    Unfortunately my compressor went out and needed to be replaced on my 3 year old unit. Fabian and the team did a great job on my AC unit and worked with Lennox to get the part that was under warranty. He was extremely fast in checking my system out and letting me know what needed to be done and the plan. When something wasnā€™t quite right with my unit, he came back the very next day to fix it. His prices are reasonable and the company is a small family & Latina owned business- which I love to support! I appreciate all the work he and Josue did, and my AC is working as good as new!! I highly recommend and I will be using them for all my AC and heating needs.

    My name is Carmen, I am from a school on the southside of San Antonio. I found this company on google and it was by far the best find ever. I say that to the fullest. Not only is Samantha the woman I speak to for all my appointments and quotes, but she is so proficient in her job that she makes you feel welcomed. I also met the ac tech Fabian who is just perfection at his job. He is so hands on and explains everything to you in detail as well as shows you.     Was extremely happy with the work that Fabian and team did to rebalance our upstairs. I was having massive temperature differences between rooms and they quickly figured out the problem, fixed the ducts, and added insulation to keep things more stable. They even did a follow up visit to make sure we were completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

    Absolute wow! I called during after hours because I came home and my house was 85Ā°F. They answered and had someone at my home within the hour. They went above and beyond and they did not have to take my late call, but did so because I have a newborn at home. Other companies were giving me the runaround. AC is now blowing cool.     What excellent service. Fabian was kind, friendly, efficient. And my dogs loved him! That is important because they know character. He came in, quickly identified the issue and resolved it. He had our air conditioning up and running again within an hour. We are glad to support a skilled professional and a young family.     We have been looking to do some AC work in our house since we moved in three years ago, but I never really found an AC company that explained our issues and that gave a reasonable quote. I found All About AC through some coworkers, and I was even more excited to contact them when I found out it was a totally family-run small business. Samantha is always available on phone. Fabian is very quick in service and takes his time to explain and walk you through what he sees and what he believes needs to be done.Once we started the actual AC fixing, Fabian and his team were diligent and took a lot of care in their work.I am so happy to have found a trustworthy, family-run small business that does quality work.     This company unfortunately did not install my units when we built, but fortunately they came when I had problems. Fabian was courteous, punctual, and knowledgeable. He quickly found the problem the first time and had my unit up and running properly. He correctly programmed my units that the builder and his AC guy failed to do.     Bought a house and moved in Sunday. Spent first night Monday. Was warm but we didnā€™t suspect ac because it was relatively new (2 years). Just thought it was stupid nest thermostat. Tuesday called my AHS warranty that came with purchase. No call back from them Wednesday night. It was 87. Decided we couldnā€™t wait bc next day was holiday. July 4.Found All About Air on google. Fabian was here in 45 minutes. Spent about an hour cleaning lines, cleaning outside unit. Charging the freon.It was late. It was hot and he was working his butt off so we could get some ac. All with an amazing smile and attitude.Before he left the cool air was running and temperature was dropping.This review is real and we have found our AC company for our new home.Do not waste your time with anyone else.

    I highly recommend this company- I was told by another company that I needed $4,600 of work on my air ducts, I needed pest control and a fan in the air conditioner- all while just while doing the annual check up. I got 3 other quotes, and lo and behold, Fabian fixed the ripped ducts, and found no evidence of rodents, and verified that my fan was indeed working properly. That saved me another $300 for the pest control and $275 for the fan replacement, and he charged me $498.That is integrity, and I am eternally grateful!

    Great Serivce! Chris and Jose came to my house to perform my semi-annual AC checks. I have both the house AC and a mini-slit system on my porch. They did excellent work. They thoroughly checked each system, replaced my filter with one the ones I have on hand, and they even cleaned the mini-split system filter. They were conscientious, respectful of my property, and very clean. They left everything as neat as they found it. Thanks again for great service All About AC....You guys are tops in my book.     Fabian was great! We woke up Sunday morning and our AC was out. The high that day was going to be nearly 100 so fixing it quickly was imperative .     From the first minute I spoke with Esther, to the scheduling I conducted with Samantha, and the initial service call with Fabian, the service has been second to none.The actual repair conducted by Jose and Christian was beyond expectation. Jose and Christian wasted no time getting to work on the repair. They quickly vacuumed down the system, cleaned the bad connections, then thoroughly cleaned my evaporator coil after removing it from the system in my hot Texas attic. They took a solid 45 minutes to clean and rinse it on the front lawn before reinstalling. It never looked so new! After re-soldering the evap coil back in, conducting and passing a vacuum test and recharging my R22ā€¦WE ARE BACK UP AND COOLING!!!! I donā€™t think my System has ever produced air this cold!!AAAC was my seventh company we called for repair and/or replacement quotes. It goes without saying that All About Air-Conditioning (a woman owned company) is now my go to company for all my future HVAC needs.COMPETITIVELY AFFORDABLE!! EXCELLENT SERVICE!! He then proceeded to inform us the time it will take him to get the parts and come back to work on our unit.     Great customer service, the technicians were all super helpful and informative, HONEST, and they saved us a bunch of money on ac repairs.Weā€™ve called All About Ac and Heating for the past 2 years and can honestly say we wonā€™t call anybody else.These bigger companies weā€™ve called in the past all wanted to completely change out our current system which at the time wasnā€™t even 5 yrs old. Most of them couldnā€™t tell us why it needed to be completely replaced or where the real problem was. All About AC and Heating was able to come out, trouble shoot the problem, get our ac back up and running in the middle of the summer, AND saved us THOUSANDS of dollars.Canā€™t thank them enough.
