    Best A/C company ever! I called at 4:20 PM and they were at my house to fix my A/C at 4:50. The problem was just a lizard that shorted out the capacitor and nothing more. 30 minutes later the problem was fixed for $80.Cory was very friendly and professional, I highly recommend Barretts A/C.

    Ive used Barretts Heating and AC for many years. Brian Stringer runs a great business and everyone is as polite and professional as youd hope for. Regardless of what Ive needed them for, theyve always been prompt, taken care of the problem and are very reasonably priced. Ill be needing a new AC soon, and I know where Im going.

    Barretts has been doing AC repairs and installing new units for me for well over 30 years. In addition to working on my personal residence in Seabrook, they also work on all of my rental properties in Seabrook, La Porte, Pasadena, Deer Park, and Webster.Brian, the owner, is knowledgeable, helpful, and bends over backwards to get things running quickly, especially when it is hot outside!!! He is honest and their prices are fair. And on top of all of that, he is a pretty funny guy!If you need an AC company, look no further. If I could give more than five stars I def would!

    Barrett’s was recommended to me and I am sure glad I gave them a call! Lucio came out and took the time to explain and show me exactly what the issue was and let me take pictures. Lucio was honest with me with not only the issues going on with my AC, but laying out my options as well. Prices are very fair as well.All of the folks I have encountered with Barrett’s have been extremely kind and professional. Thank you for all of the hard work and I will be calling Barrett’s for any AC work from now on!

    I called this morning as our ac was not functioning properly, Cory was there by 11 and had everything fixed by 12! I am so grateful for the efficient service, and good quality work. Was a great price especially during summer when I know they are busiest.

    Lucio w/ Barretts showed up on time and had the A/C unit repaired and cooling the house down in an hour. Very responsive and kept me up to date w/ what was happening. He also pointed out the noisy compressor and gave me a heads up that it would fail sooner rather than later. All in all, fast, professional service. Highly recommend Barretts!

    Our thermostat went out recently, right as the cold weather rolled in. I installed a new one and it worked for a day. Day 2 no heater, no A/C. All the Google suggestions in the world couldnt get it to work. Brian was professional, punctual and clear in communicating when he would arrive. He was courteous and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the personable, friendly service.

    Great, fast, and affordable service! Called at 8:10 Monday and Dennis arrived at 8:40. He had it finished by 9:20! So thankful and happy with them! My dad whom is living with us is on oxygen and cant handle humidity or heat. I will be using them again in the future should need be! Thank you for your excellent service, it meant a lot to us!

    I have been experiencing some issues with my heater for the past one month but I havent gotten a chance to have someone check it. Called Barretts Heating and Air Conditioning this weekend and they sent Scott who arrived on time and worked on the system in about an hour and it was working perfectly. He explained everything he was doing and made sure I understood the problem and the solution. highly recommended!!

    Called this morning 07/21/17 due to leaking secondary hose. Woman who answered the phone very polite, courteous, and efficient. Within an hour, Marcus called and said he would be over in 10 minutes..wow! quickly diagnosed what needed to be done Suggested what I need to do but did not push on me. Price for service today very reasonable! This is the only AC company I will work with in the future!! Great 👍Business!

    Called Barretts to come out and put freon in our AC unit. Somehow there was some Miscommunication between us on the time,not sure by who but it didnt matter as Brian the owner called us and said he would come over anyway, it was after 5:30pm and no questions asked he was at our house in 10 mins. We appreciate the great service!

    Called at 8:15AM 1/2/18. Technician was scheduled to call before lunch. Didnt hear back, called to check at 2PM. Spoke with Brian. Brian came out to visit within 30 mins, determined the problem within 5 minutes, and had a technician out within an hour (didnt have part on him at the time). Top notch service and extremely fair prices. Wouldnt go anywhere else for our AC/Heating needs! Thank you Brian and Barretts!!

    I havent always been pleased with HVAC companies in the past but Barretts HVAC impressed me. They were professional and timely. Pricing was really a great value and I like the fact they didnt send a subcontractor to do the install. They were Barretts HVAC employees. They also registered my equipment for the extended warranty (not all HVAC companies do this).

    Great customer service an always available to go the extra mile. They represent a great major brand in Rheem (Ruud) for new units & can work on anything. You want to build a relationship with your local A/C guy and we have that here in La Porte w/ Barretts.
