Amazing company, tech came last friday, diagnosed problem(needed new outside unit and coil), ordered my unit and was here 6 days later for install. They had already done furnace unit after Feb. ice storm. Jose is amazing and very straightforward. Highly recommended -

Our homes 2nd floor AC unit went out and we were having a terrible time with our home warranty company. Jose and his technician stepped up and proved Aire Serv of Grand Prairie to be the VERY BEST HVAC company in the DFW metro area! The attention of a small business, and the service every consumer relies on when they need a major home system repaired. Very responsive, took the time to educate, came out after hours just to help expedite diagnosis & provided professional documentation at every turn as needed. I will continue to use Aire Serv of Grand Prairie for all my HVAC needs in the future - and highly recommend their company! -

Aire Serv came through! We were concerned when we continued to hear the same noise that a previous AC repairer said he fixed. AireServ came out diagnosed the problem, and worked with us when the Home Warranty denied the claim (discovered there were several EXCLUSIONS in the contract)!! Thanks so much!!! We will certainly spread the word on the NextDoor Neighborhood App. -

My AC was blowing warm air. I reached out and they were able to have someone out the next morning. The technician arrived and immediately knew what the problem was by the sound of the outside unit. He explained everything in detail and resolved the issue in no time at all! -
