Blue Collar installed a new air conditioner unit for me. I have to say I made the right choice going with them!!! Peyton, did a wonderful job!! He had a new unit installed within 2 days!!! He and Jeremey, who helped Peyton, were both so nice, really great to work with and left the place nice and clean!!!! I highly recommend you give Blue Collar a call for any HVAC issues!!

I recently had a major issue with one of my air conditioning units, and I called Blue Collar HVAC and Services. Payton and Jeremy, the technicians who came to fix it, worked in the middle of the heat up in the attic. They got everything up and running in a very short time. I was worried about being taken advantage of, but their price was very reasonable. They didn’t try to upsell me or make me buy a whole new unit like another company I called before them. That other company diagnosed the problem without even opening the cover of the A/C! Payton, on the other hand, went above and beyond to track down the exact problem and came up with a fast, reasonable solution. He even took the time to train me on some air conditioning and maintenance tips. Overall, I’m really impressed with their work and highly recommend them. I will be using them again! Thanks.

Peyton was great. He came out shortly after I called for service. Had a low diagnostic/dispatch fee. Unlike many other HVAC technicians, he was very willing to answer any questions about my system and help me troubleshoot myself if I was willing. When I asked him to come to the house, he spent as much time as was needed to make sure the system was running properly. I am very pleased with his service and will use him again next time. He was able to get to us on the same day we needed him, but more importantly, he was in communication throughout the day on timing and very transparent with his pricing. We will only be using Blue Collar for our HVAC needs moving forward as they’ve earned our repeat business.

One of the best experiences we have had with a company. Our ac went out at 8:45 pm on a weeknight. Peyton came out with no hesitation, and got us up and running within an hour. Cant say enough good things about this company.

My AC went out at 8:00 pm while we were celebrating my wife’s birthday. We got home at 10:00 pm and it was already 85 degrees inside. We also had family here from out of town. I called several companies and nobody would answer. My wife posted on Facebook and we were led to Payton Randell. Left a message and he called within 2 minutes. Told me the price and I agreed. He was at my door in 10 minutes. Was 11:30 by now. Very upfront, transparent and had the AC working within 15 minutes. Such a wonderful experience. Side note, he had to go out of town at 6:00 am the next morning for a family reunion and still came late at night to help. A+++ in my book!

I contacted Peyton with Blue Collar HVAC and he came out this evening! They worked quickly and honestly! Within 30 minutes they figured out the problem and fixed it! Ran some tests to make sure it would cool and all came back good! Peyton answered all of my questions without hesitation! I will not go anywhere else moving forward! If you are looking for an HVAC company I highly highly recommend! Can’t beat hard work and honestly!

I HIGHLY recommend blue collar HVAC and services. They came out and replaced my HVAC condenser, did an excellent job, and had a fair price! Not only that, but the owner was going out of town, when he heard that my family and I had no AC, with the hot weather coming up soon he got to our house and did the install even though he was supposed to be leaving. Very considerate and courteous, and did an excellent job.
