We called BVAC Services on a Monday night after our furnace was not providing heat. Within a few minutes Priscilla from BVAC Services called me back. She spoke with a technician who was more than willing to troubleshoot after hours. After determining nothing could be done immediately the tech showed up first thing the next morning. BVAC Services gave us three options with good detail. We gave them our decision and they also provided space heaters at zero additional cost. BVAC Services exemplifies great customer service and they will always be our preferred HVAC service company!

We had a loud rattling noise develop in our AC and knew we needed to get it looked at before it died. We called BV AC Services and Repair, and we were able to make an appointment for the next day. The technician that came to service our unit, Angel, was professional, friendly, and efficient. We will definitely call them next time we have any issues!

We were hours away from home on vacation when our house/pet sitter called to let us know that our AC had given out. Of course this happens on the first 100+ degree weekend of the year AND while we were out of town.I called Brazos Valley AC after hours on a Friday night and the owner picked up right away. They gave me a quote for emergency services immediately and didn’t pressure me to take the after hours service. I made an appt for the next day and the tech arrived even before the scheduled time! There was a text before hand, just as promised.Less than two hours later we had confirmation of the issue and the repair, as well as a reasonable invoice.Priscilla, Cesar, and everyone their team is 100% professional, kind, considerate, and accommodating. Don’t question whether or not this is the team for your HVAC repair or replacement, they are the real deal of a local, family owned operation that will actually care for you. I’d give 10 stars if I could!

Not only did they answer with a REAL PERSON with only one ring (I know, crazy, right?) they sent us a technician giving us a two hour service window. They sent me a text when he was on the way and he showed up promptly at the front end of the service window. Cesar was friendly and professional and he nailed the issue right away. He also took time to look/inspect our other units (free of charge) and even cleaned all 3 after fixing the bad capacitor. This young man is awesome and waaaaayyy better than very experienced other techs from other companies who’ve been to our home over the years. As a result, we’ve made the switch to BVACSR for good. Our AC went out at the worst time because our son was sick with Croup and had a fever. Brazos Valley AC Services responded and showed up quickly in the evening and fixed the issue. My family was very thankful that they were able to resolve and repair our issue with our AC in a timely manner after hours.

The reason they didnt get 5 star rating has to due with a miscommunication about cost.On the initial visit, they added 3lbs of refrigerant due to a leak with my evaporator coil. The coil was under warranty and they verbally quoted a cost for repair (~$260) . I didnt look closely at the approval paperwork which listed $1,200.They came back out with the replacement coil and were again very professional, however after the install the total cost was indeed ~$1,200.
