I Highly recommend CK for all your HVAC and plumbing needs. I live in Hobbs and they service all surrounding areas of New Mexico. They replaced a old worn out 5 ton Heat Pump Electric with a new State of the Art Bryant fully variable 5 ton Heat Pump Electric. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was 100%. Ducting, Electrical, New Copper Lines, Proper Thermostat, Took time to walk me through the whole process start to finsh. Home feels 100 times better. 72 degrees is now Hot. Unit is undetectable. Air quality is Amazing now thanks to UV- Peroxide- Special filters. DONT USE ANYONE ELSE BUT CK. Ive used others in the past and no one compares to CK!

From beginning to end CKs heating and air were polite , professional, and on time. They provide quality work at a reasonable price and even offer a discount on cash purchases which is always a plus. I hired them to install a new Packaged Heat pump unit at my home and they delivered ahead of schedule and when the initial unit I purchased was backordered due to demand they upgraded me to the next size up at no additional cost. Additionally they provided me with a window unit to give me some type of home cooling until the project could be completed which was very much appreciated. I would absolutely do business with them again and recommend them to others in the future.

AC quit blowing didn’t know who to call I saw CK had good reviews . Service tech was awesome had to go in the attic to change the capacitor only charged me $172 total. I would high recommend this company for your AC service and repairs. Easy five stars ⭐️ plus

All of the guys who showed up to install our new A/C unit did so with the utmost professionalism and courtesy. They walked me through the use of our new thermostat as well. They said they would be at our house between 0730-0800 but were early (unheard of these days). The dismantled our old unit and had our new one up in less than 4 hours. Superior workmanship. Very Polite, super easy process they even have financing at 0% for 6 years. Highly recommend them for the selection that gives you the power of choice. I could have saved 5k first by not having a home warranty. My experience with home warranties is not once was it not normal wear and tear or got quoted chapter, page, section of the contract stating why they wont help.

Got me in the next day to come out and see what was going on with my air conditioner sending me a email the same day of 3 invoices to choose the best price that fits my budget. Ordering what I wanted got and squeezed us in. Came on time to my home to put in new unit and when this company came in they had a crew and got to work! Mind you it’s triple digits out there! Went over with us how to take care of our new unit! Got us taken care. Now it’s way cooler in our home. Thanks to the whole crew from the beginning! Cleaned up their mess and was very well mannered. I lost my husband 5 months ago and was lost on how to go about this air conditioning and they helped plus made us feel comfortable.

The unit ended up needing to be replaced, they said it would be about a week to get a new unit in, 2 days later they called to say they had the unit and would install it the next day. Our A/C unit went out and and C K came out and looked at our existing system, they explained to us that our unit was so old that it might be hard to find the part we need for repair and costly and even then that might might be the problem. Knowing we had a “dinosaur” on our hands we opted to get a quote for a new heating and A/C unit because we have both electric and gas in our home. They offered many different tier prices and all were very reasonable. We shopped around and found that they were the best route for us to take. They were very friendly and understanding of my “eagerness” to have a cool house! The install seemed to go flawlessly, they were in and out of the house and cleaned up after themselves! However, unbeknownst to either of us we actually received a defective outside unit that had a leak in one of the welds and started it began to leak Freon but instead of just trying to fix it themselves, They were honest and ordered a brand new unit from the factory and meanwhile kept the Freon topped off on the defective one so we would not lose cold air in our house! If you know anything of what Freon costs, that speaks volumes for the customer service of C K! I highly recommend C K for all your Hearing and cooking needs. You won’t find a better service around!

I highly recommend CK they set a day to come out and put a new unit and were here when they said they would be. They were very respectful, and even let us use some of their window units to keep the house cool while we waited for the parts. They are really a professional company, they came to do a job and did it well. (I had to look out twice to see if they were still out there cause they didn’t make much noise not even when they were inside replacing the unit). I will definitely call them in the future if I ever need any heating or cooling repairs.
