Miguel Mier was a life saver to us. He came and installed a new unit when it was so hot outside. Even let us use an indoor portable air conditioner while he replace ours. He did a GREAT job . I can’t say enough about what a fantastic job he did. Thank you Miguel

Top notch HVAC company!! Very professional and knowledgeable! Great job servicing my AC unit even went above and beyond. Prices are best around and I know, I have looked. Highly recommended!!! Big names HVAC companies will trick you into buying things you don’t need and are over priced. Avail is very trustworthy I guarantee it.

This business is phenomenal! Miguel fixed my a/c last year at a very reasonable price, so when it broke again today I called him again. He was here in 20 minutes! No joke, he came in 20 minutes and had my problem diagnosed AND fixed in less than 30 minutes. Here’s the most important thing about this man: he won’t try to sell you things you don’t need and will give you several options. A lot of a/c repair guys will leave you without a/c if you’re not spending the amount of $$$ that they want you to spend. Miguel is an honest repairman and you should use him anytime you need a/c work done.

I have been working with Avail Heating and Air Conditioning, LLC for over a yer now. I initially hired them to repair the a/c in my home and they were so professional and trustworthy. I immediately knew that I would contract them to repair my business.I could go on and on but the one thing that is very attractive about their customer service is they explain repair A to Z and also discuss budget friendly options. I have definitely found my forever HVAC company!!
