Amazing guy! Grandparents AC went out in the middle of a horrible heat wave! Senior citizens in a house 92 degrees!Bass took time in between appointments and came and fixed them up in minutes! Called other guys and was told it would be Sunday at the soonest! True life saver! -

Bass heating and cooling remained flexible with me while battling with my home warranty company to get work done. He advocated on my behalf to the home warranty company on what needed to be done to fix my HVAC issues correctly rather than putting a bandaid on it. He got the equipment quickly. It was taking my home warranty company months to get equipment. Ultimately, I feel this is a good local business that would be happy to give the same quality service that I got to you. -
