Highly recommend them! I received a text message 15 min before the tech arrived. And the tech was very thorough and friendly. He showed me the issues that needed to be addressed without being pushy. He took his time to make sure everything was looked at properly.

Was more than pleased with the service I received from Aire Serv if Cedar Park. Olivia was extremely responsive and was quick to schedule a tech to come out after my AC went out. The tech was extremely knowledgeable and diagnosed the issue quickly and fixed the issue. I would highly recommend them!

During the extreme Texas polar event AireServ was able to send a technician to my house within 24 hours. (heater and thermostat went dark / stopped working during power outage cycling on & off). They had us up and running within 30 minutes. We really appreciated they maintained a live person to answer calls during the storm and were both surprised and delighted they were able to help us so quickly.

Had an emergency with the AC compressor not engaging. Called them at noon time and they were able to squeeze me in the same day. This was absolutely important with this Texas Heat. They diagnosed the issue right away and were very upfront and honest with the diagnosis. They were not trying to upsell me on a new system. It is very refreshing to have an honest AC guy that was knowledgeable and trustworthy. Will definitely keep them saved on my favorites list as a go to with AC trouble.

Right in the middle of the August heat, my AC stopped working so I called Aire Serv on recommendation from a neighbor. They responded promptly and had a technician out to my house first thing the next morning. The technician showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the issue and had our system back up an running in about 45 minutes. Couldnt ask for better service!

Amazing company and just good people!! Our issue was harder to complete than we thought due to a complicated pipe rupture but they got it done!!!! We so appreciate these guys and gals They were also our heroes in the Ice storm braving ice on the road to help use. We will call them every time and highly recommend them.

They were able to come out the same day the system wend down, found out what part was needed and ordered next day delivery, service man cleaned condenser and checked the unit out so when part came in he installed and it works fantasticI highly recommend this company for all your AC and Heating service.I will use again

I just had a mini split unit installed in my garage, which doubles as my Man Cave. The difference is amazing! Not only does it do a great job of cooling, but also removes the humidity and freshens the air. Jeff and his team of technicians were very professional, and even worked over the weekend to get the job done as soon as possible. I highly recommend Aire Serve of Cedar Park for all your HVAC needs.

Jeff & Olivia have shown me Excellent customer service these past 2 weeks. Both of my ACs went out during the week when it was over 100 degrees. AHS took 4 days-which they tried to diagnose and fix the problem to no avail.I decided to call on my own & reached Aire Serv in Cedar Park. Jeff & Olivia were so awesome that I had a portable AC in my bedroom by the evening (at no extra charge) to help while my AC went under repair. My downstairs AC had a short circuit & my upstairs had a leak- both were fixed by the next day.Not to deal with anymore AC issues, I decided to upgrade to a more efficient system. Jeff was great in negotiating a superb deal for me on a new 5 Ton 16 SEER unit. Within a few days, Jeff and Haider were installing my new AC unit (within 1 day). Lastly, I decided to buy 2 NEST Thermostats, which Jeff sent Haider (AC Technician), to finish the install.I can only say that Jeff & Olivia will take care of you-especially when your AC is out & AHS takes forever to respond.
