Air Plus team perform an exceptional job in the installation of a residential A/C unit. Mr. Mark Herrera and his team installed our A/C unit in less than four hours. They took care in the removal and disposal of the old A/C unit .They were very neat and extremely efficient in the performance of their duties. Vicente and Daniel made sure that we understood how the system operated and answered all our questions Mr. M. Herrera always kept us informed on all aspects of the job and they are very punctual on all phases of their work. We proudly recommend Air Plus for any residential or commercial needs .George V.

GREAT Customer Service!! They came out on the same day we called them. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to educate us on what the previous company did wrong that was now causing damage to our entire system. After telling us that, we had him also go check our rental house and discovered the same thing was happening over there (the previous company put too large of a capacitor on it causing our system to shutdown sporadically). They gave us 2 FREE house calls in the same day and we gave them our business as they gave us the best price on replacing our entire unit. Highly recommend Carlos and Mark!

Air Plus is the best! Called Mark Herrera @ Air Plus on 05/28/24, he called back within a few minutes and said he was finishing a job and would be by as soon as he could. Within 2 hours he arrived assessed the situation and made recommendations. The system had a leak in the evaporator coil and since the system was 20 years old he didn’t recommend just adding freon ,since there was no way to know how long before it need to be recharged again . He recommended a new system ,quoted me a very good price. He told me they could install it the next day. The next morning Vicente and Daniel from AirPlus showed up , introduced themselves and immediately began to remove and install. Daniel and Vicente were professional and explained every phase of installation. Within 6 hours i had a new system up and running. Once again Mark Herrera, Daniel and Vicente from Air Plus were great to work with.I would highly recommend them.

I would recommend Air Plus San Antonio 100%. They are amazing!!! They were able to get me set up and installed with an entirely new unit the very next day. My air condition went out 3 days ago. After calling around to different places and not getting a good vibe from other companies I knew after calling Air Plus that this was the company I was going to go with. Their customer service is beyond amazing! The receptionist who initially took my call made sure to get someone out to my house ASAP after hearing my panic of having no air in this hot Texas weather. She was so nice and accommodating and told me not to worry.......... this was also late on Saturday but she assured me someone would come and check out my unit! All the other places I called even though their websites said weekends and/or 24/7 no one would come during the weekend. Mark came to my house and assessed the situation quickly and when it was clear I needed to replace my unit he quickly came up with a game plan!!! Not only did he work on getting a new unit installed ASAP he made sure we had a back up plan to stay cool until they were able to install a new unit. Mark and Carlos are so professional and kind and well spoken. They go above and beyond and the crew that came to install the unit with Mark was so nice and professional as well. You can tell that this company cares about their customers!!! I am so grateful for this company and will only use them going forward!

Carlos and Mark are great. Carlos solved a system-wide problem with my HVAC system that no one had been able to solve. AirTron, who installed the system initially, couldnt fix their own system, but Carlos figured it out - a mis-wiring on AirTrons part. These guys are honest and have a sophisticated knowledge of residential systems. Im an architect and I recommend them to all my friends and clients. They are the best.

Once again Mark and his Air Plus team are top notch! I had a clogged drain pipe causing my inside unit to have a leak. Junior came out and took care of everything the same day. Mark then called me with instructions on how to prevent this. Their customer service, prompt service and expertise is unmatched. Thank you Air Plus!! You have my business for life.

Our AC system of 30 plus years finally went out. After speaking to many companies, my husband and I decided to go with Air Plus. Mark was very response and knowledgeable. His expertise was evident in every question we asked. Overall their company had the best price and more importantly committed service. It’s hard to find good customer service nowadays, but it was clear that Mark was genuinely invested in in providing great service. We need more people like Mark: hardworking, dedicated, and honest. I am extremely grateful for calling Air Plus. My AC began having issues in this 100’ south Texas heat. Mark came out and is very professional, knowledgeable and honest. As a woman I always felt I was getting conned with other companies. Not Mark. Not Air Plus. Always honest And there is no pressure and they will not sell you on parts or equipment that you don’t need. I just have to give the AirPlus Team the biggest shout out for being the most friendliest, caring and professional Team. During the hot September month, our AC stopped working. They came out immediately and assessed our unit, and brought us a portable AC window unit to keep us cool while they worked on our estimate. They let us borrow their portable unit as long as we needed to make our decision on their and other estimates that we received. Although we did go with another company that was priced within our budget, I highly recommend the AirPlus Team and am thankful for their professionalism and caring service.

Last night we had the luxury of sleeping in a hot house with out AC. It was like camping insideminus the campfires and s’mores. We ended up going with Air Plus San Antonio LLC since we saw another neighbor recommended them on a post.Mark came out fixed it in 10 mins if even that and was very social and friendly. If you are having any issue with your AC hit them up, I highly recommend them. They will even come out for free estimate as well.

Carlos is very professional, prompt, reliable, and his pricing is reasonable. I am the type of person who loves to learn and I almost always follow behind the service person whether it’s someone installing cable, a plumber, or an electrician. Carlos explains how the system works and explains the importance of preventative maintenance. Almost 5 years later, Carlos is the only one I call to take care of all my properties.

I honestly thought I’d suffer from ED forever, the experts even told me it was unfixable. Thanks to Mark and the team at air plus I know longer suffer from ED they came in and in a couple hours one afternoon swapped out everything even the ducts and completely fixed my ED. Since getting over ED my life has changed dramatically. I no longer have the night sweats or the morning sweats, and my wife is VERY happy. Thanks again mark for fixing my environmental deficiency by fixing my air conditioner.
