    Just moved into a brand new rental house and had our first freeze. We noticed that the heater was not turning on and the next morning decided to call Bruce Mech. It was 55 degrees in the house and Johnny came within a couple of hours. He walked in and immediately got to work. Solved our issue in 10 minutes! He was awesome and we are so thankful. We’d definitely recommend this company.

    Bruce Mech Air Conditioning and Heating is by far the best heating and cooling company I have ever worked with. They made sure my home furnace was taken care of at any hour of the day prior to the cold front we had recently. They didnt stop until it was fixed and even came during off hours. Brandi and Jennifer always called me back within minutes of a left voicemail and were always so kind, understanding, and clear. Blake, John, and Johnny were my techs that worked on my furnace. Truly stand up men who did an excellent job making sure my furnace was taken care of and fixed. I could not recommend a company more than I rec Bruce Mech. They are amazing! I will never use another company and will tell all friends to only use them.

    The day of our January snow is about to begin, I woke up this morning to no heat and heater not working properly. Called Bruce Mechanical and they put me down as an emergency service and they had John out within a couple of hours. I explained my situation and he checked the furnace to find out the sensor was dirty which was causing our heating system to kick on and off and not read the temp properly and hold heat. He cleaned the sensor and now its running smoothly...easy fix. Didnt charge for the clean just the service call. Not bad at all. Process was very smooth. So happy I chose this company. John did a great job, very polite and informative. I will definitely contact them again.

    I had reached out to Bruce Mechanic during the very cold weather weve had in Texas 2 weeks ago and was very pleased with John. He walked me through the steps and making sure all the wirings were correctly attached. It was perfect timing because that was the day we had the snow. Thank you John for being so patient and knowledgeable. I certainly recommend this company for their excellent service. I also want to express my gratitude to Brandi who tried her best to help and taught me the basics - that is turning the heat on. So overall it was a joint effort and everyone was truly amazing. I cant thank you guys enough.

    What can I say! Bruce Mech. Has done a fantastic install at our home! We went from two bottom line single stage equipment (always running up our energy bill) to top of the line equipment which is both quieter and extremely more efficient for our energy usage! They were amazing at explaining the entire process to us from what equipment they recommended and why to each step of the install ALL while making sure we remained comfortable in our own home! We couldn’t recommend this company enough and will be using them for all our A/C needs in the future! Thanks again Bruce team!

    I had a A/C system that was not functioning properly (blowing cool air out). Within a few hours Johnny (the tech) came out and quickly got it back up and running. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the system and gave me some great tips on how to maintain the system properly to avoid having issues down the line. It was a great experience working with Bruce Mechanical and would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

    I called this morning because my AC stopped blowing cold air after the lightning storm last night. The technician, Luis, was phenomenal! He added me to his already busy schedule and arrived in just two hours. Not only did he find the issue right away, he also found several other things wrong with our setup and corrected them. He even took the time to educate me on our HVAC system and even helped me get my warranty registered. All that to say the customer service was outstanding and Bruce Mech has earned a new customer!

    I have had a humidity issue at my home luckily the issue is covered by my new home warranty. Luis has been to my house 3 times and has been absolutely amazing his knowledge on HVAC is remarkable. I ask a lot of questions and he never got annoyed with me haha. I would highly recommend Luis and Bruce Mech. Very professional and great customer service.

    Luis came to my house and took the time to figure out exactly what was wrong with our upstairs unit. Wed had another company come out and say everything was normal even though it was obviously not. Luis was very informative and was able to fix my ac the next day since parts had to be ordered.     Luis and his partner that day were very thorough in evaluating and analyzing the issue we were having with one of the air ducts for our new build. Luis clearly explained the issue and communicated next steps (follow-up duct work appointment needed).     This morning we woke up to our AC not cooling. Called the HVAC company at 8am and they sent John Cruz to service the unit. He called beforehand to let us know what time he would arrive. Very prompt and knowledgeable. He did a thorough check on the system. Going to the attic, checking all the electrical stuff went to the actual unit ran the test and saw what was wrong and fixed everything. Now we have a working unit. We’re so grateful for John and his hard work. Excellent experience!!!!!!

    Our AC was not cooling, this was about 6:30pm, had our community Pradera Oaks call out to Bruce Mech Air. They were here by 7:15pm and repaired the AC.They were very professional and friendly, from the girl answering the phone to Johnny who came out to repair the AC.Highly recommend them, they are awesome.

    I have used this company for a year and I always ask for Jason to come and do my maintenance request. Jason always answer my questions and takes time to help me understand what kind of service he will perform before he performs it. This way I know what to expect. Very professional and very friendly. I was made aware of a recent electrical issue. He quickly called it in and the staff notified my builder to have this issue resolved. I absolutely love how they communicated and made sure the builder stayed up to code with my unit. They are trustworthy as a company and I look forward to continuing doing business with them and seeing my expert Jason in the Spring.

    UPDATE AUFMG 12, 2024 WE GIT HOLD OF OWNER GE REALLY TAJE CARE OF US AFTER NOT HAVEING AC TWICE IN A WEEK WITH SO MANY PROBLEMS HE SEND US THE BEST THANK TO THOSE THAT FUGURE OUT IT WAS NOT ALL FAULT. GOLD BLESS YOUI am editing this review.Aug 10,2024 time3 pm Jt is next weekend and again A/C not working. Although they have 24/7 emergency calls no one did answer the phone nor respond to my call. We had to call someone else to come as my grand kids are here and it is 83 in the house. Not sure what is going pn but the guy right now working on it. I am not going to pay any to Buce Mechanical as I am super Duper mad of lack of thier responsibility...We dont live here but we come to babysit our Grand kids. It is 106 degree summer July 2025. When we came on Thursday July25 our AC was not working since we bought thier warranty we can call them and they send thier service guy which was after 5 when he came. After going in and out several times he diagnose that the two coils connected to AC has holes and no Freaon . This house is just one year old. I asked do I keep calling them or they will be in top of it. He promise me we get a call the next day. They calked us late in the afternoon of Friday as if we want to fix fast we have to pay additional 400 dollars fir freight. If not it will be two weeks before the can fix it and it will cost us 2000 dollars we said ordered and they said the keep in touch and they call either Sat or Sunday or latest Monday. We never heard from them until both my husband and I called them on Monday. After finally someone answered the phone that they claim is 247 emergency. They said they will be here first stop on Tuesday. The last two nights has been horrible. Super hot 🔥 and impossible to sleep. Thos is day 5. It is 12 pm and no show yet. I am very disappointed with thier services and thier communications with customer and they so far they handle our situation. Not sure what will happen and when they fix it but after get it done or may be not done we will no longer recommend or use thier services. If they have so many customers and demand is high they need to give more accurate respond. My dogs our hit, ny grand kids our our. I am really angry.Update: owner just called my husband apologized for the way his employees handle this problem. Although it does not make 6 days without AC in this heat go away with no accurate communication with us by calling us makes us feel better that we were really right. Thank you BRUCE

    Johnny and Zach with Bruce Mechanical are awesome - super professional, friendly, efficient and fast! I reached out on 4/7 to my home warranty company regarding my AC not working. Monday, April 8th Johnny and Zach came to my home, immediately went to work and assessed the problem. By Wednesday, April 10th - a new motor was ordered, installed and my AC is working perfectly.Johnny took time to educate me on additional services and how to maintain my AC and Zach ensured I had the correct filter.They are a dynamic duo, and I am happy with the service I received.     My home builder sent out Bruce Mechanical for some issues found during my 1 year inspection and Johnny was the tech assigned for the job. Couldnt of been happier with his professionalism and communication with what was going on during the service. He was able to fix the issue that he was called out for, but found that the initial install done by a different company was incorrect and needed further work. Looking forward to have him come back out and completing once the builder signs off on the work.

    I am a new home owner whose A/C was working properly. I called my home builder warranty and they sent out Bruce Mechanical company. Johnny and Zach were the tech assigned for the job. First, he called to give me ETA when he was on he way. From the start very responsive and thorough with their service inspection to check the problem. Johnny advised that for some reason the thermostat was set on the setting from the initial inspection when building the home, air was coming from the outside, installion stuff from the attic was coming throughout the vents and one of those foil big tubes were loose or somethinglike that, etc.(lol A/C terminology is bad). He said thats the why the outside was frozen which was another concern of mine. It was a pleasure working with Johnny. He went above and beyond by explaining everything on his service and was able to get me fixed up by fixing everything discussed the same day. I shouldnt have anymore issues for a long time if not years. So if your reading this you should definitely consider them for ongoing HVAC maintenance work. Couldnt of been happier with his professionalism and communication with what was going on during the service. Two thumbs up

    At my house I needed a unit change out and electrical air handler. It was ordered asap and fixed. Job was 100 percent complete and done in a quick time frame within a couple of hours. No issues were found only thing was my drain lines were clogged and they came right out and fixed that for me! After that everything has been perfect and the house is now sold to new homeowners! Office and staff are very friendly, professional, down to earth and very understanding! Family ran american business! Very happy with the customer service and experience.     After using another A/C company for my annual servicing, they told me my 1 year old unit needed $500 in repairs, even though my unit was working fine. Ended up calling Bruce mechanical for a second opinion and they were half the price, didn’t constantly try to sell me a service plan, and explained everything in detail. So helpful, and taught me small things I can do myself to maintain things that don’t cost money. Really happy with these guys, David was great.

    During this last crazy winter storm we were in a panic because the heating unit in our rental wouldn’t light and we’re concerned for our elderly tenants with the sub freezing temps. Bruce was the only company out of 10 that responded. They did not have a tech that could make it out to the property but called our tenants direct and we’re able to walk them through fixing it. They didn’t have a tech so they wouldn’t take payment and just truly wanted to help. Awesome people! Awesome service!
