    Mike was awesome! He quickly found the problem, did a great job, and was super friendly and professional, as always. We’ve used Ally Heating before and have always been impressed with their service. They also sent an email with the technician’s details and a picture, so we knew exactly who to expect.     Drew communicated well, helped me understand the best time to purchase a new a/c system in light of new freon regulations, and least busy time of year for installers. He admitted he did not know about explosive gas detectors, which I saw at the hardware store today, but he helped me research them. Drew did not urge me to waste money replacing filters more often than needed, nor replacing furnace before needed.

    Mike was great! He is friendly, kind and helpful!! I had been hearing a sound from one of my vents. Mike checked it and it had gotten closed. He got a ladder and opened it for me. Great Service!     David was the lead tech sent to install a full AC unit (inside & out) at my Mothers. It was hotter than fish grease in the house, but she insisted on being there & stay the entire install even after the owner Fred had come out and advised days before that he did not want Mom in the house because it was just too hot. In 112 degree weather and dealing with an 82 year old is enough to make anyone a little impatient. It did that to me.😋 But, not David. He arrived with his crew on time & worked and dealt with my Mom as if he was doing an install for his own Mother. He smiled and answered the 100 + 1 questions she had with care and a smile. Even with the interruptions of my Mom, the team completed the install in less than 7 hours & we had air. David was not only professional, courteous, competent, efficient & timely, but more than that he had a spirit of compassion and an air of Love. The team was just amazing! I would be remissed if I did not say something about the company. Prior to the referral, we had dealt with another company (because Mom wanted to go through her home warranty company😖) and a almost 2 weeks later she was still in heat because they (in my view) were guessing and patching versus diagnosing and fixing. So, I was beyond pissed when I called Ally. I explained what was going on and what the company that came out had done (still in heat/no fix) and was now suggesting to do 😡 and to my surprise I was advised they would have someone out the same day. Well, not just someone, but the owner himself (Fred) came to look and inspect the unit. Because my mom has an older house, I had already determined I wanted to replace the unit, but had not moved into that because mom wanted to work and go through her home warranty company.🤨 Fred inspected and the system was frozen inside and out and the unit needed to be turned off so that it could defrost. Oh, the new coil the company had installed, was all frozen as well.😖 There were some things about the replaced coil that had him perplexed, but he suggested we leave the system off and he would himself be back in 24 hours. I told him I just wanted to replace the entire unit. He told me to first let him try something else first. Just like he promised, (he didn’t send anyone else), he (the owner) came back the next day. When it was all said and done the best suggestion was to replace the outside unit, but we replaced the entire unit (because I wanted it done). All is well now and Mom has amazingly cold air!!😋 When I sat down and reflected, I realized the install team was awesome and had incredible professionalism because there Boss/owner demonstrated the exact same and I know greatness flows from top down. I am grateful for the referral to Ally and I will be using them for the annual inspections of my unit as well as my Mom’s and will recommend Ally to all my family & friends.BTW, if you are reading this review the answer is “YES” you should use Ally. You will NOT be disappointed. 😉

    Techs were very professional, yet friendly. Explained everything they needed to do in a clear, concise manner, completed job quickly; and cleaned up after themselves as well.Job did not require as much material or work as originally estimated. They explained this and adjusted price accordingly. A lot of people would not have been so honest. Definitely will make Ally our “go to” company !

    I have been with Ally Air for years due to the staff and service. The technicians are so very willing to assist, troubleshoot & help resolve issues. They show up on time and keep you informed of their progress or any delays.     Mike did an excellent job. He quickly diagnosed the issue with one of our A/C units (bad capacitor) and had it back running in short order.I reached out to Ally through FB messenger. They responded quickly and got a tech out in about 12 hours. Also greatly appreciated Kristys help in getting Mike dispatched quickly.Mike went above and beyond his duties by helping my wife shut off the water at street due to my son loosening the outdoor water spigot.I would highly recommend Ally for your HVAC needs.

    I have been a fan of Ally for a number of years! I have always gotten a speedy service appointment and knowledgeable techs who come out to get us back in the cool again. Shout out to Fred for all that you always do keep me informed of options to troubleshoot AC issues you’re the best!!! Last week, Andrew and Samuel came and installed a new HVAC system! Chris came to install the new Wi-Fi thermostat and make sure we were happy with the service. It had gone from 81 degrees to 73 degrees in my house so of course I was ecstatic !!! These guys are friendly, professionally, efficient, know what they are doing and know how to break it down so the customer understands what’s going on and options for repair! I will continue to roll with Ally Air Conditioning because you guys rock!!! When your HVAC is in need of repair, don’t despair ………call Ally Air!

    Yesterday Aug 8 - our AC stopped working - we went a night in Texas heat with 3 kids, a dog AND hubby and I being 13 years married not many arguments- blaming each other for the break down- lol- Needless to say we called Ally spoke to an AWESOME rep Fred - and he was SUPER understanding and made us an appointment ASAP. Now the work is not done, but the first part makes us feel like Ally really cares and will make sure the job is complete.I will follow up with another review after completion :)Thank you Fred and Alley

    Our house is big, about 2200 sq ft, and and only had a small 3 ton a/c unit. I called Ally Air & heating through our home warranty, thank God for Ally Heating & Air!     Our a/c stopped working on August 31st, so I called Ally Heating & air conditioning and Tony came to inspect in 3 hours, gave us a rock bottom quote and scheduled the next day to work on it. Early morning next day, Tony along with Andrew and Gus showed up, removed the old system and completed the installation in a few hours. I appreciate their promptness, friendly service, professionalism and good pricing. This is a 5-star team and Ill definitely recommend to anyone who needs heating or a/c services.

    No a/c + 104 degrees = no fun. Called at 6pm with an SOS and Fred told us someone would be out to fix it by 9pm. Got a call at 8pm that the technician was on his way.     I knew I needed/wanted an upgraded AC system for my 2nd floor which is always HOT during the Summer with unit running full blast. Called Ally Air, Fred and Tony came out and gave me a bid. They were $3k less than my friends who just had same system installed by one of the BIG companies that advertises on the radio. Fred and crew worked very hard, completed the job quickly, no issues. New inside unit, all new ducts, registers/returns, and outside unit. They did a super professional job! Did everything they said at the price they quoted. Kids say its too cold up there now...
