Marc was our tech and is very polite, skilled, knowledgeable & cleans up after himself (greatly appreciated). You even gee a text with a picture of your technician and their info prior to arrival, which was a great feature in an already seamless, pleasant experience. Tanner came to our home and answered all our questions so we understood exactly what was needed for our home. We scheduled for a whole new hvac system as we were long over due. The install team, Mike, Caleb, Steven and Tony showed up on time and got right work on installation day. Mike stayed in communication with me the entire time letting me know what was happening and what to expect. They had us up and running in no time and no mess left behind. From beginning to end, everyone involved was extremely professional. Highly recommend Aire Serv for all your hvac needs.

I wanted my air ducts cleaned, so I booked an appointment for an estimate. Tanner arrived, and he was friendly and professional the entire estimate. He was also thorough. Tanner told me I dont need to get the ducts cleaned, but he informed me of some things that may not be up to code and should be addressed by my builders warranty (new home). He said his company could do the work, but he doesnt want me to have to pay for something that should still be covered by the new home warranty. Sure enough, the things he mentioned are in the inspection report from the closing process, and the builder had not addressed those items. I have full confidence that this company and Tanner are trustworthy and do high quality work. I highly recommend this company and will continue to use them for my HVAC needs.

When our outside compressor started to make a strange noise outside our bathroom window, we called Air Serv as they had originally installed the unit 14 years ago. The technician, Dylan, came the following day. He was respectful of our home -- removing his shoes each time he entered and putting on paper booties. He spent two hours diagnosing and cleaning the inside and outside units -- which had not been serviced since it was installed. When Dylan showed me his iPad with the service plans, I was concerned that the cost was going to be high -- or worse yet, we would need a whole new unit. The prices he showed me were very reasonable and he explained the features of each one. We felt me got very good value for the service he performed and our unit has been working fine ever since. We were very happy with Dylans service, his diligence and professionalism.

I highly recommend Aire Serv!The initial tech that we requested to do an assessment arrived right on time, his uniform was worn with pride, he spoke very respectfully, he was very knowledgeable, and he was very patient and considerate when answering our questions. It was a very pleasant experience!He found several issues that needed to be addressed to prevent further costs in the future that he was quite happy to show and explain to me.Our a/cs drainage was not piped correctly and was a flooded drip pan and soggy ceiling waiting to happen. Our duct work and insulation was done incorrectly by the builders crew as well, so it was greatly restricting our airflow!They fixed our issues and now our house is more efficient, the rooms are now evenly heated and cooled instead of one being blazing hot while another is cold as ice. They even sealed around all the holes in that area where the ducting meets the vent to prevent dust and insulation fibers from leaking into our home from the attic.Jared, the owner, came out and helped his guys too (who were all great). He was absolutely pleasant to speak with. The man knows his stuff, and he really cares about what he and his techs are doing for our community.When they were done we decided to put ourselves on their maintenance plan to keep our a/c unit fit and make sure we stay out of trouble as the Texas heat comes our way.We even took advantage of their free air testing to check the quality of the air in our home and got our ducts cleaned!It has overall just been such an amazing experience with the Aire Serv team! They are worth every penny, and I cannot recommend them to yall enough!Great job guys!

Ive been using Aire serve for the past five years and I have to say the service has been amazing. Theyve done everything from vent cleaning, biannual maintenance, and parts replacement. Everyone is so professional and caring.All the women in the office Emmy, Mandy and Cathy are so helpful. They always follow through with everything they have told you would and check in on me to make sure everything good. The service technicians go above and beyond when they are here. Parker, Kyle and Ryan have been awesome. Parker and Emmy both called me after I had surgery to see if I needed anything. They are more than a business to me, theyre family.If you havent done so already consider getting the service contract. Its well worth it!

They were able to send a technician the same day I called. Marc was able to catch something another company/technician didn’t (due to the company’s policy to check the whole system instead of just focusing on the presenting problem) which means I need a new system due to several things going wrong with my current one. He was calm and great at explaining what was going on. He took pictures to show me exactly what was going on, and made sure to fix what he could to give me time to make decisions. He also made several phone calls to help answer questions I had about the process. He was kind and professional. The scheduler was also friendly and professional.

In the Texas heat, our AC just might be the most important part of our home. Our A/C failed in the 100-degree heat and Air Serv was able to get a service professional to our home the very next day. Charles was on time, courteous, thorough, and efficient. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to have our A/C Unit running within an hour. We expected to purchase a whole new unit, but Charles diagnosed a failed electrical component that was by-passable until the replacement part arrived. He also recommended a preventive maintenance plan that we will use. Incredible value for a vital service during the summer months.

Well, as luck would have it, Christmas is this weekend and weather is fluctuating- and our heater has gone out. I called Air Serv, and they were here within a matter of hours, working to get us back up and running. Our HVAC is original with the house, so it’s about 30 years old. They did warn us last year that we need to replace the unit as soon as possible, but I was hoping it would last till spring. Rather than giving us bad news at the worst time, they instead have ordered parts and are trying to help us get ready for what is to come as far as weather is concerned. They have been thoughtful, courteous, and extremely professional. From the office staff to the technicians, I have total confidence in their honesty and integrity. They have gone out of their way to help us, and I could not be more thankful for all the folks at AirServ.

WOW! I cannot say enough great things about Aire Serv of Central Texas! We recently had our very old unit replaced with a high efficiency, amazing new unit! I knew that I would need help financing a big project like this, within minutes I was approved and we began the designing process. Byron took measurements of our home so that he could recommend a couple of options. This entire team took elite care of my families needs to prepare us for a comfortable summer. Noah, Matthew, Steven and the entire installation team were amazing! They put down drop cloths to protect my floors, they cleaned up every bit of dust that was left. I ran into a problem with my electrical but Aire Serv stepped in, contacted the needed electrician and took care of everything for me without me having to find the solution. I would recommend Aire Serv to anyone looking for a reliable, respectful, honest, hardworking AC and Heating company. They treat you like family, and reply with ma’am and sir. They are true Service Professionals!Edit - On Friday, 7/23 we had a small problem with our AC pulsating so hard that it was making the walls vibrate. I called Aire Serv, they immediately put me on the schedule for next day, yes, Saturday to take care of the issue. The indoor unit had a small 3 inch piece of foam in the blower. He not only showed me the piece of foam but also educated me as to why the unit was pulsating and also gave me some tips on how to prevent debris getting the unit the future.

Both of us were very happy my A/C was a simple fix!New service review. Dale wheeler was my tech this time. He installed an expanded air quality system on my a/c today. He came early and was finished in less than hour. Very happy!

I am purchasing a home in Waco and as I have purchased several homes before, I knew that I wanted an HVAC inspection performed before closing. The positive experience with Aire Serv has blown me away from the very beginning. They were very responsive and got me on the schedule right away. They sent a text verifying the name and picture of the technician prior to arrival. This is the most thorough inspection that I have witnessed to date. As a prospective buyer, it is imperative that you have as much information as possible to make sure that you are making a good investment. The issues that were discovered and clearly explained, along with the recommendations for remedy have provided me with the clarity and support needed to renegotiate the contract or find a more suitable investment. This review has been long overdue. Several weeks back my AC unit gave out on me in the middle of the night on a Friday. This was when the nights were still roughly around 70+ degrees. My son and daughters room were exceptionally hot so I needed it repaired fast. I had called several companies to which all charged expensive weekend emergency fees. Their technicians either did not call me or give me an accurate time of when they could be at my house. Working in the construction industry myself I was disappointed when a supplier we use often left me dry, so to speak. That is when I called Aire Serv. Not only did they immediately get me in touch with a service professional but they even sent me a text with his photo to verify who would be coming. Donny Jordan of Aire Serv is the best in the business. He called me instantly and told me the time, within reason mind you, he could arrive. When he did he was pleasant to speak with and extremely knowledgeable in his craft. He even did a few extra checks for me for no charge. This type of service and professionalism is what has made me a committed customer. I will not use anyone else but Aire Serv and that is in thanks to Donny Jordan! Having had years of issues with dust, debris, allergens, and recently discovered mold infiltrating my HVAC unit, despite hyper diligence with filter changes, house cleaning, and servicing by other HVAC companies, Aire Serv came to give a 3rd quote for what I believed would help. Dave came and took time to listen to my complaints, then spent the time with me to adequately inspect the system, including the duct work throughout the attic, and finally identified the source of years of distress and increasing medical concerns. They took my urgency seriously and scheduled the technicians to come in just a couple of days. The completed work was absolutely thorough and professional, with results immediately noticeable. The cost was very fair and I cant say enough good things about the people and service I was provided. My only disappointment is that none of the companies Ive previously hired had the integrity to actually diagnose and correct the failures made when the system was installed, instead just selling me useless services that would never actually make a difference. Ill definitely utilize Aire Serv for any future service needed. They have literally improved the quality of life in my home and I am so very thankful.

Dale Wheeler arrived today to install my Thermostat I got for Christmas, but that wasn’t all…He also resolved an air flow issue in one of the bedrooms and indicated we have mold forming in our unit. Please note that I had someone from another company out in April for seasonal PM and again last week for the air flow issue. Neither visit, did they inform us of the mold. I am an allergy sufferer so this is kind of a big deal. Dale was the only one that listened to our concern and actually fix the air flow issue as well as honest enough to bring mold in the unit to our attention..something the other companies should have told done. I was very pleased with Dale’s performance and thoroughness in today’s visit. I will be using Aire Serv from now on!

It is never easy to hear that we had thousands of dollars worth of damage to our HVAC system, but Dale, our service technician spent an enormous amount of time showing me pictures and explaining the problems he encountered during our routine maintenance check. Had he not taken the care to thoroughly investigate and explain the issues he came across, I wouldn’t have followed up and made another appointment to schedule repairs. But when he helped me understand that if we didn’t intervene, there were health concerns, as well as tremendous wasted money because of the compromised efficiency of our entire system. At every step in this process, the professionals we’ve worked with have coordinated schedules, equipment and service. Carol in the front office is on top of everything. I feel like she knows my system and knows me even though I’ve never met her. Dale’s calm demeanor, professional skills and respectful manner gave me confidence that we would get the problem solved and end up with substantial savings in daily running costs because of improved system efficiency. These folks have EARNED our business.

Ive had repairs, service, and total system installation at different houses in Waco. Most of it with Brandon Hart, who is very professional, knowledgeable and willing to explain everything. Brad Bird did an analysis and proposal for me and he also was very professional, knowledgeable and willing to explain. They really go the extra mile to figure out the specific details of your home (room size, ceiling height, window exposure, etc.) and then determine the size and type of system that will keep your house comfortably warm or cool at a reasonable price. They do not just give you whatever you had before, because who knows what criteria (other than lowest bidder) was used to pick the previous system. They also go out of their way to keep your house clean while they work. I definitely recommend them.

It started off as a terrible experience. The repair technician that came out to begin with, had no confidence in his own ability to diagnose my problem. He was constantly asking other technicians via text with pictures etc...which didnt give me much confidence in his abilities. At first he diagnosed the problem as a $2000 TSV, or some valve, and my system did not even have this valve. Fast forward to the end, he charged me $237 for tightening up a valve stem where there was a slight leak, where he added a pound of freon, (it took him 3hrs beginning to end), and scheduled me for a $250 coil cleaning to occur the next day, to cut down on condensation. I called for service because the pan was clogged. After he left, I realized that nothing was working. I dont know what he did exactly, BUT AIRSERV DID SEND ANOTHER TECHNICIAN OUT TO FIX WHAT THE FIRST TECHNICIAN MESSED UP THE SAME EVENING. AIRSERV MADE IT RIGHT BY THROWING IN THE COIL CLEANING AT NO EXTRA CHARGE. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN. ONCE AGAIN, A NEIGHBORLY COMPANY COMES THROUGH FOR ME!!!!!!!!!

I came home last week to a hot house; the inside temperature was 85 degrees and my outside AC unit was dead. It was after 6pm, but I took a chance and called Aire Serv anyway. I left a message; within an hour I received a call from James, the Aire Serv technician. To my surprise he said he could come out that evening. James made it to my house around 9:45 and worked in the dark to get my unit up and running within an hour. He was polite and professional and gave a complete explanation of the problem. I was pleased and impressed and am happy to recommend James and Aire Serv to everyone I know. Awesome Ssrvice!

I had quite an emergency with my air conditioner. It was getting hotter and hotter as the day went on and I had no Air Conditioning person that I knew. So my neighbor told me about Aireserv I called and within the hour we had a serviceman, Charles, who diagnosed our problem and fixed it at a very reasonable price and this was at 7 pm on a Saturday no extra charge for that.Thank you so very much.
