    We called Baez for our heater that stopped working right before a cold front. They scheduled us in promptly and the guys that came to fix our heater were nice, friendly and very professional. I was able to work from home and have meetings while they worked quietly down the hall. They even gave us good information about our heating system and the general maintenance needed. Thank you! Were so happy to be toasty warm during this cold front!

    I called Mr. Baez to come out and check our AC unit and give us a second opinion. He was very honest, professional and friendly.     We called Baez for the first time to check out our upstairs are conditioner. After inspection they provided us a number of options from repairing our 11 year old system to installing new. We felt that the best option was a replacement unit. The cost proposed was competitive but what made this a great purchase was the quality of the install. As a family owned business reputation is the heart of their business which is reflective in the quality of the work. I know enough to be dangerous when it comes to HVAC repair. The solder joints in the copper pipe connections were perfect . They tarped our hardwood and carpet. The drip pan in the attic was installed with a clean out valve etc. Truly professionals from start to finish.

    I was very pleased with Baez Heating and AC. I called them Monday morning and they came early afternoon. He went above and beyond to find the part for my old heat pump, instead of just just trying to get me to buy a new one. Thought his price was reasonable.     Baez Heating and Air Conditioning installed a new 4 tons heat pump system for us. Although the old system worked it was very slow to cool and electric bill had increased from peeks of $400 to peeks of $615 multiple times last year. They did the work in about 5 hours inside and out including relocating thermostat, doubling the return intake size, adding a concreate slab for the outside condenser to set on. They really had excellent workmanship. Im glad to have them for future work when needed.

    John Baez along with his crew from Baez Heating and Air Conditioning LLC installed new Daikin 5 ton and 4 ton air conditioning units along with their related gas furnaces at my home. They did an excellent job and totally cleaned up after they were finished. They even showed me how the former company that installed my old units (that were being replaced) did not do a good job of properly installing the old units. That former installation company had leaks where the old units were placed that allowed them to bring hot attic air into the air supply that entered my house. John Baez corrected this problem and this has resolved the cooling issues of my house. He also re-engineered some of my room vents and my house has never been so cool and comfortable. His company installed the equipment when it was still the tail end of winter so therefore, it was too cool outside and it wasn’t possible to tweak the Freon level in the new air conditioning units to the maximum level. However, he came back right on schedule to adjust the Freon and insure that everything was working perfectly once it warmed up outside. I could not be happier with the excellent job that they did and as mentioned, my home is now more comfortable than it has ever been. In addition, I thought that their prices were quite reasonable and very competitive. Their pricing was significantly lower than some of the other major local companies that gave me an estimate.I would highly recommend John Baez and the entire Baez Heating and Air Conditioning Company for anyone needing air conditioning or heating maintenance, modification or replacement.

    John and Steve were totally awesome and worked with such a profound sense of care and respect far beyond what Ive ever experienced. They each took the time to carefully explain each and every detail about what they were doing and why they were doing it, they were very patient with me in answering all my questions and describing in great detail their answers to my questions. They both definitely put the customer and their families first before themselves and make sure that your ac unit is in proper condition and working order, it goes without saying I wont call anyone else besides Baez heating and air for all my future Hvac needs.     Baez Heating And Air-conditioning are very responsive. Turned my ac on for first time this year. Its a 22 year old system, John came out within 30 min on a Sunday and found the problem. I just moved into my new house 6 months ago and the mice was able to get in my AC unit outside and chewed off my wires where my compressor was no longer running. Called the vendor for my new house and of course its not covered under warranty and they were charging me and arm and a leg! So a friend recommended Baez Heating and they understood the assignment! Took care of my problem and the cost was half of what the other vendors were charging. They came fixed it up and 💥 boom cold air in the house! I was way across town too!     I needed service on a Saturday, so I started calling around to HVAC repair companies. Everybodys number went straight to voicemail. John was the only one that actually answered his phone even though he was in a personal appointment of his own. He said that he needed to call his service team to see who was in the area to come out and look at my issue. After less than 10 minutes he called back and said that no one was available so he would come out himself and take a look. John is a super personable guy. Within 20 minutes he had my AC back up and running. He knew exactly what the issues could have been and quickly diagnosed the problem. Absolute professioanlism.     Many thanks to John Baez and his brother and their crew who did an awesome job on replacing my 18 yr old central air and heating system today in only 5 hours! That was after seeing it yesterday for the first time! Sunday afternoon my outside unit actually caught fire (never saw that before) and my regular AC tech told me when he saw it Tuesday it was above his pay grade. I called BAEZ AC after finding them online and they were out at 7:00 AM Wednesday and came back the next day and replaced the entire system. They were great to work with, listening carefully to my concerns and needs, and helping me design just the right system for my 2750 sq ft of air conditioned space. I am confident I got a great deal and everything is up to code. I highly recommend this company. I did not feel pressured to buy more than I needed or to add bells and whistles. This is very important to me as I’m over 70 although I’m still working full time. I certainly know who will be doing the ongoing routine maintenance on my system!     Can’t recommend John and his crew enough! After a great experience with his company completing a brand new HVAC installation/replacement at my mother-in-law’s house, we called him to give us a second opinion when our AC at our own home stopped working. We’ve had a big name company doing our bi-annual service and called them first. They sent a tech who did very little, if any, testing, and who then told us the coil was bad and recommended we replace the unit ($14k-16k)! John came out the very next day and thoroughly checked over the unit, only to find that the capacitor was bad! He replaced it on the spot, and all was running well again. We are so glad to have someone trustworthy to call when things go wrong! Definitely call Baez Heating and Air Condition for all of your HVAC needs.
