This was definitely money well spent. Andrew was on time, always a winner with me. He was very good natured and informed. He went straight to work checking the entire system, not just for the problem, but for any potential issues that I should be aware of too. The repair was affordable and done right away. I could feel the difference immediately. After the repair was made Andrew reviewed all his findings including pictures. And emailed all the information to me for future reference. He explained what I was doing right and where I could improve to save myself from having very costly issues later. I would definitely recommend AirHeads and their Comfort Club program. A system maintained is better than a system replaced any day.

Our AC stopped cooling on the hottest day of the year (so far). Called Airheads the next morning, and they had Drew at my house before lunch. Drew was phenomenal- incredibly knowledgeable and clearly explained what was going on as well as our options. He got the AC cooling again within a couple hours and was on his way. Will definitely be going with Airheads for our HVAC service needs going forward.Update 2 weeks later: AC failed again. Scheduled another service from airheads on Thursday night for Friday. Andrew showed up again, and almost before I could say ‘hello’ he informed us he had already called Lennox and confirmed that the unit’s parts warranty, and that the local dealer had parts on hand if needed. Since we had signed up for airhead’s ‘Comfort Club’ when we had the last service, there was no charge for the leak detection. Turns out, the coil failed bigly. Drew called in reinforcements and had a coworker pick up the new coil from 30 miles away and brought it in for install same day. Airheads may not be the cheapest option available, but the customer service I’ve received from them is top notch. Would give another 5 stars if I could.

He did a great job! Prior to i called a different company they they were going to charge be an arm and a leg for 2 parts that were “blown out” due to the storm. On top of that they said they didn’t have the part on had and would contact me within 2-3 days and never did. When he came all he did was switch something over and it started working! And the pricing was affordable!!!Definitely would recommend the company along with him!!!!

My A/C died in August during a hot Texas summer. I was given a window of time between 10am-12noon followed by a text with the name and a brief profile of the technician who would be servicing my HVAC unit. I received a call from Kevin around 1030 am to let me know that he was on his way. Kevin was polite and listened to my description of the history of my HVAC unit and addressed all concerns I had. My Rheem heat pump HVAC unit is six years old and has been serviced twice a year since its installation. The filter used is 2 inches thick and is ultra filtering for pet dander. It is changed every three months. The gist of the HVAC problem was a leaking refrigerant coil line. Kevin did thorough troubleshooting tests to ensure there were no other problems in the system. He also fixed a very loud gurgling noise problem my HVAC unit had with its drain pump. Even though I mentioned it all the time to the previous company who installed the HVAC and who serviced it just three months ago for its Spring tune-up, nobody EVER resolved the problem. I was told yeah, those pumps can make some noise and nothing could be done about it. Kevin fixed the problem! It was an air intake attachment that was needed. It was clearly marked as being needed on the exchange system located inside the closet. The installers back in 2018 missed that as well as that same companys service technicians over the past five years. Needless to say, once the old company fufills their contract with one last semi-annual inspection this fall, Airheads HVAC will be my go-to company. It sounds funny but we were skeptical of getting a quote from Airheads HVAC because of the logo. But after reading some good reviews we decided to get a quote from Airheads after receiving quotes from two other HVAC companies in the area. Airheads HVAC offered the absolute lowest prices by far AND offered the fastest service. We got a same day quote and had an entire new Carrier system (indoor and outdoor) install 2 days later. Derrick the salesman and Caleb the installer were fast, very respectful, and professional. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a complete new system, or routine servicing.

My house is only a year and a half old. During his inspection, he identified a wiring issue that that would have jeopardized my unit during a power surge. Just in the nick time, too, because we had an outage today. I purchased a Hard Start Kit, Condensation Safety Switch, and a Halo-Led Purification System to maximize my HVAC system. Called Airheads because I was having some HVAC issues after the storms. Kevin the lead HVAC Tech came out to save the day after me not having AC for almost 72 hrs. The company was booked up, but they got to me, he came in listened to everything that I told him the system did, all the troubleshooting steps I took. He said alright you did good now let me see what I can do. Within 35 to 40 min after looking at AC number 1 upstairs. Realized, needed a capacitor problem solved. So he did a full service call on that unit with a few extra small maintenance upgrades and system 1 was good to go in a hr and some change. System 2 did the same thing, but wasnt the capacitor it was the coil, he did all the troubleshooting trying to fix it. Luckily under warranty but gotta wait another 48 hrs to get it installed no problem. At this point its almost 10pm fast forward Friday at 9am Kevin called, Im enroute. He shows up at 10 on the dot, gets to work, coil installed, unit serviced and the other lil minor upgrades added. 1215 he is on his way to his next job, ok Mr. Jackson see you in 6 months lol. I got the service plan with them to make sure everything keeps running smooth. But good company from customer service rep all the way down to Kevin and the other techs. Give Airheads a call its getting hot.
