Johnathan came to determine why my hvac vents were condensating and found each vent was not properly insulated in the attic. Issue persisted, and he returned and pulled each vent, caulked all around the vents, custom cut foam seals, and reinstalled the vents. NO MORE CONDENSATION!!! To our surprise, he refused to charge us the second trip. He sounded like my dad, who would not charge more for the secondary repairs when the first did not fix the issue. This is someone I will continue to use and highly recommend him. -
