    I have been using Barrettā€™s AC service since 2022 and could not be happier. They are fair and honest when servicing your AC and heat system. Cory has been doing my yearly service checks and he is extremely professional and explains things without a lot of the technical jargon. He gets right to the point and is very well mannered in talking. Overall great company and service techs.

    My AC was blowing hot Friday night and it was very uncomfortable for my wife and I. Saturday morning I got in touch with Barretts and by 6:00 Saturday evening. I had cool air blowing again. The service was outstanding. Cory was very knowledgeable and did not waste any time resolving my problem. The cost for the service was very reasonable, especially for a Saturday. I highly recommend this company

    Great Service from Barrettā€™s. They communicated when when route and were on time. Completed the service quickly, checked multiple times the equipment was functioning as designed. Cleaned up any debris and removed from site. Highly recommend.

    Rarely do I find a company that does everything right, but Barrettā€™s didā€¦.twice. I was involved in 2 projects, back to back. I have nothing but good things to say.There prices were fair, they were prompt, polite, used good materials and equipment and cleaned up aftet themselves.Next time I only have to call 1 companyā€¦Barrettā€™s.

    Our A/C stopped blowing cold air on a Saturday. We called Barrett and they had a tech out within a hour. They were extremely fast to get us taken care of. Turns out a clogged drain in the attic was causing a shutoff switch to engage. Pricing was extremely reasonable, even with an after hours call out fee. I 100% recommend these guys for HVAC needs.

    My father was a residential home contractor in the 60ā€™s, and built homes in Deer Park. For most of the 70ā€™s his work was mainly commercial construction in Pasadena, where we lived. The early 80ā€™s saw him building homes again around Lake Houston until the economy, if youā€™ll remember, offered a new direction in lead detection on municipal contracts. With all this said, my point is I grew up in and around and working with the many people and trades required. With a fairly firm understanding of what distinguishes top tradesmen from the mediocre, I can honestly say that the folks at Barrettā€™s H&A/C are the best recommendation and absolutely the ones you want to call. They handle all the HVAC at my residence as well as at my business in La Porte. Their customer oriented attitude combined with their expertise and ability are just some of the reasons Iā€™m grateful to have them in my corner.Thank you

    Had to call on a Saturday because our AC stopped working. They came out within 45 minutes and had the problem solved 10 minutes within them getting to our house. We will never use anyone else! Excellent service and very professional!

    We had an air-conditioning issue on a Saturday night that required immediate attention. We contacted Barretts and a technician arrived within 30 minutes. He was professional, informative and friendly. Repair cost was very reasonable, considering it was a weekend call. We highly recommend this company for all your AC needs.

    Bryan the owner arrived on scheduled ready to work. Have use Barretts soon after buying home in 1990. Our ac and heating units was replaced 2021. Has been very well maintained. Bryan did the yearly PM on the heating system. Our AC and HTR system issues have always responded during minor Malfunctions. Repairs which were reasonably priced. Our recent installation included a full system upgrade including the duct system. Cost to run system reduced and a much better controlled house temperature. This included the very much improved cooling to our 2nd floor family room. Do highly recommend Barretts for all your ac and heating equipment needs.

    Josh came out to perform a winter PM. I told him of an issue I was having with part of my house not cooling and heating evenly. He adjusted dampers and he was able to improve circulation throughout house within minutes. Very happy with my service!

    Barrettā€™s AC came out to my residence after hours due to my air conditioner issues. I left a voicemail due to it being after hours and promptly received a call back. The technician that came out to service the air conditioner was very professional, knowledgeable, and very polite. He explained what the issue was and how he was going to correct it. We purchased our unit from Barrettā€™s Air Conditioner due to all the positive reviews we read and other people that had nothing but great things to say about them. Thank you Barrettā€™s AC for all you have done for us.

    Absolutely the best heating and air conditioning serve in the greater Houston/Galveston/Bay Area. No pressure selling of systems that will not meet your needs. They tell you up front what is needed, the costs, and how long to install. The repairs are made after diagnosing the problem, telling you what the options are in an easy to understand manner, and making the repairs you approved, without pressuring you into buying repairs you dont need.

    Our AC (19 years old) started squeaking at night, knew it was probably a bearing or motor. Decided to wait and call in the morning, woke up to the fan not running. Made a text form the website and called when they opened, and they had me already on the schedule. Made their way out at 9:30. Marcus showed up on time and was great, told me what the issue was, gave me a quoting price (it was the motor like we thought) Had one replaced within an hour. Walked me outside to show me some things on the unit and went inside to look inside attic to take a look at furnace. Said he would send me a quote just to look at since our was getting old. (Which we already knew)And said we wouldnā€™t need anything replaced but the outside unit. (Such a good thing to hear bc we had heard before that we would have to have everything replaced bc it was all old)Great work, great communication, prices were as expected and not overpriced. Will use again!

    We left a message after hours and received an immediate call back. We didnā€™t feel our issue warranted a late night service call so they set us up with an appointment for first thing the next morning. The owner himself came out and identified a potential root cause. He added Freon to get our system cooling again and asked us to reach back out if certain parameters werenā€™t reached within two hours. Those parameters werenā€™t reached and they dispatched a technician quickly, who confirmed that our evaporator coil needed to be replaced. The new system was installed the next day.Weā€™ve been using Barrett for almost 30 years and were disappointed when we moved out of their service area a few years ago. Thankfully weā€™re now back in their service area and this most recent experience reminded us what incredible customer service they offer. We are so glad to have them back as our go to HVAC service provider. We canā€™t recommend them enough to anyone needing HVAC services.

    I found myself in need of ac help after hours. I called Barrettā€™s and they were extremely helpful. They talked with me and gave suggestions and offered to come out that evening or the following morning. Made an appointment for following morning.     Air conditioner went out - in June, of course. Barretts was out a couple of hours after the call. Scheduled a crane to come out the next morning to lift the unit up to the second story. Crew arrived at 7:30 am to start dismantling the old unit, crane arrived at 7:45. Amazing work! Ive used Barretts for many years, and will continue!
