    Great company. Had to wait for service but thats because I called during the 4th of July holiday. Glad to see they give workers family time. When they arrived today, fixed 2 broken units and diagnosed a third. I see why theyre in demand. Would highly recommend them.

    Morgan arrived exactly at the scheduled time and got straight to work. He explained what would be happening and took care of the service in a timely manner exactly as advertised. After he finished, he reviewed the work that was completed, we settled the financials and told me to give them a call back if I had any questions whatsoever. I highly recommend B&B, job well done!

    Every time I called they come asap! This last time I was barely off the phone when I received a text saying, the tech was on the way! Always courtesy and professional! Prices as with anywhere these days could be better. This last deal was fast and good deal, if everything went this well,all the time! I dont know if I could stand it- LOL! USE THEM THEY ARE GREAT!

    I found the service from B&B to be very reputable and was very satisfied. The service tech was very honest as we could have had a very expensive repair bill but the tech ascertained there wasn’t an issue it was venting (lack of) in our roof.Would definitely use service again

    The service person came out when he said he would. He took care of the problem I was having. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that I was told I would be called back the next day or the day after to schedule another appointment I needed and it has now been a week and I still have not received a call.

    Glad to be the first review on here. My name is Cody Clary and I called them one early morning about my A/C issues and someone was out to service it within 2 hours which is pretty quick since I dont live very close by to them. Taylor was my tech guy and he was very professional and informative on everything he was doing . He ended up changing my thermostat and recharging my freon and washing my outside unit but also checked out everything else making sure there were no more issues . Want to thank them for the quick response and great price and so far my A/C is running much more smooth again . I highly recommend them to anyone else in the areas they serve and will definitely call them again in the future for anymore issues, thanks again !!!

    My A/c stopped working! I called them at 4:00 pm and they give me a appointment for 11-1130 the next day but showed up at 10am♥️♥️!! I highly recommend them!! From the lady that answered the phone to the guys that came out they were the BEST all around!! Very reasonable on cost to fix it!! They are my new A/C AND HEATING company!!

    Home maintenance can be overwhelming and it really helps when you have someone that listens without judgment or is trying to upsell. I called and made a same day appointment (also great). Ricky arrived and listened to my concerns and gave his advice in a professional and kind manner. I appreciated the extra step that he took to call someone else for advice about the kitchen vent hood. Ricky is a great guy and made a good in-person impression of B&B. I will 100% be calling on them again for anything HVAC.
