I had an issue with my A/C. I had called another company and they came out and wasted my time by telling me I needed to replace my compressor system outside. They wanted to sell me a new unit. Make a long story short. They wanted to rip me off I called the wonderful folks at Be Cool and were prompt to arrive at my home. With a few checks and adjustments. It came out to be a simple fix. These folks are the best!!!! They inform, advice and double check everything. The technician was very helpful and knowledgeable in what he was doing. As far as workmanship and repairs are concerned I have never seen a more quality service repair done as perfectly done as this job was, in fact the professionals even cleaned up after themselves once the repairs had been done! They came out on one of the hottest days of the summer and promptly went to work without any air circulation or ventilation in my home and and continued to work until the entire job was done! They even came back the following day to make certain everything was up to par with their work and to make sure I was satisfied with their installation. I have to say these people are the real deal if you are looking to have your home’s AC in working order and being cooled most efficiently too.

Amazing service!! If you you need anything related to AC conditioning, you need to call Be Cool. My AC broke down in the Laredo heat and the technicians showed up right away. My experience with Be Cool A/C services was the BEST! I can honestly say the BEST, and what they charged was VERY REASONABLE compared to other companies. I called because A/C was not cooling correctly after a power surge. The employees were very professional and courteous, they checked my A/C and did some maintenance (cleaned coils) and replaced a capacitor. They left the work area clean. I highly recommend this company and give it an A+. Thank You Christian!I will definitely use them again if needed.

Struggled with AC balance in my new home for 1 year. I tried over 8 different contractors and no one could help. House was up to 8 degree difference in some rooms with master bedroom the hottest. Chris from Be Cool worked on my ducts went up and down attic until the entire house was balanced within 2 degrees. The ENTIRE house feels very balanced and fresh. He even showed me pics of what he did, found and corrected!

I was in a bind and needed a new HVAC system before I sold my home. I contacted Mr. Aguilar online and he responded to my request first thing in the morning. He gave me a very reasonable quote for a new Evcon System and showed up at my house within 2 hours to measure the space. Within 24 hours he installed my new unit. The unit is wonderful and comes with a great warranty ! The new owner of my home will be very happy. Mr. Aguilar and his employee were extremely polite and professional. If you need AC call Be Cool
