    Absolutely outstanding service!I highly recommend Integrity Comfort Solutions.Our A/C went out in the middle of the night, I called and spoke with Shelby who was incredibly pleasant and helpful.     I had service to my system today by one of Integritys technicians, Joshua Hay. I was very pleased and impressed with the service he provided and the manner in which he conducted himself. We had to wait for a UV bulb to be delivered for him to install it and while we waited he picked up fallen limbs and branches in my yard and also answered some questions I had about house maintenance in general. Integrity, this guy is an asset to your company! You are lucky to have him!

    I’ve been using this business since I moved into my first home about a year ago. As a first time home buyer I cannot express more gratitude to the technicians and staff who help me take care of my home. They are always available when I need them, professional, reasonably priced, educated and take the time to educate you as well. I have had nothing less than wonderful experiences with them. I don’t usually take the time to give reviews but this one deserves it. Just woke up to a ceiling leak from my AC unit at 3 am. Called as soon as I found it and they had a great technician, Dustin, come out right away and fix the problem all in about an hour and a half. Beyond grateful and they have a client for life. Highly recommend!

    Great experience from my initial phone call. Service was as scheduled, on time and professional. The service tech Dylan was fantastic, answered all questions and was very thorough.     Henry was on time and friendly. He didnt push a lot of expensive repairs on us. The work that was needed on our old unit was documented with photos, so I could actually see that what he suggested was necessary. He was able to make the repairs the same day. We are very satisfied.

    Austin (the Technician who responded to our call) did a great job. He was very professional and quickly found the problem. He checked out the entire unit (inside and out) even though he had found the problem when he first started his inspection. He showed me the condition of the coil by taking a picture which gave me a much better view than if I had tried to get in position to see it directly. He explained his Companys Club Membership program and gave me some very good information on how to rid my unit of some mold, mildew, and other growth inside the unit from the moisture. He was very informative and thorough. The service I received made me choose to sign up as a Club Member because I felt Integrity Air is a Company I can trust and the rate for the Club Membership is very fair considering what you get for your money. I am a real estate agent and I come across a lot of different air conditioning repair companies, but Integrity Air is the most impressive Ive found in my 17 years as a real estate agent. I will definitely put them at the top of my list of companies for air conditioner and heater work. The fact that Integrity Air is available 24 hours a day - 7 days a week is great too. And, their service calls are the same price as they are during the normal work day. I signed up for their Club Membership for five years and I am looking forward to having confidence that I have an AC Company that I can trust and feel will be fair when I need work done on my equipment.     Im extremely thrilled with the service and honesty of Integrity. They came out to our home on short notice and explained the issues we were having with our furnace. They explained it could be 1 or 2 parts that needed to be replaced. They were aware we were willing to pay for both parts but as it turned out it was only the cheaper of the 2 parts that needed replaced. They didnt try to sell us something we didnt need and everything is running fine now. I highly recommend Integrity. Thanks TJ and Erica

    I had a house full of family, cooking a big meal and generating lots of heat when we realized the system was not cooling at all. Integrity was very quick to respond to my initial call, and kept me well informed concerning when to expect a tech to arrive. Tech arrived slightly earlier than promised, found the problem quickly and even let it cool for a while before taking it down to do a more permanent fix. Tech was polite and articulate, and explained the problem thoroughly before leaving.

    From the beginning they were the friendliest on the phone and in person. They called and confirmed the day before and sent txt message when the technician was in his way. The technician was very informative and thorough. I would highly recommend this company. I have used others in the past but this company’s name says it all.     Always have experienced great customer service from both Ken & Austin. This company goes above & beyond, I have a old unit that they couldn’t find the parts to replace,but worked hard to try, I had Ken come out to repair one of my mini-splits then Austin came later almost 9pm to give me a quote on another unit. I joined there membership club so I get both a discount & don’t pay extra for those 9pm service calls. I highly recommend Integrity Air.

He arrived quickly, identified the problem with our heater and discussed repair options. Jehu was very professional and great to work with.     The team did a good job, neat, clean, polite. They answered any questions we had and explained whatever we asked. The job went smoothly until a mishap. One of the installers slipped and his foot went through the ceiling. They apologized over and over. They contacted their office to let them know what happened and took pictures as necessary. We were contacted later in the evening by the company Integrity uses for repairs. Due to our schedule, the repairs are to take place tomorrow.

Three issues arose during the regular inspection of my two A/C units and Edgar was able to resolve all of these issues on a single visit. And when he departed both units were operating properly.

    I understand why the name of the company is Integrity! Fabulous group of people, running an A-1 place! We moved into our home May of 2016 and the AC was on its last leg. The guys came out and had a new system in place within a singe day! We were sleeping comfortably before we knew it! So many user friendly options on the thermostat! Ask them about Air Quality additions to your AC, you wont be sorry you did!

    Excellent customer service. Extended my service contract when I didnt use it for a year. Had all my ducts replaced last year. I wanted two in my bedroom instead of one. When they thought one would be enough and just installed one, I insisted that they add the second one and they did without hesitation. Also gave me a free 2-year service plan for the inconvenience. Very happy with service visit this month. Caleb replaced my AC hepa filter, gave me a website to order cheaper ones, and adjusted my plentums. Very professional young man.

    Good and fast service. The only thing I dont like is the constant upsell. I always have to brace myself when calling you to prepare for this. I had a car one time, that when I took it in for a simple oil change, they were constantly trying to sell me hundreds of dollars of additional work - it got very old. My systems under warranty, and I bought your yearly protection package, I shouldnt have to listen to constant up-selling every time you come out.

    Integrity Comfort Solutions has a very big heart. Their goal is to care about and help everyone with their HVAC needs on an individual basis. They give you the facts, you can put a band aid on your system or they will put in a new system in one day. Awesome, polite, trustworthy people. Their word is their bond.Just when I thought Intergrity couldnt do any better, a long comes Tanner Wilson to do my winter inspection. Very personable, knowledgeable, and eager to answer and explain all things. He stands for Integrity Comfort HVAC and I will be requesting him for my service tech.Billy came out today for my Spring maintenance inspection. As always with Integrity Comfort Solutions he knock it out of the park in all things that count. Told me my carbon filter had a good 6 months left in it. Complimented me several times on my awesome updated system we bought from them in June 2016. This company is all about Integrity. Have a 5 year service contract with them. All employees have been very polite and helpful. Keep it up.

    Dylan Pesnell was the technician for our regular maintenance. He was very courteous and professional even petting our dogs.We had had a problem with our heating and he immediately recognized what it was. He performed all the regular checks and cleaned out the filters.We had no questions for him but he explained in detail how and why our attic needs more insulation.     Very very nice. My air conditioner was leaking in a rental property and I live pit of state. Called them at 8pm and they came over. It was ascertained that I needed a new unit. I got a bid from them and they were more than double than the other 5 bids I acquired. Also when I started questioning the tech via texts about things he got a bit testy with me. They seem honest but way to expensive.

    Called at 5am on a Sunday and a real person answered the phone. Yes a real person! They made an appointment for Sunday morning at 8am. Yes Sunday at 8 am! Dustin was here at 8am. We thought we were going to be without air conditioning for a day or two but Dustin fixed the problem in less than an hour. The price was very reasonable and you can beat the service!     A week before 4th of July, our AC was not blowing cold air, so we decided to book a special maintenance deal from Integrity knowing that we possibly would have to replace the system since the system has been barely chugging along for the past 3 years.Erika came out on Saturday and did an assessment and reviewed options with us from charging freon to replacing the AC to replacing the whole system.We decided to get it over with since this was 3 years over due. She did all the measurements, brought us some portable AC units, worked with us on scheduling the install the following Monday. She texted us on Sunday letting us know that Mario and Luis will be out on Monday to replace our HVAC. Mario and Luis came out Monday morning and did a great job removing the old system, added an additional return, tidying up and reworked the vintage ducts and repositioned them, then replaced and tested the system. The new HVAC has been working perfectly since.

    All I have is one word WOW! Dylan Pesnell from the beginning was awesome. As I was explaining the things that were going on with my unit he was already writing my concerns down which made me feel like he was really paying attention. Once we were inside he greeting my partner and also heard his concerns as well. Next he went into the attic, where I left him alone to do his job. Im the type of person who enjoys learning, so later I joined him in the attic. No way did I felt like Dylan was bothered by my company. He taught and explained alot to me. He was patient, and you can tell hes very passionate. Dylan also went above and beyond and checked out my compressor all the readings were good.
