We were driving from SC across country in our motor home to attend a convention in Texas. A few months earlier we had taken it to an RV dealer to have everything checked out and were told it was fine only to discover that neither the engine AC or the chassis AC was working. We were in a bind as we are elderly and the temperature was near 100 degrees. We had called several places only to be told they might be able to make an appointment a week later maybe. We called Air Care and Trent said he was booked with work but would help us out if we would meet him at 7AM the next morning. We drove 132 miles that night to get to his business. He was there promptly at 7 AM and then showed us where the wires were burned on both the chassis units. He completely rewired them and we were on our way. We are grateful for the courtesy and service he showed to us!

Trent and his team were excellent, very professional, conscientious, and very fair pricing.I really appreciate that they showed up on time, with a team, to get the job done. They were careful to put down cardboard on our wood floors to not damage the flooring, they were very organized, they cleaned up after themselves, everyone was respectful and polite. Thank you very much. Looking forward to using y’all for all our cooling and heating needs.

I give Trent and his crew 5 Stars!! They were punctual, clean, friendly, and very professional. They did an excellent job installing two air and heat units along with some duct work. I will definitely use them as my air and heat service company in the future.

I had them completely replace my HVAC system and zone it into two separate areas. They did a very good job on repurposing some of the old duct work to control my cost. I noticed in their ongoing work as well as the final appearance that they have a very high attention to detail and making sure the work is done right.As they were doing their work in my house, I was very impressed by their camaraderie and the professional and courteous way that they spoke to and interacted with one another. With a work environment like that it can only lead to positive outcomes in the end product.I would look forward to a long and healthy relationship with these guys in servicing this unit and any additional work I need.

My A/C went out at 10pm and my man Trent came out within 30 minutes and had my A/C back up and running in less than 10 minutes. He didnt BS me, he just fixed the problem the right way. This company is exactly what the industry needs. Im being serious when I say skip everyone else and call AirCare.
