*WARNING* (LONG POST) Poster Child for EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!We built a new house in 2021 during COVID and the previous owners of Arbuckle Heating & Air installed our new Bosch heating/air system. We selected a larger unit because of the size of our house. Service was excellent and we were very happy...UNTIL the AC went out a couple months after moving in. Arbuckle came out got it running but this scenario would continue several more times that year. Unfortunately, this has continued every year since until 2024. In the interim, owners have changed hands but the excellent service has continued seamlessly. The new owners had replaced everything possible and did all they knew to do or what Bosch had advised them to do, but the unit would still keep failing. Bosch did not want to cover the cost of a technician to come out and repair it nor the cost of parts BUT Arbuckle went to bat for us and was able to have a certified Bosch technician to accompany their technician to see what the problem was. And wouldnt you know it - HE couldnt fix it either and had no idea. The mother board was replaced at no cost to us, several other parts were replaced and we were not charged for over a $1000 of service calls. Our AC is still not cooling and were looking at possibly replacing the entire thing with a different brand but, IF we do, we will still use Arbuckle Heating & Air. Because of our experience they no longer sell Bosch products. Unfortunately, our unit was a lemon from the get go. Not their fault. But to see how much time and energy they spent to make things right for us was impressive!! We couldve easily gotten ugly and threatened to sue or go public denegrating their business BUT we couldnt. What we saw and experienced was EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE in the worst case scenario. Their immediate response to our calls and texts, scheduling a technician as soon as they could, sweating bullets in a suffocatingly hot attic trying to figure out what was wrong, taking ownership of problems that were out of their control. I could go on and on about everything they did RIGHT! We saw them trying their darndest to remedy the situation and get us back up and running. We also saw how hard, both the old and new owners, worked to build a successful business for their families and to stand by their work and reputation. So with that, WE PROUDLY GIVE THEM 100 STARS for being the poster child for EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!...As for Bosch, they can suck eggs through a straw!Sincerely,The Landers family.

These people are amazing! Super friendly and honest. They came out super fast and had my AC running in no time. They were fair on there prices. I have had 3 different companies come out to work on it with absolutely NO results. After spending $1600.00 with these other companies . Arbuckle Heating and Air has my business forever now.

New construction Im doing and have to say the project has some different and unique things about it.Anyway after 3 others looking and unwillingvto take on the job Steve and Blaze came out looked said YES we can do this and they DID!Great experience working with them and now in the heat my new house is COOL 😎Thank you Arbuckle H&A

Steve and his crew did an awesome job on replacing our central heat and air. We live in Sulphur and sometimes its hard to find people to get work done. They were competitive, did what they said they were going to do, completed the job in a timely manner and most of all were happy to do the work. I like to see young people starting their own business providing quality workmanship. Steves wife Amber is involved in the business also and she was very responsive when I called or emailed. I highly recommend them for any HVAC work you need done.

If you’re in the need for fast and trustworthy service, give them a call. We could not be happier with the service we received when it was triple digits outside and our upstairs air conditioning went out. Thank you for all the hard work and for doing it with a positive attitude
