    I recently had Allied American replace both of the HVAC systems on my home. I had known for a while that it needed to be done so I did my research on local companies including asking friends and coworkers whom they would recommend. Allied American came up and I scheduled them to come give me a quote. John was very straight with me and I appreciated that more than anything. His responsiveness to my questions throughout the process were quick and informative. The technicians were efficient and did a good job. Each system took about a half day. We are looking forward to cranking up the AC next summer. I would recommend them to everyone in the area.

    We’ve used Allied American several times over the last few years for A/C, heating, and appliance repair. Every crew that has come to our house has been punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. We have never felt like we were being given a sales pitch. John, the owner, runs a great ship. They do an excellent job and we highly recommend.

    We are fortunate to have found Allied American years ago, and weve referred many homeowners to them for a couple of decades now. John and team helped us keep our homes original HVAC system going until we were ready to replace it. The teams honesty and resourcefulness throughout those years is so appreciated! When it was time, we considered no one else for the job of selecting and installing our new system. Weve also used Allied American for refrigerator, washer and dryer repairs. Its rare to find trustworthy professionals who do quality work at a fair price, so we are pleased to know and depend on Allied American when we need service, repairs or installation. They show up when they say they will, they take care of business, and weve always been satisfied.

    These guys are great! I’ve used them over the years for many different jobs and they never disappoint!!! Most recently my A/C thermostat went out at the same time I was scheduled to have a house full of guests for my daughter’s graduation...these guys came up with a creative solution to get me through until a new replacement thermostat could be located and installed...they went above and beyond to help us out and make sure our guest were cool and comfortable. To top it off they didn’t charge us for the temporary fix and the replacement thermostat and installation was less than originally quoted!

    Could not be any happier! I had a horrible experience with a competitor which really had me leery of hiring another appliance repair company. They were prompt, early in fact, and I received a courtesy call from the technician letting me know he was early and how long it would take to be at my apartment. They were extremely respectful from the time they entered the door. They were in and out quickly and it ended up being a lot cheaper than expected. I will be using them again for sure and I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a great service at a fair price.

    As usual these guys were great. One of my systems developed a problem, they were very responsive to my call, arrived on time, promptly diagnosed the (fairly large) problem, informed me that they had to order parts and gave me an estimate of how long that would take, arrived back the next day, and quickly fixed the problem. No one likes to have an A/C problem but when you do have one I dont believe that you could have a better company to do the repair.

    After several companies tried to convince me I had to do a full system replacement for a lot of zeros, Allied worked with my budget to find an equipment solution scaled to my basic needs at a price I could afford. They had the most competitive bid, took great care of me and demonstrated total professionalism throughout the process.     I highly recommend Allied American! Our home warranty company sent Allied American to our house to repair the faulty A/C upstairs. They did a great job and had us up and running quickly. Three days later the downstairs unit went out and warranty company sent a different company to repair. The second company came three times and could not fix the problem, or even diagnose it. We told the warranty company we didnt want to see the second company again (dont even remember the name) and demanded that Allied come back to fix the second unit. They showed up exactly when they said they would, identified the problem almost immediately and got us running again. Kevin did a great job for us, we will keep Allied American as our go-to HVAC company!

    This is the second Trane unit we have gotten from Allied. Their quote on the unit was better than the 3 others we received and based on our previous experience we anticipated another good one. They did not disappoint. They installed today. Their crew Cody, Justin and Ken were friendly and professional. They came on time, got the work done efficiently and cleaned up after themselves.

    Wesley and Nate are talented and nice young men. They couldnt save our washing machine, yet only charged us for the service call after they spent time trying to replace parts to bring it back to life. They explained the transmission was shot and good-bye washer. Appreciate their honesty!

    We got three quotes and Allied was certainly the best quote we had. They came in and were done in less than 5 hours, replacing outdoor unit, completing attic and duct work. They showed me how to us the Nest thermostat and made it all a good experience. On top of everything else Chris H, Chris R, Cody and Justin were polite and sometimes that is really hard to find. I would highly recommend Allied American.

    Well..my first run in with this company was unpleasant. There was a tech that was sent thru Fidelity Home warranty that was rude..I swore I wouldnt use this company again, and BOY Im glad I gave them another shot, that rude tech was an ANOMALLY.... they are awesome! They were very responsive, knowledgeable, and respectful. I was so impressed that Im writing this review, because this is the best AC company in DFW and Im so happy and lucky to be a client.

    I love this company and everyone I come in contact with there.Allied American has been servicing my rent house and my primary home since 1992 they are so honest and straight forward I will always be their tried and true customer. Their work is exceptional and they stand behind their work if for some reason something is not just right. I almost forgot they service our business also so glad to know them. In my opinion there pricing has always been more than fair.

    Had 2 other guys look at our office AC and were not able to fix it and were forcing us to pay thousands to replace the whole unit. John came in and found out what the issue was and fixed it at the same time without having to replace the whole unit. Very appreciative of his quality service with reasonable fee.     Right before Christmas, I had a service tech out (Kevin) diagnose the issue with my washer. This visit took less than thirty mins. He said the part takes 5-7 business days. I figured with Christmas that wed not hear back until January. I was wrong. Brittany called on the 26th and scheduled the repair visit for the next day. Three person crew came out on time but during my sons nap. I told them he was napping, and they went all in on trying to be as quiet as possible. I wouldnt have been annoyed if they had woke him up. I expected it. However, son didnt wake up and washer fixed in about thirty minutes. Im not sure how they did it to be honest. I have a full size stacked unit with the washer on bottom.... Remarkable customer care. Thanks!

    I have used them for more than a couple of decades, going through 2 units. They have always been prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Though they might not be your cheapest option, I would rather pay a little more for a quality unit and quality professional. John typically encourages running all the warranty out before buying a new unit. That is business honesty.

    All staff are very professional. I received a very prompt call to set up an appointment minutes after submitting my claim to my home warranty company. The actual appointment went very well.     We had one of our air conditioning units stop working the day before hosting a graduation party. We called Allied Air to schedule an emergency visit.     Allied American was the only appliance repair company out of four that could repair my range. After 6 months of repairs people looking at my range and ordering parts, my range still didnt work.     I had two companies come look at a American Standard unit. Neither of them could figure out why it was not working. They each told me multiple problems including the board was broken. We had been with out air conditioning all month. I called John. With in the hour he was able to diagnose fix mistake made by a previous company and we have air! I have four young girls that were complaining they were gonna die of a heat stroke. Now they complain the house is to cold! I can not thank John enough and highly recommend him.
