    Really impressed with their commitment to service and continuous communication!Picture this, it’s freezing cold outside and your HVAC is blowing cold air, the outside unit is dead to the world. I had the complete system replaced only 2-years ago (mistakenly by another company). The company who installed it wouldn’t answer their phone so I left a message. When they finally called back they were booked out two weeks. I called Canyon Lake Air and they had someone out the same day. Turns out the circuit board in my outdoor unit shorted out. While to part had to be ordered from the factory they remained friendly, and checked in periodically to update me on the delivery date. I never felt as if I needed to call them and hound them for an update. As soon as the part arrived they scheduled the appointment, arrived on time, and quickly repaired the system.Jennifer was awesome on the back end finding the part and communicating with me, and Taylor was professional in taking care of the repair and being thorough making sure everything was working correctly.They have earned another customer and will have my business going forward.Thank you for being a part of our community and taking such good care of your customers!

    Woke up cold, with the heater breaker tripping. Not a good time to have my heater not working! I called Air Care and they had a technician out in just a few of hours.     2/20/25Taylor came out today to check a concern I had with cracks in the ceiling. At first I thought it was the weight and placement of the new unit they put in. However with an investigation by Taylor, he confirmed the unit was not placed in that area and so could not be the cause of the cracks. I appreciate him coming out to give me that peace of mind.     This is a real review from a real customer.Our AC unit quit blowing air. I called Canyon Lake AC and they came to my house within 2 hours which was super quick. Tucker the ac tech was very knowledgable and nice. He diagnosed the issue within 15 minuted after i told him what it was doing. He gave me options and then he went to get the part and 1 hr later he was back and within 30 minutes it was working great. He then checked a few things to see if everything else was good. I would highly recommend anyone to use CLAC.

    Air Care & Canyon Lake does great work. After the installation was completed, we noticed a big difference in humidity and cooling.Six months later (last night) they had to come back out (after hours) to check why the unit was not getting power. The issue was a gecko inside my old fuse box that commited suicide. Even though it was not an issue on their part, they came out late and got us cooled off quickly. Since we have family from overseas visiting, it was more important than ever to get this addressed. I am very grateful to their entire crew and I would highly recommend them to all.

    Had a new American Standard Platnium 3 ton -18 seer heat pump installed 8/23. Mike Mathis & Taylor helped with selecting the correct unit for my house. They installed the unit in one day and had the unit up and cooling by late evening. They were very knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. The heat pump works well cooling/ heating and has saved me some money on utility bills. The best part is they were honest and we feel we got an excellent product for our money.

Ken checked everything from basic review of the system to checking for gas and water leaks and checking air dispersion downstairs and upstairs and carbon monoxide and UV system. Feeling safe as always.I have been using Air Care services for years. They installed my TRANE AC/Furnace perfectly and have had no problems with it for almost 9 years. But this post is about the REME Halo UV system that was installed three weeks ago. I have severe allergies and asthma and difficulty breathing in the evening. Since the installation, I am shocked that my breathing has improved so well. So worth it. Highly recommend Air Care and their services.UPDATE: on 16 June 2021 the Air Care professional, Tucker, came to my house and did a great job of checking my AC and furnace. After the San Antonio freeze and loss of electricity, I needed to feel safe in my house again. Yes, I waited awhile because of plumbing and electrical issues from the storm. But Tucker was professional, focused and kept me informed of what he was doing and very kind. While he was outside, he saw an area of bees nesting above the AC unit. He made a recommendation so I could get it taken care of. Thank goodness! Air Care came out and cleared a clogged drain line and checked system. Very pleased with quick response and service from Michael the technician and DeAnna who scheduled . Will always recommend Air Care. In 2020 Older AC unit quit working and new system was needed. Since system couldnt be installed for several days, Michael, GM, arranged for a portable cooler and came to house to install until new unit could be set up. Cooler was used for several days and worked well. Everyone from Ken who initially came out to Taylor and Tucker who did the install were great to work with.     I am so impressed by Air Care & Canyon Lake Air Conditioning! Michael is super knowledgeable with many years of experience. When he came out to bid the replacement of one of my two 17 year old heat pumps. He pointed out that the 2 air handlers and coils were installed incorrectly in the attic 17 years ago! They had been swapped by accident and were mismatched for the outside units all that time! We bought this house 3 years ago so weren’t involved in that.Even more impressive is their quality control check that they do after the installation. About 2 weeks after the install they have one of their experts come out, and they check not only the work their guys did but they take measurements on many different components such as sensors and transducers in the brand new American Standard by Trane units to make sure everything is working perfectly! Well, Kenneth actually found a transducer that wasn’t reading right and they replaced it within 2 days. No other company does this!! I don’t care what brand of equipment you have but they are all subject to being built with faulty components these days especially now. No other company would have caught this. And even though the system worked, it wouldn’t have worked properly and maybe less efficiently with a bad component. I’m 64 and have never seen a company take service to this level! This company is a real find and I’m glad I found it when I needed a new system. I goes without saying that they will get the job to replace the other unit when it finally goes!

    I recommend Air Care & Canyon Lake Air Conditioning. I have an older unit and they came and serviced it. Did advise that once it starts having real problems that it will no longer be able to get parts. I appreciate the fact that a new unit was not pushed on me. Great job

    Our American Standard A/C unit was just serviced by Air Care & Canyon Lake Air Conditioning. Ken did a fantastic job of diagnosing the problem and then Taylor came out to fix it today. Taylor was on time, fixed several issues very quickly and eficiently to our complete satisfaction. He cleaned up the work site and our A/C unit is now working again perfectly.     I put in a new upgraded system R/18 when my almost new air conditioner bit the dust. I could not be more pleased with this unit it cools my house it’s amazing. I even have the UV light feature that help with the air quality. Best thing: I am saving significant money on my electric bill every month. Air Care was prompt and professional. As a retired disabled veteran I cannot say enough about the integrity of this company. Everything they promised was done. Often now a days it’s difficult to know who to trust with home repairs you can count on Air Care for all your air conditioning needs. I would rate them ten stars but only five are available.
