Fast, courteous and more than anything knowledgeable! We had three different companies come check out the unit nobody could figure out the burning smell. Within 30 minutes he had figured it out and fixed the problem immediately! -

I had some minor issues with my Air-conditioner a couple months ago and Donovan came out to my house to fix it up. I was more than pleased with the customer service I received. Not only did he completely take his time to diagnose the entire system, he actually taught me as much as I wanted to know about how my system works. The rates are very affordable and the Techs are amazing. One of them came over the other day in place of Donovan and I received the exact same service. They really are amazing. Not only are they really nice but they actually know what they are doing!!! -

Arctic Air is honest and fair. They are good at what they do and I have never felt uncomfortable around anyone in the company. Sometimes contractors can make you feel a little uneasy. They are super good and wholesome people. The prices are great too. They fought for a warranty that didnt have to be honored by a product company and they won saving me hundreds of dollars. -

I rent a home, so when my A/C started acting up my landlord called Arctic. The dispatcher called me to keep me informed about my appointment. The tech Ben arrived on time and was so friendly and respectful! He also educated me on what I could do to keep the A/C from acting up. The servicing was fast, efficient, and now I am a customer for life- even when I stop renting! -

Arctic Air is phenomenal. I am very picky about companies that service our central air conditioning and heat, where they offer unclear explanations as to what needs to be repaired, how much and why. Arctic Airs owner and staff have my utmost respect. They are extremely timely, helpful, skilled and honest. If you are concerned about integrity and competence with regard to those who service your heating and air, I highly recommend Arctic Air. -

We have used them for years, and they have always tried to repair before an all out replacement (at our request). Our a/c completely died on a Saturday evening at 8 pm in the middle of July. We called and left a message, and they called back within 15 minutes. Sunday morning at 7 am they came with a window unit to get us through until our a/c system could be delivered and installed. They were courteous, and professional and trustworthy. A great family owned business. -

We needed a new heat pump installed after the old unit failed and also needed our other HVAC systems checked our for the winter. After obtaining three quotes, we opted to go with Arctic Air. All I can say is that on time arrivals, a good price, and pleasant people to work with equals great service. Very highly recommended!! -

Arctic Air Heating & Cooling is the only company I will trust for my heating and cooling needs. I called them for a second opinion on a furnace replacement bid, and found the first company was way off base. My furnace was fine and Arctic Air got my business for life! Go for their Ultimate Savings Agreement and you wont regret it! -

As a first-time homeowner, I was dreading the impending doom of our first A/C failure. Sure enough, 2 years into our house and our upstairs A/C unit died on a Friday night during a 90 degree rainy night. Thanks to Facebook a friend recommended Arctic Air to us, and I can see why. We called Saturday morning and they sent someone out that afternoon. My family and I were out of the house when the technician called to let us know they were at the house and he waited 10 minutes for us to get back to the house! The tech was very nice and quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the part in just minutes, all while engaging in friendly conversation and answering questions about my A/C unit. The price for labor and parts was extremely reasonable and a warranty on parts as well. Will definitely use this company again for any of our A/C problems in the future, and no longer dreading an A/C failure! -

We are a new business and needed some maintenance done on our HVAC system. Ben Chambers was the tech that came out. He was here first thing in the morning. He got the filters we needed. We have also been having some problems with gas from the sewer lines filtering into our clinic. He quickly realized what the problem was. We are able to now let the plumber know what is going on and what needs to be fixed. He called in the next day and checked on us. This company is honest and reasonable to use. Marlena Oakes -

Its Saturday night in Prosper ,our unit is blowing hot air , entire house is 87. Have family in visiting . Its miserable in our house . Out of everyone we called, even the big guys on commercials . No one could come out till next day . Artic air came out, had our hose cold within the hour, wasnt even freon ( thank god) great customer service !! -
