    Louie Piñon was great. Very polite. He showed me where my water heater pipe had come undone… probably caused from having my roof replaced a few months ago. He made sure it was fixed before he left. I was in danger of carbon Monoxide poisoning.

    Melissa helped us gain a clear picture on the issues on the HVAC system before we purchased a home. Edward was very thorough to check out the plumbing and water heaters in a home as well.     We were very happy with the service that we received from Air Dynamics for our laundry exhaust chute. Matthew Ankele was the technician who came out to service our home and he could not have been more friendly and professional. He showed up the same day that we called and fixed this issue quickly and for a good price. I Highly recommend Air Dynamics to anyone in the San Angelo area.

    We had been unable to get the proper care and diagnostics from a warranty service so we asked a co worker for a recommendation. So glad we did! Everyone we’ve spoken with at Air Dynamics has been very kind and helpful. We had a tech come to our residence the same day. Juan was outstanding. He looked the system over thoroughly, adjusted what he saw immediately and recommended a very reasonable plan to fix/ replace what was needed. Since the first visit was initially on a Friday. He came back out Monday to make all the repairs. The unit works very efficient, and smoothly now. Goodbye super loud noise, inconsistent run ability and all the other hullabaloo that was going on. Yes- we would highly recommend Air Dynamics to anyone. They also offer an ongoing service plan to provide a piece of mind, and helps your wallet too.

    Called and set up the appointment which was easy. It was a great experience from start to finish. Matthew called ahead of time and arrived within the time frame.     We had an issue with one of our AC units. Amanda was our repair technician. She was friendly and efficient!     Won’t use anyone else. Juan Z. and Kelsey H. were so helpful in assisting us with our issues. We didn’t get the news we wanted but they were very thorough, explained all our options, and did everything they could to help us out. We have a lot of expenses coming our way but would rather pay more for excellent quality than go cheaper for a poor job. Will be staying with Air dynamics for sure

    We had been without heat for a week when I was finally able to get someone to come out. They trouble shooted various things and found what the issue was. It was after hours when he finished but he was very good to stay and explain everything that he had done to to get the system up and running again.     Matthew was the first to come to my house and was friendly and efficient. Due to the system being frozen another spontaneity was set for fires thing the next day when Amanda showed up for the service call.     I called Air Dynamics and got an appointment with the.. When on the phone they said it might be in the evening when they come. I said that I work nights and they said they could keep my appointment on the list and come out tomorrow. They told me how they would be communicating with me and asked for my preference of call or text. I ended up getting a call back in less than an hour from Juan Zavala. He kept me up to date with when he would arrive. He diagnosed my problem easily and gave me all my options and prices to get my problem fixed. The service was exceptional and they have reasonable prices especially considering the economy right now. Juan got my unit back up and running very fast. He was kind and helpful. I really appreciate all the help. The whole experience was a good one.

    We love Air Dynamics. We have used them for about 6 years now and almost every experience with them has been great. Amanda is amazing and wonderful. We absolutely adore her. Air Dynamics needs to find a cloning machine to make several clones of her.A little about how they operate We were and are being done wrong by another company. Air Dynamics is doing everything in their power to turn the other companies wrong into their right. They have a monthly service plan to help you make sure your needs are meet. I can go on about how great this company is but Ill just save you a huge read by saying this. If you need heating and cooling needs look no further than Air Dynamics. They are amazing in every way.

    Once again the maintenance membership with Air Dynamics proved to be well worth it! During their regular maintenance inspection Amanda & new employee Melissa found that the inducer assembly over amping. They also noticed the blower wheel was fractured.     After having trouble with another company, I called Air Dynamics and they got a technician out to me within a few hours. Daniel was fantastic! He explained everything to me and went above and beyond by picking up the towels and puppy pads that I was using to catch the leakage and took it all out to the trash for me. I’m very pleased with the service I received and highly recommend this company and Daniel.

She was thorough, professional and very courteous. She represents the very best quality in of the personnel I have thus far encountered. Whatever this company is doing to train and maintain someone like her needs to continue, as this is one of the reasons why I like working with this company.

    Very professional company with knowledgeable employees. They ended up needing to replace our system as it was 22 years old, and with that install they were on time, worked efficiently, and kept an impeccably clean work site when finished. With the heat wave and a newborn baby in the house, they were able to provide and install temporary window units to our home until they were able to install the new unit. Our family felt cared about by this company who went above and beyond. Thank you air dynamics, Amanda, Justin, and Armando! You guys are great.

    No one wants to hear that they need to buy a whole new unit after just moving into a new house, however both technicians we had out to the house, the most recent being Amanda, went above and beyond making sure the issue was diagnosed correctly and they both took the time to offer maintenance where they could. I really feel like the company cares about your well being and they want to do what is best. Also huge Kudos to their office staff, especially Stephanie, for being so accommodating and personable from day one. If I could give more stars I would. I definitely recommend to anyone in the market for ac services.

    Bought my home a little over 3 years ago and it came with the maintenance plan from the previous owners. I have never had an issue with any technician that has come out to service my unit. Amanda has been here several times and each time she comes she brings quality and caring for the customer!! She is super personable, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable about all things AC/heat related, she is always trying to find the best possible solution to any issues or problems, both in best quality/value to me.     Amanda Mims has always been professional and friendly. She performed a system inspection and filter replacement. She recommended preventative action and system enhancement which we did. Always informative! Can’t say enough about how great she is… I’m pretty sure her employers know what a valued and fantastic employee she is.
