I can’t say enough good things about this business!! Cody was amazing and SAVED US! We have a newborn and our AC went out at 6 pm on a Friday (because when does it ever go out during normal business hours!?!)He had us fixed up so fast and let me tell you, he was so nice, honest, and professional. If we ever have issues in the future he will be my first call!

We called Big Star in July based off of Facebook recommendations. Cody was awesome! Arrived in a timely manner, worked quickly, and was extremely reasonable in price. A faulty part replaced and our AC was back to blowing COLD! We called again this morning as our heat wasnt working. Again he responded quickly and was finished within about 30 minutes or so. Found the issue with a wonky wire in the thermostat and BOOM were warm and toasty again. His number is posted on the info board in our kitchen and we will continue to use him when needed! Fantastic service, very down to earth and friendly. Highly recommend!

Our AC went out on a “Friday night” go figure, Cody showed up late Friday night after hrs found the problem, unfortunately for us we needed a whole new unit. He gave us a smaller mobile ac to plug in for the evening free of charge & we where able to keep the bedroom cool enough to be able to sleep. Saturday morning he had us a brand new ac unit installed in the house& had it cooling before noon. Great service, great person to do fair business with. Highly recommended.

Cody is great! He is very honest and knowledgeable. We got his opinion on our busted A/C system and he was very forth-coming about the issue and what to expect from our warranty company. After getting the run-around from the A/C service our warranty company wanted us to use and finally getting the work done, we figured out they messed it up. Cody came in and fixed it. It was an expensive lesson, but always go with the honest, nice, reliable ones! Big Star is just that. Highly recommend!

I called Big Star and spoke with Cody about my A/C problem. He came out the same day and right on time. Cody is not only a great A/C Technician from his many years in the business, he is a stand-up kind of guy. He is the type of guy you trust with your life. He is of upstanding moral character and great A/C technician. Its great to have him nearby. I know you wont be disappointed by using Big Star. Hes a five star kind of businessman. ;)

Labor Day weekend I arrived late home with my family that were staying the weekend with me. It was 9:30 p.m. and the air conditioner was not working. I called big star and Cody said he would come out and be there in about 30 minutes. I have used Big Star before and they did a good job and were very fair pricing. He showed up within the 30 minutes and it was only something minor. Cory works fast to fix it he always does good work. He could have charged me a lot more but was so fair to the situation. I will always use Big Star AC. I recommend this company without hesitation.

We are 100% pleased. Cody came to our home the same day we called. He came out Friday to check our nonworking air conditioner. It was done for. Cody and his helper, Stacie his wife, came to our home before 8am Saturday. We had our new unit installed and running BEFORE lunch. He is the best. We would trust them in our home without us.We think his pricing is good.

I called 3 AC companies on a weekday and only 1 was answered by the owner. Cody was able to provide me accurate information, an estimate, and an appointment when I needed it. When he arrived, he quickly and thoroughly resolved my issue and provided me a reasonable invoice. Well mannered and knowledgeable young man. I highly recommend Big Star.

We recently moved into a home on a ranch our boss purchased and realized the central heat didnt work. We called Big Star and Cody came and assessed the situation, had to special order two parts and got it fixed ,all in a very timely manner and very professional and friendly. And very affordable!I highly recommend this company and will use them again when needed.

We purchased a house as is. We knew the smaller unit upstairs needed to be replaced, but the large unit downstairs worked fine...until three days later. I found Cody by Googling and reading reviews. He was my choice. He replace both units and even brought over a portable A/C unit when he realized we were actually staying at the house. Two weeks later, when we came to town, the house wasnt cool. I called him on a Saturday night at dinner time and he showed up to fix it within the hour. Good guy, would definitely recommend him.

Big Star installed two new A/C units at our home using a crew of 3 who did a complete change out of our systems in one day! Installed wireless thermostats with sensor alarms for heat and water condensation levels. Great folks, professional and provided quality products. Also used for service calls and they were very responsive as well.

A hot June day is not a good day for the a/c in Texas to stop working. We called Big Star AC and not only were they above par on being responsive and on time but also provided quality work. Big Star AC is courteous, friendly and they do not throw money at the problem to try to figure out what is wrong. They actually take an approach that is one of concern for your well-being as they diagnose the problem. They will not stop until the problem is solved and they are respectful in all matters of response time, quality and value. They do what they say they are going to do. Very refreshing.

Thank you, thank you! I thought I was going to have to spend hundreds having my refrigerator fixed, or buying a new one. The knowledgeable service tech was able to do a little work around that saved all my food, saved me some money and bought me some time before to replace my 20 yr old fridge! Kind, courteous and prompt! Big Star will be my go to for repairs in the future.
