    I cannot express how greatful I am for Airtron services. Their technician Wagner Munoz is top notch. He was truly such help and a blessing. He explained everything to us from the moment he walked in and reassured us everything will be taken care of. Last night our heater was not turning on and we called Airtron. The disconnect box shorted and melted almost causing a fire. The agent over the phone was very helpful and promptly sent a technician the next morning. She did ask for us ro turn off the outside breakers until a technician could get to us. Wagner made sure our heater was working before leaving. He was very attentive to our concerns and answered ever question we had. Could not have asked for nothing more. Thank you Airtron and Wagner! You saved us during this arctic blast.

    My unit wasnt turning on but it was getting power. Michael came by and made a quick assessment to begin fixing the issue. Within the hour he was able to get the unit back up and running and also ran a system diagnostic before leaving. Great service this time.

    Was extremely impressed with what Seth did during today’s Service. Issues discovered with the HVAC were corrected! I was concerned about the cold temperature in a couple rooms. Seth pointed out things I should have been advised about by the builder and wasn’t. Adjusted the setting on the Thermostat for Winter and Summer. Being retired I do not need temperature for different times through the day. Maintain constant temperature 24/7. Would highly recommend Seth and request Seth for future Airtron services if needed!

    OUTSTANDING service! I called this morning at 9:30 and they sent Travis out to service our unit. He identified the issue, fixed it and was gone in 45 minutes!     Upon seeing our unit was down and calling their number, Airton not only had availability this evening but also within nearly an hour were here. And once arriving, Jake was professional, courteous and extremely skilled in his work - navigating around our bedtime routine with our infant and even worked baby gates too.     Could not ask for better service! Literally the first night of cold weather...I thanked the Lord for shelter, and a furnace. As I touched thermostat...system crashed. Thermostat went dark. Would not reboot. 53 degrees in the house by morning. Called Airtron. Not only got same day service...but decided a care plan was a great deal and decided for on going peace of mind I wanted to know I could depend on service calls. For $25 monthly, I saved almost $600 in replacement parts and service charge. Talk about a deal! Technician stayed with me until old thermostat once again failed. Replaced...warm home. I once again am thankful for a warm home and Airtron.

    I have had 2 service agents come to my home in the past week. Both Dean Thorstensen and Antoine Jackson. They were both very nice, professional and efficient. Antoine particularly found the problem was electrical based and made sure that our Brookfield contact had someone come in within one hour after Mr. Jackson left and fixed the issue immediately. Truly grateful for Mr. Jackson taking the time to wait and even speak to the electrician before he left. Incredible service. Kudos to Mr. Jackson!!!

    Called in to Airtron Customer Service around 9:30 am to report heating system not working, house temp was at 60 degrees. Service tech arrived at my front door at around 11:30 am - that was a quick response on a very cold morning. Teck checked system in the attic and quickly determined the issue with related to a fuse in the air compressor not working properly. Replaced and double checked the heating system to determined it was functioning correctly. He was at my residence between 30 to 45 minutes. He also took time to explain what had happened to the system malfunction. I appreciate the quick response, quick repair and hes polite and professional manner. Thanks AirTron for getting my system heating my home again.

    I had the pleasure of having Marc come out to my home to help balance my AC system and fix an issue with an open seal that was causing cold air to blow into the attic. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and he took great pride in his work.     Technician Steven Gonzalez was thorough and efficient in performing the winter maintenance on my two a/c units. He communicated what he had done, and that both systems were functioning perfectly. He was very pleasant, and as a courtesy, after clearing systems, etc., he replaced the filters for each of the units. Mr. Gonzalez does not waste time in idle talk, performs an outstanding job--prove being that both of the units in my residence work efficiently all year round.     We had some gashes in our insulation in thr attic from our new build and we had AirTron send out a technician to get those repaired.I came home as Hugo Gomez was wrapping up and I pointed out to him some smaller cuts deeper in the back of thr attic. I asked him if in his professional opinion if those were negligible or if they should be taken care of, and he explained how over time condensation could cause those damages to worsen over time and he didnt hesitate to get those repaired!!He was very professional and exemplified integrity in his work. We appreciate the work Hugo performed for the longevity for our home.

    Carlos Trejo was professional, courteous, and meticulous. To begin, I explained to him how we were having problems when the aux heat fired up on freezing cold days. The system almost immediately shut down and pumped cold air into the house. During the visit, he found a faulty air supply sensor. After replacing the sensor, he also discovered that wires from all three thermostats were wired incorrectly to the wrong terminal on the damper board. Carlos solved the ongoing problem with the aux heat. Since his visit, weve been toasty warm without any issues. Thanks Carlos!

    After living in our new home for a few months we noticed uneven cooling throughout the home. While our new home is still under warranty our warranty representative setup an appointment with Airtron to investigate the cooling issue. Airtrons Service Professional, Mr. Jose Castillo, arrived at our home and conducted a thorough attic examination of the ductwork. Jose discovered an installation issue that was causing the imbalance. He successfully corrected the issues and the system is now performing flawlessly. Jose was professional and cordial and I recommend him and his company for heating/air issues.

    The two separate agents that came out and completed the diagnosis did a good job, were very friendly and professional. However, the primary issue of the unit not cooling the home has yet to be resolved.After the AC unit issue has been resolved, Ill update my review :)Updated 11/22/24: After several meetings, it turns out the real problem is the type of AC the builder decided to purchase. Id say its resolved, it just would have been nice if everyone was candid in the beginning.

    We’ve been with AIRTRON since 2007. They are so efficient. We’ve never had problems. Today, we noticed our A/C was not cooling. I called in for a service request at 4pm. The customer service person was so professional and she was able to get ERIC the technician to service our unit in about an hour. ERIC was great. Explained the issue and fixed it. ERIC and the customer service were awesome.

    Antoine, Victor and Hugo came to our house to check things that had been incorrectly installed during the construction process of the house. They found all the issues and worked every situation to get the AC working the way it should, they took care of correcting the ducts, adding the missing vents, opening the vents that were sealed with paint and changing the ones that were incorrect. Their attitude towards work is amazing, always said don’t worry, we will take care of it. They are knowledgeable and very professional. Excellent working team.

    Afte living in our home for a while we needed to get several questions answered about our HVAC. Antoine was the technician dispatched. It was a very productive visit. Antoine knew the answer to all our questions. He quickly evaluated our main concern. We were happy to find out the concern was not an issue.Antoine did a great job listening and giving us guidance/suggestions for keeping our unit running at peak perfomance. Heres the best part. Without asking, he gave us solid advice for keeping out pet from relieving himself on the outside unit. Our pup just started raising his leg so the advice was timely.Following Antoines suggestion we set up a garden border around the unit.     Richard Javier of AirTron has done a great job each time he’s been assigned to come out to my house.1st time was for routine scheduled maintenance (as part of my service plan,) other time was to clear the A/C drainage line from the AC.It’s uncommon for the same technician to be assigned a job at your home multiple times, but in this case it happened.We both recognized each other when he arrived to our residence, and I knew my service visit would be handled quickly, thoroughly, and efficiently.Richard does a great job of explaining the situation as he first encounters it. They havent been able to fix.In particular, Id like to shout out Antoine.     Julian and Chase are at the expert level of AC repair. They were courteous, listened to our concerns and were thorough in their work. Julian applied extensive troubleshooting and found our problem that other companies had failed to find. He promptly ordered the part and was back to our house to install it the day it was delivered to him. There is great care and followup behind his work.Also the parts department was available and was prompt with updates and getting Julian back to our house. Hats off to Keith and Robert. You can tell this is this normal practice.The missing star had to be taken away for the dispatch scheduling protocol. We had gone 14 days without AC (due to the incompetency of a different AC company) and upon calling Airtron they scheduled us but pushed our appointment out TWO days in 100+ degree temps.SUGGESTION: Management, adopt the policy to UNDER promise and OVER deliver instead of giving people false hope. Do this and youll go from a good company to a great company. NOTE: The customer service reps were friendly - they just have a terrible protocol to follow. I feel bad for them!I would use Airtron again.

    Airtron staff advise me that the technician at my approval will arrive an hour early that I expected.Mark the technician arrived ask what was going on with the a/c. Mark went up the attic and immediately found the problem. Turns out the “motor blower” went out. It is not a part the technicians carry in their Van. Mark called his office for approval thru my Essential Plan and to check if the manufacturer had motor blower in stock. Mark arrived back to our house and replaced the new part and within minutes my wife and I felt our house cooling.     Outstanding service call today by San Antonio service technicians BROCK and YADI. We have the annual service plan and had scheduled service about a month and ahalf ago. Brock called earlier this morning and gave an eta for there arrival which was appreciated because you are initially given an 8 hour window.These two were professional, knowledgeable and through. They found one issue which needed to be addressed and brought that to my attention. I will be requesting one or the other technicians back for future service.     We moved into our newly built home on 01/31/2022, we immediately had issues with insufficient CFM downstairs and excessive CFM upstairs. Andrew who is a serious math whiz and very talented HVAC technician. He came out on 3/31/2022 and spent 10 hours going thru our attic and other crawl spaces to remove excess ducting which caused bound up ducting and choked airflow. He also added dampers to the ducts that had excessive CFM, he also discovered a duct run that ran directly into the Sheetrock above our living room. The drywall contractors covered the duct and never cut the hole, he cut the hole and added the register. His level of detail by referencing the home builder engineer blueprint - recommended CFM per room, then measuring the actual CFM in each room, documenting it, then iterating thru the whole system multiple times to get it all to target. Dampening ducts, cutting out excess ducting, fixing plenums, tightening up ducts with leakages and him showing us the issues, explaining how everything works was outstanding. His persistence to get every duct to the engineering blueprint recommended CFM with -20%/+20% tolerance, was amazing. If you are suffering from serious flow issues or unbalanced flows between floors ask for Andrew, he will not give up until the issue is resolved. My hat’s off to Andrew, he is a seriously talented HVAC technician. We could not be happier.

They did make a mess during installation outside and in my garage but after they cleaned up it looked like they were never there which I greatly appreciated. Wish the sales representative would have told me my new air conditioner did not come with a new filter. They used the filter from my old unit. I would have bought one for them to use. The system is noisier than my old system don’t thank anything can be done about that. System doesn’t cool as good as my old system, hope that can be adjusted.     Austin was very thorough adjusted the air flow and assisted me in correcting the thermostat to auto for both cool and heat. I was originally told I would have to manually change it to heat. He programmed it to automatically do it. Thank you Austin for your attention to detail.

    Antoine Jackson did an excellent job here. He was very polite, friendly and personable.Working on thermostat and humidity, he hooked me up to the app, changed settings and set my clock for the first time in a year! Im thrilled with the corrected humidity! Then he went into the attic, which was hot and difficult because of all the boxes blocking the ladder. He didnt complain but asked permission to move the boxes! Very polite! He graciously answered all my questions. He changed the filter, so Im good to go! I hope hes my service guy next time!!     Excellent Company!!! Had a leak that was under warranty. Plumbers claimed it wasn’t their problem when it was and told me to call the A/C company. Jose Ruiz was my technician and he was very professional and even fixed the leak even though it wasn’t their responsibility. Amazing customer service!! Highly recommend!!

    Lenny and his assistant arrived earlier than scheduled !!!!!!!! Problem was diagnosed as bad blower motor and an electrical panel issue. Panel was redone and a rescue Motor was installed to restore service. Lenny ordered the correct permanent motor which will be installed after it comes in. He got our AC back on line in about 3 hours. Terrific service. Couldnt ask for better service. Thanks !!!!!

    Strongly recommend Airtron. They do annual x2 services/tune up that are a reasonable price considering high replacement cost. Honest. Tech Yancy Torres is the best. He is the one I will continue to ask for. Prompt, professional, through, respects home and property, knows his trade. Through . . . through . . . through. Sometimes a tune-up may be 30 minutes. Yancy was here well over 2 hours. Attention to detail. Hes the man to ask for.
