    We had a great experience with Blueline. Our Heater had and issue during one of our cold spells and he got out to us and fixed everything same day. Very profesionally, communicated clearly, gave us fair pricing (and our options), and showed up when he said he would. Give them a call, we cannot recommend any higher.

    We had an issue with our heat pump not heating up the house. We called Blueline and they had someone come out within an hour. Unfortunately, we had a Freon leak, but they were able to fix it the same day. Now our heat pump doesn’t run all the time, and we don’t see the emergency heat on all the time. I highly recommend them to anyone needing help with their HVAC system.

    A few weeks ago our A/C went out in the afternoon and I tried calling five different HVAC companies and I got all voicemail, except for Blueline Mechanical. They were busy but they came out to my house anyway. Kevin was great! He was honest and answered all my questions. Ultimately, we had to replace our whole system because it was so old. We had three other companies come out for other bids and Kevin kept in touch with me during that time. We went with another company because of financing but I wanted to give Kevin and Blueline a great review because of his awesome customer service. Even after I told him we had to go with another company, he still gave us tips to go over with the other company. I thought that was going above and beyond! They will definitely be my ‘go-to’ if we need anything in the future. Thanks Kevin!

We were able to get a much better deal with Blueline, and they took the time to explain how the new system works and programmed our new thermostat for us. You can’t go wrong with Blueline; they worked with us to ensure we got exactly what we wanted at a reasonable cost.

    Our Air conditioner stopped working last week, and with a newborn baby we panicked a little bit as it was getting hot very quickly.     Our AC went out about 7:00 on a Sunday night. Between my husband and I, we called 6 or 7 different companies, and left messages where we could, and not a SINGLE one called us back. I get to Blueline, and Kevin answered right away after I got through the menu, and was out at our house by 8:30. He had great customer service, was able to diagnose the problem quickly, and got it fixed within the hour! Our AC even blew colder after he was done! Then come the next day he texted me and made sure everything was still working ok (it was). Out of all of our experiences of dealing with AC companies and getting the runaround, this one was BY FAR the best one weve dealt with!!
