Shaun greeted me with respect from the beginning / on the phone to at the door. He explained everything to me about my unit before and afterwards. That was very important to me. I felt he was very honest. Need more techs like him. Just by him communicating with me the way he did I’m going to bring it to my wife and hope she really understand the importance and the enjoyment I received out of this and call him back for the vent cleaning etc…Hope to receive him next time.

I am so very pleased with the service I received from Air Tech of Humble. The call center was very helpful setting up the appointment. And Joel Castaneda, the service technician, was wonderful. Not only did he do a great job doing maintenance on my furnace, he also took the time to connect my thermostat to WiFi and show me how to use it. When he noticed that I was having some potential drainage issues in one of my bathrooms, he immediately put me in touch with a plumber from his company so that they can come out and take a look at it. They will be here tomorrow. Talk about great service! Highly recommend them.

Michael Caruthers from Air Tech is amazing! Our AC went out in the afternoon, and I first had a tech from [big red name HVAC company] come out to look at it and say the compressor needed to be repaired ($8,000) or to replace the whole outside unit ($9,000). I called Air Tech of Humble at 9:30pm hoping to set up an appointment for the next the day to get a second opinion, but Michael came over an hour later and within 30 minutes had my AC running better than before, compressor working just fine. Furthermore, he took the time to show me and explain exactly what the issue was and even give me tips and other things I could do to keep my AC system more efficient and extend its life. Couldnt be more happy to find a local company that I can trust to be honest and fair with diagnosis and pricing for AC and heating. Bonus, they provide a lot of other services too like generators, plumbing, water heaters, etc.

Air Tech did a very high-quality job and did it in a very timely manner. Michael Caruthers was our tech and he went above and beyond in conveying the information we needed and making sure we understood all of our options. We had our AC system completely replaced, after we chose the system we wanted to go with it was completely installed and functional the next day. Michael came back after the job was done and even fixed some things in the attic that were unrelated to the job! Definitely recommend this company.

Normally, I dont do reviews. However, this is one which is deserving of one. When my tech arrived I explained to him my situation and plan. He did his inspection and returned with photos and his advice. Advice which was no surprise to me. Michael showed me their product and we went through each plan to find one suitable for my home, need, and affordably. Being a disabled Vietnam and a Sr. Citizen, he referenced the offered discounts I would be eligible to take advantage of. One thing that stood out about this young man was his hands on approach. In many ways he reminded me of myself.Needless to say, after our conversation about the product and just plain old day to day conversations getting to know each other, we zeroed in on the product which would suit my needs, both, for my home and my financial situation.Another thing I like about my tech is, his hands on didnt end after the sale. It continued through the installation and he was the last one to leave after ensuring the job performance of his installers were completed to his approval.Job well done.This is a follow up review of my most recent experience. After the installation of my A/C there was a problem. The unit ran continuously. My tech, Priscilla, received information from me about the problem and went to work. First, analyzed the problem. Second, she ran tests. Third, repaired the problem and checked her work. Finally, she explained to me what the problem was and what she did to repair it. Job well done.

The company got 4 because the day after I made the appointment the woman called to reschedule for the end of the following week which was unacceptable. Mike was a lifesaver last night. Came home to the house after work to find that the heater was not working. He came out at 10:00 at night in a Houston snow storm and got the furnace running. My equipment is old and needs replaced and he was very informative on options to replace my system. Thank you for getting it running to get past this cold spell. Definitely 5 star service.

He was very thorough and ensured that the problem was fixed correctly (our system was still less than 2 years old that was installed by Air Tech of Humble in May 2023 and the heat was set up incorrectly we found out earlier that day) . I would always want to request him as our tech because than I can put trust that the problem will be fixed and will be correct. Thank you!

At the time when I called Air Tech of humble, I had been without AC for over two months. I was working with a different repair company who tried to convince me to purchase a new unit simply because they were not experts on Trane units. I went online and scheduled an appointment for the next business day. I want to emphasize that was able to schedule an appointment, online, days after a hurricane tore through the city of Houston. It was also great to receive text confirmations of my upcoming appointment. Additionally, when my technician was dispatched, I received a friendly text message with not only the technician’s photo, but a brief bio about his experience and tenure in the industry. Joel was an amazing technician. He took the time to cover his shoes, prior to entering my home and within two hours, he had my AC unit repaired! Joel was kind, courteous, and most importantly confident that he would be able to repair my unit. The price was affordable and he gave me great advice on the best way to maintain my unit. Additionally, I enrolled in the maintenance plan to ensure that my filters are changed timely and that my unit runs in top condition. I cannot stress enough, how happy I am with the services, professionalism and knowledge of this company. I will recommend to any and every person I know who is in need of AC repair services!Update (Nov 2024): Just had my winter service and it was just as awesome! Priscilla was patient and explained what she was d servicing and the additional maintenance that she recommends. Still very pleased!

My AC stopped working, called Air Tech of Humble to come check it out. They were able to send a tech out same day. The technician, Priscilla, notified me when she was on her way. She was prompt, polite, and professional. To not fault of her own. She was not able to get my AC working again. My AC runs through the load control module for my generator, and that control board went out, therefore the AC was not getting power. I appreciated her honesty and how quickly she relayed the information to me so I could call an electrician for the generator, especially given that this occurred on a Friday afternoon. Making a customer feel heard by demonstrating empathy and active listening is such an important skill, which Priscilla has clearly mastered.

Yesterday, Kevin Bolden, an AirTech Service Technician, thoroughly explored options with me for improving the AC and heating in my master bedroom and bathroom. We settled on a plan that I was happy with and felt was fairly priced.Today, Arturo Sandoval and Jose Rosado arrived at the scheduled time to install the new ductwork and vents. I appreciated their attention to detail in confirming the planned locations and their responsiveness to my questions and requests. They were diligent in ensuring the work was done properly, going the extra mile to achieve the best results. I also appreciated that they cleaned up after themselves, hauling away all the extra scraps instead of leaving them on the attic floor.I will definitely use AirTech services again and highly recommend them for their expertise, customer care, punctuality, and fair pricing.

I highly recommend Adrian at Air Tech Humble. We had another company look at our unit for us and the tech they sent out didnt even introduce himself, just walked in our house and after quickly checking things told us everything was fine. We continued to have the same issue so we gave Air Tech a call. I was home alone with my daughter and Adrian was courteous and friendly. We felt very comfortable with him in our home. He found the problem within 10 minutes and explained everything thoroughly. He recommended their membership program to help us save money on what needed to be replaced but never pushed it. He gave me the numbers and told me to make the decision with my husband. Adrian was professional and cared about us as a customer and not just another number/sale. Excellent experience with Mr Perez the technician at airtech. Original appointment was for 8 to 10:00 at night, he called around 3:30 in the afternoon to see if he could come on over and over the phone right then told me he thought he knew what my problem was. When he arrived he checked the part that he suspected of having gone bad and that was the issue so within an hour my AC was repaired and I didnt have to stay up late at night waiting for someone to come fix my ac.

EDIT: They actually responded and came out to view the problems. Evidently there was a personnel change and they are working on getting this resolved. They were extremely professional and did a very good job in their inspection. Will update after issues resolved.I went with this business and put a four unit Mitsubishi ductless air conditioning system in about three years ago. Within 18 months the system began leaking. We called Elite Comfort out and they charged us $500.00 for service call, only to let us know that the company had been bought out and they no longer would service my home. We have since had several techs out but cannot get the system to work correctly. I have been told that none of the pipe joints are welded or insulated/wrapped correctly. Now I have a very expensive system, exactly what they recommended, that cannot keep my home cool. Disappointed is an understatement.

It makes you feel like you know him a little bit before letting him into your home. And the text includes a link to track the technician so you know exactly when to expect him. Mike Caruthers came to my home and fixed all of my issues. When a problem arose he came back and made it right. He explained to me everything he was doing and even made a few adjustments to make my system run better. I couldnt have asked for a better tech. He stayed well past his clock out time unwilling to leave until the job was done right. Thanks Mike for making me feel like a valued customer.Joel came to my home to diagnose my AC/heater issues. He was quick and thorough. He showed me exactly what was wrong with it and took the time to explain to me in detail why it was the issue. He spoke in a very understandable way and didnt try to confuse me with industry jargon. He also pointed out some safety issues that were caused by a water leak a few years ago that the last company who worked on it either missed or ignored. He didnt try and sell me an entire new unit. He made a recommendation and then quoted me prices to do the minimum needed vs the recommendation. I appreciate the way him and airtech do business and would be happy to have them back out if the need ever arises again.

I feel like even if we couldnt afford the service he would have pulled some money out of his picket. We need more techs that actually care as much as Steven Garcia does. Michael K. did a deep inspection and found several other aging problems caused by the company that performed the original system installation (not Air Tech) providing detailed pictures and videos as support. We went through repair vs. replace options and the cost/benefit to replace was not as much as I thought it would be so I’m going with a new system installation next week. His design should hopefully avoid the issues caused by the previous company and I can have a system that will reliably operate for many years to come. Arturo Sandoval and his installation crew quickly responded and professionally installed my new system. These folks do a great job supporting my HVAC system. My home AC system, (originally installed with the house was built back in 2011), stopped working after a short power surge. I didn’t realize that it was no longer cooling for about an hour after that power surge.It was on a Sunday and after 6:30 PM. I called several AC service shops but the two I called didn’t have any service options until Monday. With the temperatures as high as they were (day and night) for the past several weeks, I didn’t want to wait until Monday.I then made a search for the top 3 AC service shops near my home and Air Tech of Humble immediately jumped out as a service shop that would come out day or night, 24/7. I called and within an hour I received a call from the service tech “MC Perez”.Another 20 minutes later and he was at my door. He immediately struck me as an expert in his field and a true professional in every sense of the word. I believe he told me he had 17 years’ experience in this field and it definitely showed.He then went over exactly what he intended to do in the “System Diagnostics” procedure. “MC” was thorough and it didn’t take long for him to find the problem. In addition to the slow leak that I have in my 13-year-old AC system, he pointed out that my home system took the refrigerant R-22, which has been phased out.I now need to get realistic about having the AC system replaced with a newer AC system that accepts the updated refrigerants.I found the AIR TECH of HUMBLE service technician “MC” to be a reliable expert and professional. He came across as someone with integrity and I found the diagnostics report to be a huge help in my future plans to have the AC system replaced.I must point out that Air Tech of humble also does full sales, service, and installation of AC systems and Home backup Generators too!! MC Perez was absolutely amazing! As he began, he told me up front what he was going to do regarding trouble shooting my A/C system and I began to be a little nervous because he mentioned a number of possibilities, as to why the unit was not blowing as cold air compared to before. But in the end, it turned out that all I needed was to replace my A/C filter which I already had on hand.Before he started the job, he asked me if I had changed the filter. I told him yes, but I mentioned that I had several backups, and I asked him to look at the filter in use and give me his thoughts. After looking at it, he recommended that we go ahead and put in a new new filter so that it could be in place when he did his testing. Sure enough, the unit began blowing very cold air, and all was well.He also advised me that my capacitor was borderline, so I opted to knock that out in preparation for the upcoming summer.I highly recommend MC Perez! He is very knowledgeable, and he never tried to sell me. Even with the capacitor, he advised me that I could buy a little more time with the capacitor, but I chose to get it over and done now.I was also very appreciative that he left my home exactly like he found it. When he first came in, he put on shoe covers so as to not track up my carpet. He also made sure that the area that he worked in was exactly like he found it. I was very impressed by that, because I have had repair guys come out who did not have that same work ethic.I will be requesting MC for my future Maintenance and Service needs!
