I am beyond happy with the quality of work that Affordable Services provided. They were on time, worked fast, were very respectful, and were very clean. This Texas heat is no joke so I am so happy that I found Affordable Services because they were able to come out faster that any other company could and also offered a great price for their work. I will definitely use them again if needed and will recommend them to anyone that I know.

The whole team at Affordable was great from start to finish. They were very prompt from my first VM all the way through the process. After a thorough check, It was determined that we had a bad fan motor, on our small unit. The motor happen to be on back order but the team was very responsive in securing one in a timely mannor and coming back first thing after holiday weekend to get us back up and running. A thorough check was completed once the motor was installed to ensure no other components failed (compressor.) The whole team was very professional in every interaction I had with them and they were extremely fairly priced. I would highly recommend to anyone in the north Dallas area.

My heat pump system stopped cooling during the 100deg F recent temps. All I knew was that the thermostat was blank Their Customer Service rep (Monica) was extremely responsive in setting up any appointments and keeping me informed. The owner (Adriel Veliz) checked out my system and found a bad internal circuit breaker. They were unsure what other components were affected, so they ordered the parts and gather up additional parts that may be needed once the power was repaired. I was very impressed by their attention to detail and their communication skills. I never felt that I was left out on a limb, and they kept me informed of all progress. There was more wrong than they initially thought and they worked with me to the extent that I felt that their repairs were very fair and honest. I have no problem recommending this company for any cooling or heating repairs.

I cannot speak more highly of Affordable Services! The team is very professional and truly has the customers best interest at heart. The team quoted us a price that beat out several other competitors in our area. The owner listened to our questions intently and was extremely knowledgeable of the in’s and out’s of the equipment and industry. The team showed preparedness all the way through, from proper measurements the day before installation to ensure everything could fit and be removed, to covering our flooring and wearing protective shoe coverings, and finally cleaning up all attic trash and hauling off all old equipment. Upon efficient completion of the installation that took less than a business day, the owner came back to the job site to survey the final installation and to check that my husband and I were happy with the service. Again, I can’t say enough about this company and highly recommend anyone needing their AC serviced or replaced to give them a call!

Adriel and Monica are amazing people who do excellent work. They are very thorough to find the real problem and explaining the work needed. After having horrible service from another company, it was so refreshing to work with someone who knew what they were doing and cared to get the job done right. I will highly recommend them for any a/c issues. They truly go above and beyond expectations.

We had some issues with our old AC unit and called Affordable Service to have it check out. The professionalism and attention to detail from the beginning was so amazing. They came immediately to look at it (on a Sunday) and had everything installed in a short period of time. Highly recommended!
