekend and scheduled us for first thing Monday morning. Ivan was responsive, set reasonable expectations, and a genuine professional. Parts were available and he was back on site the next day to complete the repairs successfully. At the same time, we had a discussion about the condition of the existing AC condensers, and he checked both of ours and offered to replace the contactor on one for a minimal cost to potentially get it back on line. He could have easily installed it for the agreed upon amount, but he dove further into the condenser and saw that the overall condition of the two decade old unit simply did not justify spending the relatively small amount to try to resurrect it for what would likely be a very short lifespan. Could not be happier with the experience, and I will be calling Ivan and CAIR again for my HVAC needs!

I bought my home in 2010 and my AC unit had never been looked at. Ivan made the process very smooth and easy. He answered my questions right away and provided me a quote on the spot. He was able to schedule the appointment quickly and for the day/time that best worked for my family. His services are very well priced and he truly is a professional! My name is Ralph Keeling. I reside in Louisville Ky. For starts i am a very hard person to get along with and please.. Not to mention very hard to spend all most $18000.00 for a mini-Splitt heating and air. After getting prices for almost 6 months i went with Cair for their price was by far the cheapest. Their salesman was very polite and not one time was this company pushing me to buy from them. We did start off on the day of install. The installers immediately had the whole company out at my house and my problem was defuse immediately which was at my fault. I would like to say that the installers were very knowledgeable of their job, and it show. They also were very clean, friendly and respected my home. Ivan and his team at CAIR Heating & AC are great to work with! I recently built a house in Elgin and met Ivan through a mutual friend. Ivan designed an awesome HVAC system and nailed the install! I asked him to incorporate make-up air for the large range vent, enhance indoor air quality with dehumidified fresh air, and keep the upstairs playroom over the garage cool in the summer. Ivan specd top notch Carrier equipment, did a professional installation, and has returned several times to help my appliance team with their installation as well. He goes above-and-beyond what a homeowner/builder could ask for and does it at an extremely competitive price. Give them a call - good, honest contractors that are dedicated to their craft are hard to find - Ivan is one of the good ones.

“100% Precise Work” in one statement.I was asleeep through the whole instal, The Install Crew was quiet when at work and quick. Their work is precise and perfect.I was a bit nervous when it came to the price, but AMAZED that it was actually affordable. I had 2 units replaced and I was thinking it would be around 10K, but it was cheaper than I thought. So I’m honestly Hella glad I called them. I personally know the crew and their experience from having worked with them before and they are very knowledgeable in the field, and was very glad they let me sleep since I sleep right under the attic ladder where they replaced the evaporator coils.A big shout out to Mr. Ivan, he is like an Albert Einstein of Hvac. You don’t ever need to be on his shoulder like a supervisor, he’s such an honest man. Wonderful experience with Cair! My AC went out on one of the hottest days of this brutal summer and I was completely panicked, it was almost 5:30 already and I thought I would never be able to get someone out that day. The owner responded to my call quickly and he was so polite and friendly and agreed to come out within the hour even though he was on the other side of Austin on another job. He diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it on the spot! It was a huge relief and could not have gone better. All at a very reasonable cost too! So grateful for Cair!!
