    I had a new heat pump and fan unit installed 2 years ago by another company. Each winter, my heat pump would run for 45 minutes just to get up 1-2 degrees warmer.I called AIM to check if I had heat strips. Kenny came out and he found the problem quickly. The company who installed the new system did not connect the heat strip wiring...duh.Kenny also reconfigured my thermostat and it displays my options whereas before, it did not display them all.Kenny came on time. He was very pleasant. He gave me information what he was doing and what he was going to do next. He checked out the AC and the Heating.Im glad I learned about AIM AC & Heating Services. They are now my new GO TO company.

    For a week, my AC was turned off because it’s blowing warm air. Being on fixed income, I searched for the most affordable and dependable company. AIM AC & Heating have provided service before when I needed help. So, I called on July 10 and requested to assess what’s going on.I am pleased to share that Sesar Posas met my expectation when I had trouble with my AC. With the Tx hot weather, and caring for a 96yr old family member, Sesar made sure we’ll be comfortable by adding freon, while waiting for the needed replacement to keep ac running again.On July 12, 2024, he’s back on time with Mr. King, and replaced the unit in no time.I am so thankful for Sesar’s caring attitude, professionalism, friendliness and knowledge.     On the Sunday before Thursday July 4th our A/C stopped working. I called AIM and left a message not expecting to hear back Monday afternoon or Tuesday. Angela phoned me about 7:30 AM on Monday saying Kenny would be out as soon as he loaded his truck. Great start I thought.As it turned out it was a particularly difficult issue. Kenny looked over the system and reviewed the error code. Everything pointed to the circuit board which had to be ordered and would arrive the next day or the thermostat which seemed to work fine. Short story longer the circuit board did not resolve the issue. In talks with the Lennox guru for the second or third time on Wednesday he said rarely the cable from the motor to the circuit board could be bad. This cable had to be ordered and was picked up on Friday. Voila it solved the issue was solved and I was back in business.I greatly appreciate Kenny Case not giving up on us and being in constant contact.I highly recommend AIM for HVAC service and Kenny of course. I have been a customer for over 15 years and will never consider anyone else.Steven Swaim

    If youre looking for someone to replace your A/C unit, search no more! Theres truly a few good HVAC companies out there to choose from, and its a BIG investment. So we did our research & interviewed our top choices. We ended up hiring AIM A/C and Heating Services for a complete HVAC replacement in our 15 year old home, and we are absolutely confident we made the right choice. We spent quite a bit of time with Kevin King learning about our options (we have 2 zones which makes ours a little more complicated than most) and what his company provides. He is a tremendously likeable and trustworthy man to do business with. He educated us on things we didnt even know were options, and let us know at what point any extra money spent wouldnt give us a return on investment.AIM was able to get the new unit ordered and ready in just 1 week. In the meantime, they came by our house TWICE (at no charge) to temporarily fix our existing unit just to get us through the 1 week wait. They responded to us so quickly, even though we hadnt even paid anything yet. That really impressed me. They will do whatever is possible to keep you comfortable until your new unit comes in.They just left an hour or so ago after completing the all-day installation. Our new Lennox is purring quietly and it feels so good in here. I cant wait to see our next electricity bill! The technicians that came to our house (and Kevin came by, too) were very professional and friendly. They made sure to keep any mess to a minimum and cleaned up 100% when they were done. Then Cesar Posas spent the extra time afterward to educate us on everything, get us completely set up online, and answer any questions we had. He even got our iPhone apps set up/connected so we can manage everything from our phones. Then afterwards AIM does the paperwork of registering your warranty and filing any rebates (PEC has one right now) for you.If you have any questions about who to call for service and/or a new HVAC system, you cant go wrong with AIM. I highly recommend them!*Ask them about the REME Halo -- Im super excited about this new technology that cleans your air and kills germs. Weve got pets and cooking sometimes fills the house with that smell (especially after frying). According to Kevin, and the REME Halo website, it actively cleans the air of those smells and more. Cant wait to give a review on that in a few weeks!EDIT 07/20/2021 -- Its been 11 months since we had our new HVAC installed. I am thrilled to report that our electricity bill has substantially decreased with this new system -- an average of 35-40% decrease every month. Thats a huge, substantial savings! Also, the REME HALO Whole Home Air Purification system is sooooo worth it! Whenever we get an odd smell (like burned dinner!), the scent is eliminated incredibly fast. Our air smells fresh & clean all the time. Also, our allergies are definitely improved. REME Halo is worth the little extra $$.

    Kennie is the BEST! He has been doing the preventative maintenance on my AC for over a year now. On his first trip out he checked all the AC vents to be certain cool air was blowing.     When its 100° in the middle of August and your AC goes out in Austin, you need to call AIM. They are a Lennox Premier Dealer which means they have access to the Signature line, and they offered the best price of all the dealers I spoke with. Kevin, the sales person, is responsive and knowledgeable which enabled me to quickly build trust and rapport with him.Once I decided to go with AIM, they purchased the replacement unit the same day, and Sesar was at my house before 8am the next morning to start the installation. I was impressed that Kevin also visited my house to provide a personal, concierge level of customer service.Sesar is very experienced and has a vast understanding of his profession and the advanced details of Lennox systems. The quality and attention to detail of the installation couldnt be better.The unit itself is much quieter than the previous one, and its a great relief to have the AC fixed in less than 24 hours.

    Sesar was the most professional tech I have ever encountered. He was on time by military standard (15 mins early.)     Our a/c unit was needing some attention and Kenny with AIM came to our rescue. We had an appointment for Friday but then got a call back that a spot for today opened up. He found that the parts needed were in stock, so he went to get them, came back, and had the unit fixed - all done within seven hours of our first call to them this morning. And a great price too!!     Around bedtime on a Friday night in early June, I discovered that my AC had gone out. I woke up early Saturday and called several companies. AIM was the first to return my call. They were understanding and placed me on the same-day schedule. The technician, Kenny, arrived sooner than expected, and was professional, kind, and courteous. My AC was fixed before 11 am and at a fair price. I was thoroughly impressed by the superior customer service of AIM during what was a stressful moment for me.     Our AC wasnt cooling the house well so I called AIM around 9am on a Thursday. Angela was able to book an appointment for that afternoon with a 2-hour window of arrival time. Kenny arrived right at the start of that window, and it was nice that I didnt have to wait around for hours. He was able to diagnose and fix the issue immediately, and was in and out within an hour. My house started cooling down right away. I dont have much experience with HVAC companies so I cant say how the prices compare but it felt like a fair price for the house call and the service (clearing out a clogged drain pipe).

He made the repair, then took the extra step of making a follow-up visit to ensure that the repair held and there were no additional leaks.     We purchased a new A/C and furnace from AIM 6 months after we moved to Kyle in 2015. They gave the best quote and provided the most superior customer service. We have had the unit serviced twice by AIM since the purchase. Cesar came out most recently in July and was very understanding when a leak was discovered in manufacturer parts. He took care of the problem quickly and explained everything thoroughly. His knowledge and expertise is greatly valued and appreciated. I will be sure to request him whenever he is available.     If you need help with your HVAC I highly recommend AIM. I had a problem with the airflow with my unit and had 3 bids made. The first two gave me solutions that would cost a couple of thousand dollars. AIM came in and told me that the flu was stuck and they fixed it in 30 seconds without charge!!!When I wanted to install an air filter they had the model I was looking for and the price was reasonable. They installed it quickly and without incident.Most recently I had my AC break down on a 95 degree day, of course, also when I had family in town visiting. They were at my house within 4 hours and had the unit fixed 1 hour after that. Thanks goodness.Again, highly recommend for all your needs!

    My family has used AIM A/C for several years now for all of our A/C needs and have always had a professional, prompt and thorough experience. Most recently, our A/C had stopped working during 100+ degree weather and we called AIM at 6:00 pm when we realized the problem (hoping maybe someone was there that late). The receptionist was super friendly and took our information and a technician (Sesar) called us back within 15 minutes. He made us an appointment for the next day for a service call, but Sesar also stayed on the phone for about 30 minutes walking me through trying to clear a clog that was in my A/C so that maybe we wouldn’t have to suffer through a hot night until they could get out to fix it. He was so patient and explained things so well that I was able to partially clear the clog and get the A/C going for the night. Sesar came out the next day and finished up everything for a very reasonable price and the A/C is running perfect. He definitely saved the day for us!! Sesar is awesome! We would definitely recommend AIM A/C!!

    Kevin, Jesse and the gang are fantastic. My AC went out in October, had these guys out for a second opinion. Kevin spent a good bit of time on the phone with me and sent Jesse out for an evaluation of what was going on with my system. I was fairly certain my 14 year old system was going to need to be replaced. Id researched some things in advance and had some ideas that I thought I needed. Jesse and Kevin helped me pick out a highly efficient system, without adding a bunch of stuff I would have otherwise (that I didnt really need). My first bill was down $100 from the month prior and roughly $80 from last October. The service and professionalism from AIM is beyond reproach. Its not often that you find a place where you are a name and not a number anymore. The entire process, from the first phone call, I felt as though service was important to them as a company - and that I as a customer was important to them as well. Ill be buying filters from these guys, just because! (Kevin says they are better and I tend to believe him, everything else he has said has been spot on) GREAT COMPANY!!

    We have used AIM to service our central unit each spring & fall for as long as I remember. We credit them for keeping our unit, original to our house, for hanging in there 24 years! That is something in Texas weather. They are friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, reasonably priced and efficient. We cant recommend them enough!

    We have had a great experience with AIM A/C and Heating Service. They are on time; they text before they come. Their service is comprehensive. The only negative is their air filters are sky high-much higher than purchasing them at the big box store. Their professionals are courteous and treat their customers with respect. They will wear a mask, if requested. At the height of covid, they wore a mask always. They wear foot coverage as not to get floors dirty. They did our new AC/Heater install. We have a yearly service contract with them, which includes one spring visit and one winter visit. We have been happy with AIM A/C and Heating Service.

    Updated on my electricity bill. My bill for April is:Total due:$88.29Next payment due by: Apr 25, 2023.Crimminies. Im shell-shocked by the decrease on my bills. This is absolutely awesome.Ive been using them since early 2014. Found them by total accident - drove by their yard when they were still on FM 2001 in Buda.Owner has just been repairing my heat pump - at least every 6 months something would break & Id be without heat/AC.Finally decided to REPLACE the entire system (January 2023) - outside unit & inside unit.Cesar (hes my guy - always the one to show up to fix something that was wrong) & his guys came out right on time. Turn around time was to be 6 hours. Nope - done way faster.They laid protective tarps all over the place where they were going to be dragging components in & out of the house.My electricity bills have rarely been under $230.00 a month. My bill for this month is $120.42. WOW WOW WOW WOW WOW!!!!!!!!Big time kudos go out to AIM for having such wonderful techs & for keeping Cesar happy so hell stay around for a long long time.

    My air conditioner went out yesterday in the afternoon. I dont know what time but I think around 3:00.Before that happened, I had already scheduled a check-up, just to make sure it was working ok. So my check-up became a diagnostic.Even better, the AC company was able to come out very first thing this morning. Within an hour it was fixed, and the tech found a way to charge me the least amount possible.Nobody wants their air to go out, but this was best case scenario.     We just had our old AC system in home fully replaced by Kevin, David, and Hunter.Our AIM team was terrific - timely arrival for our install appt, fast & efficient workers, and very respectful of our home.We decided to go with a Coleman Echelon system.     These guys are amazing!! We had another company to come out to clean and inspect our furnace. The told me that our gas valve was leaking causing and small gas leak and that a vent had a hole in it and that it would cost $970! I called AIM thinking this was steep within an hour they were at my house to look. To start there was no leak and the hole seemed to be recently done for the first company to do their co2 test and the furnace was gross and never cleaned! AIM replaced the vent that had the hole for little cost and did a very thorough cleaning! Thank goodness AIM came out and saved us from this other company! We saved their business card because we will no longer use any other HVAC company besides them! Couldnt have been happier!!

    Aim AC came and checked our AC not Cooling System was at least 14 years old. Sesar the technician quickly found the problem and advised a full replacement.. unfortunately. But was response, helpful and gave us options. We set up the date for the install and got text messages when they were on the way that morning, just as they had scheduled. They even added the names of the install crew so we would know who would be working in the house that day, They were careful to keep floors clean as they worked and had to be creative and figuring out how to get the new unit into the attic, without having to cut into the ceiling opening. They finished on time and had us cooling that day. Thanks to Sesar, Jordon and James and even had the manager Kevin helping out that day. All were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! Thanks again.     Our AC drain line clogged without us knowing and caused extensive damage in our downstairs bathroom. We called a different company who came out and said they couldn’t blow our drain line out for less than $600 because he had to build all new lines, also said we needed to replace immediately and quoted us. We decided to get a second opinion and are extremely happy we did because it led us to AIM. Not only did Jesse blow out our line so we could have AC in 90 degree heat, but he also found where our drain lines *actually* were, recommended we get a new unit and quoted us for a system we really needed. He worked with us and had our install 2 days after we signed the papers. My daughters birthday was the same day, and after a long day he even dropped by to give her some ice cream bars. So thoughtful and my husband and I feel the guys went above and beyond to take care of us before the real Texas heat hits. Can’t say enough good things about them!

    I called AIM initially as my upstairs 22 year old Heat-Pump HVAC was icing up. They discovered a leak in the internal coil and discussed options of repairing or replacing. I chose replacement due to the overall age even though the outside Rheem compressor had no issue. Sesar walked through all the different options, spending about an hour explaining differences and listening to what I was looking for. I ended up with the Lennox Elite which had a higher cost than I was initially planning for but seemed to fit my needs best. (After reviewing HVAC units on-line, I found Lennox was one of the higher-priced systems.) One point to AIM is that their price is all inclusive of the system and labor.They came back 5 days later at the exact time stated with 2 guys working the upstairs unit and 2 on the outside. Kevin came by also for overall review as well. Sesar, Ken, Austin and other (sorry, did not get names!) all did a very efficient & professional install.I only have 2 critiques. There was an old HVAC power cable in the cabinet that was cut to make room in the cabinet. The cable was not taped off and I was kind of surprised when I saw the bare cut afterwards until I realized it was not powered. It would have been good practiced to at least tape the ends over and maybe put a label on it that is was unpowered. Second item does not concern them directly but the Honeywell thermostat. Honeywell seems to have a problem calibrating their temperature sensors. I first noticed this on my downstairs HVAC when I got that replaced and have never been able to correct that it reads 3-4 degrees low. The new Honeywell thermostat on my upstairs unit reads 2 degrees high.Overall, I was extremely pleased with their service and professionalism removing the old system and installing the new. I am very pleased with the quietness and efficiency (as far as it looks now) of this new Lennox system. There was no cleanup I had to do afterwards (except taping over the cut cable) and that is a welcome change from any other contractor. I will continue using AIM as long as they maintain their business is this professional, ethical manner.9/8/20 UPDATEAIM reads these reviews also! A few days after posting, Sesar came back out & checked the thermostat & outside unit. Thermostat was reading perfectly this time on both of our readings. He did some work on the outside unit & it became very quiet.Thanks for the follow-up!

    Sesar is my new favorite hero!!! Another company told me that my A/C unit is garbage and I would be better off leasing a unit from them for $200-$250/month. I read the fine print on their website after the salesman left, and learned that even at the END of the 8-yr leasing term (after paying $24,000), I wouldn’t own the equipment! They would want a percentage of the installed cost to “buy” the unit. A percentage that would NEVER reach zero (even after paying the company $45,000. How is that ok??? Anyway, Sesar was highly recommended by a friend, and he came within 24 hours of my request for an estimate on a new unit from AIM. He took the time to check out my “garbage” and actually made my A/C unit work!!! On the spot. He taught me a lot in the process, and I was perfectly thrilled to pay him a simple service fee!!! I will be calling him again for sure, and will recommend him to anyone who asks.

    Ok, so my AC wasnt getting as cool as it normally would, I called a competitor of AIM, their name starts with F and end with X and only has one vowel in the middle. I was informed by their repair person that my unit was low on freon and would be prohibitively expensive to fix, so he sent out the person who does quotes for new HVAC systems. Although a pleasant experience, I was floored by a quote for almost 9K for a new heat pump, not to mention that they werent responsible if they hooked up the unit and it didnt work with my electrical connection. I proceeded to call a couple of other companies....who didnt show up for the appt., and the other one didnt even send me a promised quote. I called AIM and Kevin was here bright and early the next AM. Looked at my system, promised me a quote in the afternoon, got it on time. It was nearly 3K less than the F*X quote, with AIM giving me a higher SEER unit on top of it. Went with AIM, they went the extra mile on the install, putting a breaker box that wasnt even included in the quote, among several small favors they did for me without me even asking. Their installer (Caesar) knew exactly what he was doing and did a beautiful job. The new unit is working above my expectations and I couldnt be more satisfied with the product and service, call them...you wont regret it.

    My AC went out and 3 other companies came by and tried to repair my AC. They all kept adding freon which immediately leaked out. I then went on a search for someone who could dignose the problem and provide a new unit if necessary. I looked on the web to determine what I should look for in an AC company. AIM is the only company that did everything by the book! The diagnosed the problem, measureed the house to make sure I was getting the right tonnage (Everyone else just asssumed I neeeded another 5 ton) After measuring they said I really only needed a 4 ton unit. My bills are down and my system runs great. I also bought the extended warranty and I had a problem with the fan. They were out that day to diagnose the problem, picked up my new part in Austin that day and had it running again by 5pm> I call that seervice. BTW It did not costs me a penny!

    My HVAC outdoor compressor needed service due to a mechanical failure, and AIM did an amazing job. Jesse Yanez showed up on time, actually listened to my description of the problem (which is more rare than I would like) and thoroughly diagnosed and inspected the whole system.I had already identified the problem part before calling around and AIM gave me the greatest confidence that they were going to fix and replace the right components the first time while also looking for possible secondary damage from the contactor failure.Very professional, explained everything thoroughly, and had a great working knowledge of the system. Couldnt ask for better! Thanks AIM!
