Our service technician was Christian and he was very helpful and easy to work with. We needed our A/C checked at our new home shortly after moving in. He was thorough and friendly. He made some adjustments to the unit and the vents that improved the overall air flow. It made our house cooler and more comfortable. We could immediately feel the difference. Christian did a great job and we appreciate him!

In my limited experience with HVAC maintenance and repair experts, Noe proved to be extremely informative and helpful. As a brand new home owner, I was not very happy to see some water damage in my brand new ceiling. Noe came out on a SUNDAY(!) and identified the issue and what led to the damage in the ceiling. He went above and beyond, improving our system’s efficiency, and advising me on future maintenance, teaching me how the system works, in order to become a better overall home owner. He was patient with my questions and answered everything I threw at him.

Honestly, we had several techs from this company come out and fix the issues every time but a computer board is needed to resolve our underlying issue. Noe was quick, solved our heating issue, is very intelligent with his work and explained the situation professionally. Couldn’t give him enough praise, he has been the best tech they have sent out yet. He read the past visit notes and executed his work with stellar performance. Noe not only fixed our heating (because that was the issue) but checked our AC when he didn’t have to.The company always calls ahead to insure we are home and does good work.

It’s been a cold winter. This past week my heater gave out in our Frisco home. The combo of it feeling like 10-20 degrees outside and the marble floors made it feel freezing in the house, way too cold for my elderly parents. I called AirTron at 10am on Thursday and had a technician at the house within 2 hours. Marco, the tech, was here for a few hours, constantly moving in/out of the attic while diagnosing the situation. There were a few problems, but Marco got to the bottom of it and had the heat running within no time. Great experience and well worth the monthly price.

Updated 2/21/25:On 2/19, the outside temps dipped below 20 and you guessed it, our heater stopped working. I called Airtron because I think the tech can properly diagnose the issue now since the outside temps weren’t going to go over 30 for the next two days. My elderly parents are here and my dad is always cold. I felt so bad for him when the temperature of our house went to 59°. Valentin showed up at around 4-5pm and informed me it was the gas valve that was the issue. Unfortunately, he didn’t have the correct part for our unit so he had to order it. He ordered it as a rush and explained that there was no guarantee that they’ll get the part the next day or if there would be a tech that’s available. Luckily, the part and the techs were available the very next day. I’m grateful for the transparency Valentin displayed.Thankfully two techs and the right part came the following day at around 2pm and they finally got our heater working properly again. It’s about 25° right now and it’s working. I’m so happy, I could cry.Update:The problem wasn’t fixed. Over night, our heater stopped working again. My husband’s theory is that when it gets too cold in the middle of the night, the gas valve just stops working, but when the outdoor temperature gets warm enough, it starts working again. I called Airtron and had them send someone over to check. Of course the heater turns on when they come, in the afternoon when the outdoor temperature gets warm. This tech said everything was working fine and made it seem like it was always working. That same night, it stopped working. I didn’t bother calling Airtron again because I felt dismissed and I wanted to gather more evidence of our faulty heating system before calling them again.I found an HVAC tech in our neighborhood and he said it could be the gas valve. I didn’t have him change it because initially, I bought a maintenance plan with Airtron and I’m still under warranty. I’m continuing to monitor when our heater turns off (the temperature indoors/outdoors and time) in hopes that I can call Airtron and give them enough evidence of our heater failure.Original:There was another HVAC company that was helping us pinpoint our heating issue. We even went so far as to buy a GoPro and set it up so that we can catch the error codes our system was throwing in the attic. We captured the error codes and sent the other HVAC company the video on Monday, MLK day, and I asked if they can come out to fix it or schedule sometime this week to fix it. No response. Another cold night at the house. When I woke up, it was 57 degrees.I reached out to the other HVAC company again and asked. They told me since they didn’t install the system, they can’t fix the issue. They couldn’t have told me this from the beginning?? Aggravated, I called Airtron. I was cold and pissed off at the other company, but Airtron really did a great job in handling my issue.I called them and they got a tech to come out a few hours later. Dung Nguyen was our technician. I showed him the video and he immediately knew what the issue was. He got to work and told me that there was loose wiring, which he fixed. Then he went around each vent to see the output. He told me not to fully close the vents as the air needs to flow through. He triple checked to make sure our heat was turning on. He did a really thorough job. I was impressed. I don’t usually write Google reviews, but this warrants one. Our house no longer feels like an ice cube.If you’re having heating problems, go to Airtron. They will help you when other companies won’t.

She took the time to explain to me their services and also got setup on the Essentials Plan ($30.95) per month. She also got me scheduled same day between 1pm and 5 pm. She was very professional and wasn’t in a rush.Approximately around 2:30 pm Jonathan Wafer arrived and was ready to dig into my problem. He checked my thermostat for errors, and then moving to unit in the attic. I was unaware of a breaker there and it became clear that’s where my issue was. He took time to explain why the issue took place, and the way he was going to address the issue so that we could get back to some cooler air. Very respectful young man, well spoken, and cares about making sure his customers are taken care of. Thanks Jonathan!!!Let also add this as well. If you’re looking for a HVAC service I would recommend them. The 2 plans they have can save you some money. It saved me over &500 today. Roger arrived earlier in the day than planned , which was terrific.He is friendly, expert and accommodating. You can send him to my home anytime for service.The one question I have is: Why does the Trane A/C capacitor go bad EVERY YEAR. Should last several years. Check my records of service visits. Is it something Germaine to Trane or are Capacitors constructed so poorly that they do not last ?
