Setting up the appointment was super easy, and they sent text messages that kept you updated on when they were on their way and estimated time of arrival. Daniel listened to what I wanted and presented options at different price points and help me decide which option best fit my needs. He took the time to install my new GM Energy PowerShift Charger and tested it before leaving. Excellent service, will use Bacon again without hesitation.

Wow, incredible service by the entire company. From the high level communication by text and email, the tone and demeanor of the receptionist & dispatcher, to the exemplary service and effort provided by Dawson Grimes.To the owner or whoever hired these people, you have the right mold, don’t change a thing.The genuine sincerity and effort was refreshing. My home is old and I care for my 90 y/o mother with dementia at home. A non flushing commode is a huge problem. This company parted the seas to get to us. I am very grateful. Needed a bathroom faucet replaced. I had seen a Bacon truck in the neighborhood so I Googled them and saw they were highly reviewed. And I can see why. The technician was polite and professional in every way. He explained what was needed and the price. He cleaned up after doing the work and gave me an overall review of my house’s plumbing free. I will call this company again if I am in need. The price was a little higher than I had expected but after doing some research, I found it was indeed within the price of most reputable plumbers. Our Service Tech Austin Lewis was awesome. The issue was rather complicated to find and he definitely was not going to leave us without heat. Austin worked diligently to figure it out. After several hours we were finally up and running. He also sat with my husband and I to discuss what our heating and cooling needs were and gave us several options to fulfill out needs. He a a pleasure to talk with and gave us peace of mind.

Neighbour noticed water leak at 10pm on a Sat. night. Called Bacon and they were able to get here within a couple hours and had it fixed shortly after that. Amazing!!! Now were on the plan just in case we have any more emergencies in the middle of the night.Its nice to know we can count on professionals to arrive when needed and fix the problem.So grateful for their speedy response and courteous technician who got the job done.

Bacon plumber Cedrick Rose does outstanding work. The first time he was sent out to repair a problem, I was so impressed that I requested him each successive time that a plumbing problem arose. Ive now used his expertise 4 times, and on each occasion his performance has been excellent. Ill request him again because he is very professional, knowledgeable, and reliable to get the job done correctly in a reasonable amount of time. Also, Im so glad that Ive found the Bacon Company because I now have a professional organization that I can rely on to solve my homeowner problems when they arise.

We were without power with no plausible explanation and he dove in and had us back to normal. Top notch service! I live in an old house and was having an issue with a continuously tripping breaker, and they took care of me, same day. Tate and his partner (didn’t catch his name but he’s also awesome) were professionals, showed up early, even, and made my home safer to inhabit. I’d give ten stars if I could!Also, the customer service is top notch. I’m very happy with everyone I spoke to.Edit to add: they came out a week later to look at my nasty old HVAC system, and Reese quickly identified issues that I was having. He really helped me out and explained pained everything in full detail. I decided, based on his assessment, that it was fine to replace everything.He and his crew were professional, quick, and very personable. I highly recommend!

I highly recommend. I was so upset because I was afraid I was going to have to destroy my moms things to get to the sewage line. Ryan was so sweet and he rerouted the whole sewage line for me so nothing would get damaged. They are honest and so kind. And they helped me out financially with their friends and family plan!! Bacon has outstanding Technicians and customer service. Willy Dayton (Plumbing) took care of a plumbing issue for me today. He went above and beyond. When he discovered the issue was indeed a city issue- he took it upon himself to contact the city for me without question.Mason K. (Electrical) came to my home in April of 2023 and took care of electrical problems and installed up to code smoke alarm’s & carbon monoxide.Both of these technicians were professional, kind and went above and beyond to provide excellent service. Most importantly they made sure that I was satisfied with their work at completion.I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Update: the company asked to help me resolve the prior day’s service (or lack thereof). A different technician, Jacob, came out and worked diligently to fix the leak so I could get my heat back on. He really put a lot of effort in and had to drive numerous places to get the part. (It was the part the gas rep had thought it’d be.) Jacob waited til the gas company could come inspect to make sure the leak was fixed. After several hours total, the gas is back on and I have heat again! I am still disappointed in yesterday’s service but I’m so thankful I’ll be warm tonight. I appreciate the company making it right.This place is a scam!!!! Do NOT call them!!! It’s freezing in Texas and I have a gas leak at my home. The gas company was kind enough to try and find the leak for me and gave me the name of the part needed. I called this company, gave them the part name and they sent a technician. I had to pay $150 for emergency service. Technician drives from Rockwall and doesn’t even have the parts needed. Clearly didn’t want to do the work either because of the drive. The inspection to look for the leak would have been over $350 so $500 so far and not even fixing the issue. I am so furious! I would have called someone else if they didn’t have the parts! Save yourself the hassle. Hire someone else!!!

I am absolutely grateful for them because now I can charge at home!!! Hello, It brings great pleasure to leave such a wonderful review to share my experience with Bacon Plumbing Heating Air Electric! My experience started with Zac who came to do some electrical work for me in the master bedroom he knew exactly what he was doing and showed me everything that was going on and explained in detail what the issue was all while working to resolve the issue with absolutely no problems. He signed me up for the friends and family program and allowed me to take advantage of the cost savings for the current job. I was later introduced to Ryan who came to assist in servicing my septic system. Initially when setting up the appointment I only wanted to have my tanks emptied but after speaking to Ryan over the phone he thought there might be other issues based on the factors I explained we’ve been experiencing so upon arrival he inspected the entire system while explaining to me how septic systems actually work. We talked about everything under the sun related to the system which gave me so much clarity on things I often wondered about regarding the system. He opened all the tanks and thoroughly explained to me the job function of each tank and showed me the everything! I mean it was amazing! He cleaned up the grass around the covers and removed all the grass that had grown over my aerator which was in fact not performing which was causing the oxygenation that’s needed to allow the system to successfully break down the organic matter. Please know, I learned all this because of Ryan I felt so grateful and empowered to learn all of this. After fixing everything he set up the dumping service in which they arrived the next day. The last technician that came to assist was Austin, he checked out my Furnace and HVAC system only to discover I needed a new motor for the fan which was causing my unit not to work. He tried many attempts to get my motor running but nothing worked. He showed me where there was lots of buildup from dirt and my dogs pet hair and explained to me the importance of good quality filters. He was so kind to offer installing a temporary motor to get me up and running until the new motor arrived. He also set me up with all my financials and explained the different finance options he really shined in this area because my bill was quite high but he managed to help me get the help I needed. I also had Jimmy to stop by several days later to install my homes new micro surge protector he too was absolutely amazing! I will never go to another company for any of my needs. This company just gets it, they operate on a beautiful standard that makes their customers feel valued and appreciated. Thank you Bacon!!!

Ryan was fantastic! He came and checked my 93 year old dads propane tank for leaks, and also came inside and asked questions about what things rain off of propane, and how much propane had we been using. We explained the number of outages and why we supected a leak. Ryan was very professional and kind to my dad, explaining how propane works and how a typical leak inside the house would be determined and the cost. After Ryan looked at our usage history from the last month, and what we had used since the recent delivery 3 days prior, we determined not to get the leak test due to costs and the information Ryan provided. I was so happy that it was him that came out. He is so knowledgeable and kind, it felt like we were dealing with a friend not a business. Its very refreshing now and days to deal with a reputable company and staff who genuinely care about their customers and issues, and dont try to sell you services just to make money. THIS IS WHY WE WILL ALWAYS GO TO BACON PLUMBING IN THE FUTURE!!!!

I’ve been a Bacon customer for years, and they’ve never done me wrong. When service has been uneven or on follow-up, they have always acted in my best interests, not theirs. They’re a little pricey, but really stand by their work and have well-trained senior folks should anything go awry. Can’t recommend them enough. Special shout-out to Ivan who took one look at our setup when Google’s Nest update bricked our heat and fixed it same-day.

I had an excellent experience with Blake, a technician from Beacon Plumbing. He was professional, knowledgeable, and patient, which made all the difference. I needed to replace the shower handle cartridge, but during the process, I noticed that the cartridge broken inside the pipe, which made it impossible to fix without professional help. Thats when I called Beacon Plumbing, and Blake came to the rescue. He handled the situation with great skill, providing high-quality service and making sure everything was done properly. Andrew Brown with electrical went above and beyond during his visit today in fixing my power outage and adding an outlet. He took his time explaining everything and I felt very comfortable the entire process. He even made sure my fire detectors all worked and replaced a battery- he said he had an extra in his truck! I really appreciated his kindness in helping me with that, as he didn’t have to. I will be requesting him next time I call Bacon. Let me start off by saying if I could give making the appointment, a tech coming out to assess the damage and repair the leak alone the rating would be five stars. However, this is where bacon has fallen short and why I have given the rating I did. I called them a week ago (9/12/23)because we had a water leak in the front yard. They did exactly what the commercial states they do, they are very prompt and the client service Keep you up-to-date on where the technician is. They promptly located and fixed the problem which I was very thankful for because my mom was going in for bypass surgery on Friday that this happened on a Tuesday. Again for this alone five stars listen up Bacon because this is where you’re fallen short and you’re leaving your clients in the dark. When I came home Tuesday they had replaced the pipes, they had water restored but they couldn’t bury the pipes until the inspector come out to inspect it,then they were going to come back either Wednesday or Thursday to bury the pipes. and then they ask for payment which was over five thousand dollars had I’ve been in my right state of mind and not worried about my mom. I would not have paid that money because I am still waiting for over a week for them to come out and bury the pipes that they fixed. I understand they may be waiting on the city to come out and inspect it but that should be relayed to the customer. Which is one of the reasons why I’m giving you three stars after getting home from the hospital three days later from my mom’s surgery( 9/18/23) It still looks like a graveyard in my front yard. I have called bacon three times to find out when they were going to come out to bury the pipes two times. My call went unanswered. Apparently the person I was supposed to talk to was not there. I did receive a brief text the day before yesterday, which is 9/18/23. I also received one yesterday 9/19/23 stating they were in contact with the inspector, and if he got out here early enough, they would bury the pipes. I have not heard from them since. my pipes are still not buried and I will attach a photo of what my front yard looks like I normally do not pay before the work is so future bacon customers do not pay your entire bill until your work is completed. Bacon you need to do better once the clients have paid you money you kind of dropped the ball and that whole bacon warranty thing is not looking really good to me right now. Since I signed up for the warranty and I will be charged a monthly fee for that I’m starting to wonder why I even signed up.Up date 7/5/24Our AC was down Hector came out and did a wonderful job helping us decide what the problem was and what our next step was to be. I Changed my rating to five stars because this time my experience was amazing. They were all professional, they cleaned up after themselves, and they did great work. Bailey Clinard and Tristan were awesome!We had a hot water slab leak and were stressed out. They rerouted all the cold & hot water pipes and replaced our old water heater. This was my first time dealing with a water issue. My bill jumped 3 to 4 times the normal bill amount. I called the water company, and they said they could see that my home showed water usage constantly every hour of the day. I remembered seeing the Everyone loves Bacon vans around town, so I called them. They came within a couple hours to do a check and give an estimate. They lady on the phone I spoke with was very professional and kind. I dont remember her name, unfortunately. Conner was the tech that came to my home. He also was professional and friendly. He let me know my upstairs toilet was running due to warped parts in the tank. He explained all my options so I could choose what best fit my needs and budget. He also offered to sign me up for their friends and family. He explained in detail about the program. He was knowledgeable and wasnt pushy. I did sign up for it. This was my 1st experience with a plumbing issue and using Bacon. I dont need to look for any other plumber for future needs, Because of the great experience both on the phone and with Conner, Bacon will be my go to.

We are part of the Friends & Family at Bacon Plumbing and have been for years. We always have a great experience, but I have to recognize Marco & Bailey in particular. They are AMAZING and did such a fantastic job! They spent the last three days working late into the evening caring for our home. We had leak in one of our copper pipes that ran through the slab under the kitchen. Yes, a homeowners nightmare! We decided to repipe our entire house because with Texas soil and copper pipes, it was just a matter of time until it happened again. When you are dealing with a stressful situation like this, having a great company actually care for you is everything, but Bailey & Marco took it to a whole other level. They went the extra mile to communicate their progress throughout the day, they were meticulous in cutting out the sheet in the walls (several contractors even commended their work), and cleaned up every night and throughout the process. They also navigated around my office based on the meetings I had scheduled that day since I work from home. Reasurring me what part of the house they were working on so I could change work locations if needed. They were kind, thoughtful, professional and truly made this stressful process so much easier. I cant describe enough how much we appreciate them and the care that they put into their work. Bacon was fast, efficient, and so great to work with! My AC went out the evening of 8.29 and it was HOT! I called them at 10:30pm, reached a live person and was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. Timothy showed up bright and early around 0830 and was fantastic. He gave me all the news- good and bad- and all my options to fix the problem. Timothy had my air up and running by 1:30 the same day!! Thank you, Bacon!!

Had a fantastic experience with all of the teams from Bacon. The initial technician Hector was honest, kind, transparent and didnt try to over sell me and gave me all of the options, not just the most expensive ones. When it was determined our best option was to replace the full unit, David the service delivery manager was incredible - again providing honest and transparent options, and worked diligently to help us get everything taken care of. The teams that installed our new units (literally the next day) - Christian and his team and Austin were incredibly efficient, thorough, detailed and ensured all our questions were answered and everything was taken care of - and provided incredibly detailed photos and information. It was clear they didnt cut corners, and ensured it was done right for the longevity of the unit. While no one wants to have to replace an AC unit unexpectedly in the middle of Texas summer, the team at Bacon made it an incredibly easy, stress-free and did a phenomenal job. We will continue to use Bacon for our Heating/Cooling needs along with air & electric if needed.Cant thank the Bacon team enough!

Extremely polite and knowledgeable. Had me involved in the chances that need to made to get the longest life out of all parts. Walked me through prices. Offered 3 prices that explained what would be satisfactory, what would get me through what I should do. And, then no sticker shock but all the things he’s willing to do to get the most for my money and length out of my ware heater. When I get paid this week I’m will have them out in 2 days to the work. Also, the evaluation was only $39 which is bargain. He tasted water pressure over. Viewed the whole system. No one else does that for that price.

Used these guys for electricity issues and plumbing issues.Both times, ive had to call Bacon theyve been able to get someone out either the same day or the next day.Each time the techs have been helpful, knowledgeable and more than willing to answer questions.Cost is comparable to other companies in the industry, and they do have a family plan that takes off 15% from any repairs done. Which i think is worth it.
