Cannot say enough good things about this business. This is now the second time we have used them for our AC. Our upstairs AC went out on a a hot, Saturday evening in August. Within 2 hours I had a response from David Flores (whom we have worked with previously) saying he would be out first thing Sunday morning. Monday morning the crew was here to install our new unit. The price they offer is unmatched and David and the install crew are the kindest people who genuinely look out for you!!! I hope we dont have to call them for any AC issues soon, but they will be my first call any time I do.

I highly recommend air bone air AC. The entire experience from beginning to end was on a professional level that I have never experience working with other AC companies. David came out to my house and did a complete walk through of my old system and provided me with a very detailed and professional bid that made my decision easy on who I would chose as a preferred AC contractor. He walked me through exactly what I would be needing and did not try to sell me equipment and services that was not necessary to upgrade my system. His installation team arrived on time and began prepping my house for installation of the new equipment. This prepping included laying down of blankets to ensure wood floors and carpets were not damaged in any way. His installation team worked efficiently and had the complete system broken down and installed with in 5-6 hours to minimize the time without AC.During the final walk through with David it was apparent that the system was installed professionally that left me feeling confident that I had received my moneys worth in equipment and services. I highly recommend that you choice David and Air Borne AC.

I asked AirBourne AC & Heating to provide an estimate for replacing my 18 year old R22 system that was on its last legs. I had requested estimates from 4 highly rated HVAC Companies. AirBourne worked harder than the other 3 Companies to get my business and quickly responded to all of my questions and concerns. After my installation was completed David did a walk around the house including an attic inspection as well as the outdoor equipment. He also walked me through setting up my thermostat and reviewed the importance of routine monitoring and maintenance. It’s only been 1 day since my new system was installed but I am very satisfied.

Trane evap unit was leaking. Jamie with Airborne repaired the unit leak after some weeks of my observation and reporting efforts to find the reasons. This January 2019, I had a routine tuning and adjustment of my heating unit and scheduled an early spring return to perform a unit cleaning and tune up the cooling unit for the summer months.Jamie warned me that cleaning and tuning the cooling unit during the cooler weather months could give false indications when testing unit cooling efficiencies. He advised we wait until warmer weather comes and cooling is needed regularly before we complete the cleaning/tuning.I agreed with Jamie. I was thinking the same thing. Air Bourne was my 3rd HVAC company to give me a quote for a full system replacement. Quotes ranged from 8K to 15K, so my head was definitely spinning by the time I met with Air Bourne. My experience with Air Bourne was A+ from start to finish. I met with David Flores and he thoroughly explained each component that would be replaced with a full system replacement and how each work. He was not a pushy sales guy, and respected the time I needed to think through my options. I didn’t need too much time as I already knew it would be Air Bourne from the jump, I just needed to make sure the finance worked for me which by the way they offer 0% for 60 months. Installation day was a breeze and his crew was very careful with my property. This purchase felt just right and I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off like other folks they came in before David. After getting several expensive bids to have my complete AC/Furnace system replaced, I called Air Bourne Air on a Saturday. David promptly called me back and within an hour provided me a much more competitive quote for a Trane system. He then came out to my home that afternoon to take a look as I wanted to make sure there wouldnt be any surprise charges. He said everything looked good so I hired them to come on Tuesday. They showed up right on time and had the job completed in about 5 hours including a crane (my condenser is on the second story roof of my house) There was a crew that handled the indoor portion of the installation and a crew that handled the outdoor portion. I didnt have a single complaint about them and the system has been running great. Usually with low price you compromise service but I feel like I got a great price with very professional installation service. I highly recommend them!

Our air conditioning went out in the middle of the hot summer, and my husband knew he wanted a TRANE system, so his internet search led to several area service providers. We had had a good experience with another firm previously, but they could not match the price quoted by David at AirBourne Air, so we decided to take a chance, and we are so glad we did! Not only was the price quoted the best offer we received, but they were able to install the new system the very next day, which was life-saving. The team showed up even earlier than promised, and I was immediately impressed with the level of TLC they displayed for our home: they covered my travertine entry-way and carpeted stairs to prevent any dirt or damage to our floors. Everyone was knowledgeable and efficient and professional, and they did a super job installing a great, complete new system, inside & out. I would highly recommend them, and of course will be using AirBourne now for any future heating or cooling needs, but with this new system, I dont expect to have any problems. David called the following evening and again after a couple of days to make sure that we were happy and that everything was working as promised. I love the warranty + the free follow-up visit coming to check the heat once the weather changes. We are very happy!

To whom it may concern:The great folks at Air Bourne recently replaced my homes old air conditioning system. I must say that the way they went about it, was exactly how it should always be done.From the moment their crew backed into.my driveway and their feet hit the ground, it became obvious they had a game plan! They were couteous, NEAT, RAPID, honest and fair. Their men methodically went about their mission like Seal Team 6 or HVAC Ninjas. Without my noticing any kind of interruption in comfort, as I stayed in my house, they were securely in and out and completely finished in only 2 hours. Later, when I inspected the work they did outside and in the attic, it appeared to be neatly and masterfully completed by experts!Their response was fast and professional from beginning to end. When my old unit was working, it did quite well. However, this new unit works even BETTER and uses less electricity! If we could somehow always find providers of all services for the home, that operated at the level demonstrated by Air Bourne, this world would be a better place. Noone is excited to call out a contractor when the AC stops working. My home has two units, one that was replace two years ago by AirBourneAir. This May the second unit stopped working and I did not hesitate to call these folks back to my home in Sugarland. Every time Ive called them they have exceeded my expectations in service and customer care. Very clean installs both times, great installers and most of all the sales rep David was always responsive, honest, fair priced, respectable and meet my demanding work schedule.
