A dispatch call was performed and a tech close by was given the request.The tech arrived at 2:35 PM. Tech was very courteous and efficient. A/C went out. Had four quotes including Air Energy. Marcos was very prompt and pleasant. He wore shoe covers in the house. He was prompt on texting and was up front on his initial quote and for a small adjustment after physically examining the A/C. His team was prompt and finished changing the evaporator coil in less than four hours. There was some knocking sound in the condensate line after installation and his team returned and installed a U-trap within 15-20 minutes. There have been no issues and it has been about a month since installation. Thanks very much!!

I had the pleasure of working with Marcus on one of the coldest days of the year in Houston. He was an excellent communicator and came out for my estimate same day. Not long afterwards, he had his crew remove my 4 ton furnace, and install a new one with a completely new exhaust outlet. It was 55 degrees inside before, and now I’m sitting comfortably at 70 degrees. He showed me how to operate my new control panel and even offered me tips on how to lower my energy usage and bill. Not only that, but he made sure that the garage was swept clean of any debris and they hauled off the old equipment! 5 stars!!! Highly Recommend!!!!

I called Air Energy for an estimate on replacing my HVAC system. Marcos came out, let me mention first in our current situation, he wore a mask and put on covers on his feet before entering my home. He went in the attic and assessed the current system plus looked at outside unit. He was pleasant and professional. I think the estimate he gave was fair and was very comparable to one of the other estimates I received. I noted one minor difference in the two and asked him to add that component and he did. There was no pressure from him and I told him I would be in touch. Sometimes you get people and you tell them that and they contact you to find out when they can start. Air Energy also has several companies, they use for financing with various options if you need it from 0% interest loans to low interest loans if you need that option. The loan company I went with the application was easy and I got immediate approval. You can decide to finance all or part of the total amount. Installation day - The crew arrived on time and they continuously worked until finish. Marcos is back and forth on site, but is readily available should you need him. Around noon I texted him to find out if I could buy the guys lunch...not realizing he was outside. He asked and they said maybe later, they did not want to eat at that time. They would rather get the bulk of the work done before they took a lunch break. Only made sense with them working in the attic in the heat of the day adding food to that, I truly understood. Oh yeah, forgot to mention when they came they put down canvas drop clothes to protect the walkways as they would have to access my hallway into my bedroom for the attic. They did a good job of cleaning up afterwards. The unit works really well heats and cools my home very quickly. The brand unit I got is a Goodman 3-ton, 16 seer. Comes with 10 year parts warranty, two years on the compressor and 2 year on labor by Air Energy. He took care of all the warranty information with Goodman and they emailed my registration certificate. If you are in the market, I recommend giving them a call and you can decide from there.

Just want to write how wonderful folks at Air Energy were when our AC quit working in peak of the heat. We called the Air Energy office in the morning and Carlos picked up the phone in spite of being heavily booked for the day he ensured we get someone who can get our AC going, he promised service as soon as he can get time and to our surprise he came within few hours, diagnosed the problem and fixed our AC so we could be comfortable. It was weekend and he came back on Monday to perform service he recommended and we agreed as preventive maintenance of our AC. We were very pleased with the quality of work and attitude and willingness to help by going extra mile. Our family really appreciated in hot Houston summer day.
