The team at Austral HVAC is the absolute best! We cannot recommend them enough to friends and other business owners. Winder (our tech) handled our issues with care, expediency, and professionalism. He was on point with the diagnosis of our issues, affordable in price, and provided that “extra mile” service that makes you wonder why you ever called anyone else. Appreciate their great work and hope others reading this post will give them a call as well.

I recently had Austral HVAC service my AC system on one of my multifamily properties, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the entire process was seamless and professional. The technician arrived on time and was incredibly knowledgeable and courteous. He thoroughly inspected my system, explained everything in detail, and performed the necessary maintenance with precision.Not only did they get my AC’s running smoothly again, but they also informed me about the Austin Energy rebate, which saved me a significant amount of money. The customer service was outstanding, and the pricing was very fair. I highly recommend Austral HVAC to anyone in need of HVAC services. Called Austral HVAC because they were listed as an LG Pro Dealer. My workshop LG Multi V s system with 4 indoor heads had started leaking condensate water down the inside wall. I was amazed that the technician, Carl, showed up the same day, determined that three condensate pumps were not functioning, and set up a way to drain the water into buckets so that I could continue to cool and use the shop while waiting for the parts. Carl was professional, courteous, and clearly explained the issues. A week later, Winder, the owner, and technician Jonathan returned with the parts. They replaced all the pumps, cleaned all the indoor units, and tested the system. After they left, the unit that had a functioning pump started leaking. I called and they came back in 10 minutes. They determined that the pump had failed. I had ordered an extra pump just in case. They put the new one in service, tested the unit out, and all was good. The pricing was very fair for both parts and labor. I highly recommend Austral HVAC.
