Im very happy with the service I got from Air Rescue. I just bought my home in the last year and wanted my AC system checked before it gets too hot. It was super easy to make an appointment. There were a lot of available dates and times. Tech showed up on time and communicated before his arrival. He did a thorough job of inspecting my system and explaining everything to me. He never tried to sell me anything I didnt need. Very honest and fair. I will be using them again.

I had problems with my heating system. Aaron Krause from Air Rescue came and diagnosed the problem and determined that I needed a new fan motor. With my unit being old he had to find a new motor which wasn’t the easiest thing to do. Aaron stayed with it and found the proper motor. Now my unit works better than it has in a long time. I won’t use anyone but Air Rescue in the future.

Our heater stopped working on Saturday night, the first night of the big freeze and--the temperature in our house dropping to 56 degrees--we called Air Rescue Heating and Cooling for help. Even though it was Sunday, Aaron Klause quickly came out and found and fixed our problem. We were very impressed with Mr. Klauses promptness, knowledge, and fairness, as well as the tips he gave us for avoiding problems in the future. This was the first time that we called Air Rescue Heating and Cooling, but they are now going to be the only company we call for our annual heating and air conditioning tune ups as well as any other hvac service or repairs we may need.

Great Service at a great price. Air Rescue has been awesome, theyve been able to keep my old system working for way longer than expected. No pressure to replace the unit ever. I finally decided to upgrade to a new Goodman unit and the price was very reasonable. I got a quote from one of the big companies you hear advertised all day on the radio and Air Rescue came in at less than half the price of the other guys least expensive option.I know there are a lot of smaller A/C companies out there that do horrible work and they often have shady tactics so it can be tempting to go with the big, well known guys. But these guys have huge overhead and they need to pay for that by charging crazy prices. Do not hesitate to give Aaron and his crew a try. You will not be disappointed!

Our Memorial Day weekend was saved!! Our AC wasnt cooling today. Didnt want to sleep in an 80 degree house all weekend because the warranty people cant come until Tuesday. Also didnt want to pay a fortune because its a holiday weekend. Contacted a couple of the places recommended and they couldnt come or didnt get back to me.I work in construction and we recently used Air Rescue for a client, so I reached out and the owner, Aaron, was at the house in about 20 minutes. Immediately knew what was wrong, swapped a part, topped off the freon, and it immediately started cooling down. Awesome to work with, super friendly, and reasonably priced! Its hard to impress my husband because of past dealings with repair people, but he was impressed!

I recently signed up for the maintenance plan because my one year warranty was up with the builders company plus my past experiences on other homes I own with Aaron have been exceptional! Chey, who works with Eric, helped me to identify major issues that should be covered by my warranty. Chey and Aaron gave me a thorough and complete report to provide to the other company. I appreciated Chey and Aaron for being honest with me and not charging me money for needed repairs just to do the job. Instead they made sure I was taken care of and helped me to finally get this other dishonest company along with the builder to admit the wrongs with my a/c unit and saved me thousands of dollars. When I have a choice, Air Rescue is ALWAYS my ONLY provider for a/c and heating!

After waiting for more than 2 weeks on American Home Shield to repair our air conditioner, we reached out to Aaron at Air Rescue. He sent a tech to our home the same day and provided a quote for repair as well as replacement. I should mention that this was on a Friday before a long holiday weekend. By 7:30am on Tuesday morning, we received a phone call from Aaron confirming that a crew would be at our home within the hour. Given the age of our A/C unit, we opted to replace the entire HVAC system and couldnt be more pleased. They are great! Our downstairs heating Unit stopped working. I did the best I could trying to diagnose and fix the problem myself with no avail. I finally caved and called them, and expected a hefty bill for the work and a pushy salesman. It was a dirty sensor. Easy fix for them, but they charged me accordingly, instead of ‘finding’ something they could make know money from. They were also very prompt, professional, and on time. Highly recommend!

Had the chance to use Air Rescue for the first time yesterday. The heat wasnt too bad, only 102. This past week with temperatures up to 112 every AC company has been extremely busy. I called Air Rescue at 11:30am based upon reviews I had read on multiple sites. I explained my problem and they fit me in for the same day, thankfully. Aaron was very nice and informative and I immediately felt this was a trustworthy guy and company. They are family owned and have been in Celina for 10 years. I love to support family owned businesses when I can.

Aaron came out to our house back in early May because we were having trouble with our AC system. We had called a couple of other companies, one of whom (who wed been using for a while) was recommending a very costly repair or just putting in a whole new system. Granted, our system is older, so we are probably nearing the end of its life span, but with the pandemic happening and the financial uncertainties that go along with that, we didnt feel comfortable pulling the trigger on a brand new system just yet. A friend of my wifes had had some work done by Aarons team recently and recommended them to us, so I checked out their website and they offered a free second opinion, so I figured what could it hurt? Aaron came out, took his time looking at everything, was very patient with my comments and questions, and had our system up and running again in no time for a reasonable price. He is very knowledgable about how these systems work and took his time explaining to me what I needed to know about the repairs and what to look for when we do decide to move forward with a new system. He earned my trust and Ill definitely be calling him again the next time we need service.

I requested their service to assess air flow through the ducts and the functioning of damper-motor unit (in a multi-zone system). Aaron arrived on time, inspected the unit, took the time to explain how the system works, and provided great advice on how to take care of things. While I requested service knowing that the assessment would cost me $99+tax per their website, at the end of the visit, in spite of spending much time answering all my questions, Aaron did not take any payment for the assessment as no repair work was done. They said that they had a tech in the area and could be there in about 20 minutes. Aaron arrived ahead of time and in a few short minutes had diagnosed the problem. He had our air conditioner working again within 15 minutes. He is obviously very technically competent and was extremely friendly and up-beat and answered all our questions. I was convinced the unit needed to be replaced because Id had it checked twice before, by two other companies. Turns out we needed to replace the furnace filters! (New residence, and Im still learning the ropes). Ill definitely recommend and call Air Rescue again! UPDATE 10/16/20--Ive had Aaron out a couple more times for various items--installing new thermostats, etc--and cannot recommend Air Rescue enough. They tick all the boxes for service and professionalism!

While finishing up the self-install of a high performance mini-split system I ran into an issue while attempting to pull vacuum on the plumbing. I just did not see the system going under vacuum. I called Air Rescue and within 3 hours I had the company owner onsite ready to help. He had no issue working with a DIYer like myself, jumped right in and within an hour (or so) the system was online generating very cold air - working beautifully. Aaron is very technical, highly intelligent and a great communicator willing to answer any question and help educate his customers. They come when they promise (usually the same day) and are a delight to work with. Very Highly Recommended. An 11 out of 10. You could say he rescued my project!!

Called to have my system serviced and was pleased to find out they offer an annual maintenance plan to help me remember to have maintenance done on time.Day of the appointment he not only did our regular service, he fixed a duct that wasn’t sealed properly that was causing condensations drips and walked me through how to talk to our builder to get them to fix the humidity issue we’ve been having (and explained why it was more significant than we realized). Even offered to talk to them himself or write them a letter on our behalf if they fight us on it to help us not have to pay to fix it. If I could give more stars, I would. We came home from vacation to a very hot house. We knew our system was aging and were worried that whomever we called would tell us the whole system needed replacing. I found Aarons number online and called. He was able to come right over and Air Rescue us he did. He took a look at the condenser outside the home and put a voltage meter on the part he suspected might be the issue given the symptoms. Sure enough the part was bad. Five minutes later he had the new part installed and the cool air started to flow!!! He then checked the system while he was there. Gave us some very simple and easy maintenance tips and was on his way. Honest and professional. Will not hesitate to use again when the need arises.

I couldn’t figure out what was going on with the upstairs air condition so I started googling air conditioning service provider in my area and came across Air Rescue number call it a got a sweet lady that I asked about 50 questions about my air conditioner and she answer all of them in a very professional matter without any problems and sent out her service guy immediately and they solve my problem. So I recommend if you’re having any problems with your air to give this company a call you can’t go wrong. Thank you guy

Theyve been out twice and not charged us once! The first time was a hail damage assessment for insurance. The second time, embarrassingly for me, was a clogged filter.
