This is your AC place! Everyone in the South knows that AC trouble is the absolute worst. We have an old house with older units and weve had our fair share of issues, unfortunately. We have used Air Pros services many times and they are simply the best! We have used them for small fixes and a major unit replacement. Every time weve needed them, they are prompt, professional, and super reasonable price-wise. You will not be disappointed with their service. Each time weve needed someone to look at one of our units, they take the time to explain everything and go out of their way to make sure the job is done well. Also, everyone Ive met with their company has been so kind and personable. If youre looking for an honest, locally owned, and top notch service company, this is it!

Incredible service! I live in Dallas, but needed to install an entirely new HVAC system for my mother in Shreveport. Pat & his team were recommended by a friend. They could not have been more professional and responsive. Multiple bids - they were the fairest, and they honored it despite the project requiring multiple come-backs and unexpected electrical issues. Courteous, kind and next-level professionalism! I wish they worked in Dallas.

When its 100+ degrees outside you need a company you can trust. Originally they thought worst case scenario ($3k fix). They couldve stopped there, but they didnt. They did some additional troubleshooting came back said we were wrong, its best case scenario ($200 fix). Thank you for going the extra mile.
