    ⭐️Wow! First time someone tells us they’ll be arriving a specific time and it happens!⭐️ Isaac took care with the floors when he came in, and put everything back where it belonged when he was done.⭐️He explained the “must have” and the “nice to have” options.⭐️Super polite and dare I say it…he knows how to speak to a woman as if she was a person…respectfully!⭐️Just so you know, I don’t normally write reviews.

    I’ve been using All about you heating and air for several years now and am very pleased with this company and their service. They are very professional, respond quickly to messages, and communicate very well on service dates as far as letting you know when they are on their way out. I really appreciate how they reach out every six months to remind me to schedule my routine maintenance before summer or winter hits. I highly recommend this company if you’re looking for someone to do heating and air work for you.

    Isaac came to our office on short notice after our AC went out, and I couldn’t be happier with his service. He thoroughly investigated the issue and discovered that our previous AC company had improperly installed the filters, along with another problem that previous technicians overlooked. I really appreciated the time he took to resolve everything. I will be giving him my business moving forward, as its hard to find trustworthy and honest professionals.

    Isaac is my all-time favorite air conditioning and heating maintenance person!Hes been providing ongoing maintenance for my three heat pump air conditioning units for a few years now and he is not only extremely knowledgeable and experienced, but, equally importantly, he is ethical and honest and never tries to upsell you on something you dont need or tell you that you need repairs when you really dont.He does great quality work at very reasonable prices.Isaacs entire business philosophy is to treat his customers well, hence the name of his business All About You Heating and AirAfter Isaac was working for one of the large Bastrop county local Heating and Air Conditioning companies, because of their unethical business practices and the upsell requirements of their employees, Isaac chose to quit and start his own business because he just wants to service his customers in the best way possible by offering affordable routine maintenance and only NECESSARY repairs ... and he NEVER try to upsell his clients on Services they dont need.The company that he was working for, similar to many of the bigger heating and air conditioning companies these days, not only encourages their employees to upsell their customers on unnecessary maintenance and unnecessary costly repairs, they also make those upsells part of the employee contract so that their HVAC technicians HAVE to sell a certain number of upsell services every month....( I personally experienced those upsell tactics from this company after I had hired them to do routine annual maintenance checks for me. They wanted to sell me a completely unnecessary repair service that was going to cost over $6,000. I didnt believe what their technician was telling me was actually truthful or necessary so I ended up calling Isaac to get a second opinion, and he told me that I absolutely did not need the extremely expensive service the other company was trying to sell me and probably would not need any kind of service like that on my coils for many, many years.Isaac has been been my go-to heating and air conditioning repair and maintenance person ever since then.Isaac is a refreshing anomaly in the heating and air conditioning repair world, and I highly recommend the amazing quality work he provides!. :-)

    The heater at my moms house was not heating. I contacted All About You Heating and Air. Isaac happened to be in the neighborhood, so was able to check it that day. He accessed the problem quickly and corrected it. Turned on the system and it heated. Satisfied again, so will continue to use and refer to others.

    My AC unit was new, 2 years old. I constantly called the company, Hyatt AC, to complain that it was not working correctly. They would come out and tell me it is working fine. So I had retro foam put into my walls and an Attic fan, still my house would not cool down.I was fortunate to meet All About You, Issac. He walked through my house, checked out the air conditioner and simply told me my unit was not large enough. They installed the new unit today and what a difference. The house is cool and I have the temperature set at 79.It took a true professional to figure out what was wrong in minutes.Thank you Issac for your service

He was prompt in arriving, letting me know his arrival time and courteous during his visit. He is a very respectful and professional young man. Once he inspected the unit outside and inside, Mr. Merino explained in detail what the issues were and offered several options to fix the problem. I am pleased with our decision and look forward to working with him on replacing my unit.

    I was very pleased with the work that was done. Isaac and crew were professional and prompt. The initial maintenance made all the difference at the time of the hottest part of the summer. He came back a few weeks later to resolve my heating issue to get me prepared for winter.     UPDATE:Our HVAC died because it was old and it just couldn’t handle this extreme Texas heat. Called All About You and they were on a mission to find us a new a/c. While other places were saying 2-3 months, they had us up and running in about a week! It’s like Christmas morning over here!! Can’t say enough good things about these guys!!!I’ve used All About You a few times. The first was when our AC started blowing hot on those Texas summer days. They came out same day and tested everything, said my unit was older (which I knew), and also too small for the square footage of our home (which was why it sounds so loud when it kicks on). We knew we eventually were going to need to upgrade because the unit was original to the home, we were just trying to save up some funds. They preformed some maintenance on our old unit at a reasonable price, to buy us some time to continue saving. We are going on year 3 of maintenance and we now have them looking for a quality unit that is better suited for our home. We love All About You Heating & Air because they’re reliable, won’t try to upcharge you for unnecessary stuff, and they know their stuff!

    I was referred to All About You by another installer because I purchased an AC from Home Depot which some installers only install their brands. All About You explained they would warranty and help setup my manufacturer warranty which is all I needed. They were able to install in less than a week after we talked in July!Dont waste your money on big and overly-expensive companies.
