I started with Centex, and paid my &75. The guys seemed nice but 5 -6 hrs later gave me $1400 estimate. Talked to the kind gentleman at Bastrop Air. He promptly fixed the problem.- less than $300. Honest business and great work in a timely manner.

I had an urgent commercial refrigeration repair issue, and Bastrop Air was the first to respond. They were kind and courteous to my staff, and they were able to fix my prep fridge quickly and for a very fair price. They also came back to my business a few days later to make sure everything was running properly. I would absolutely use Bastrop Airs services again for my business and home.

I called them up today and at first they said the soonest would be tomorrow but one of his workers, Greg, called me back soon after saying he could be on his way. It was so fast and responsive! He replaced the compressor component and it wasnt an arm and leg to fix. He was honest and professional. Would definitely recommend

Early Tuesday morning my furnace broke during the freezing weather last week in Bastrop and I had no heat. I left message with Bastrop A/C asking for someone to call as soon as possible about this. C.J. called me and said hed get here as soon as he could safely do so because of the weather conditions. He talked with my son and was assured I had a place to stay until the furnace was fixed. He found the fan was broke; he had no part in his van; left to see if he had one in the shop. He called back to tell me he didnt and the warehouse he gets parts from was closed. He kept me informed after that and finally on Friday afternoon he was able to pick up the part and fix my furnace. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend using this company when needed.

A/C went out overnight thought I would have to wait 24hrs to get a tech over to our home. That was not the case when I called Bastrop Air Conditioning & Heating. After just 2 hours I had my A/C back up and running. They have always been very professional with a quick response and reasonable cost. Thank you for serving our community. Highly recommend.

My Lennox 3.5 Ton 16 Seer unit has been a blessing. Over 4 years old and only tripped due to me letting the inside filter remain unchanged after it was due. Nice AC Tech showed up by 1p.m. and figured out the cause of the trip and had the unit up and running in about an hour. He checked out the unit for any other problems and Im going to schedule a yearly contract so its cleaned and checked twice yearly. Nice friendly, father and son business with other highly qualified AC personnel to service your needs. I give them 5 Stars!
