Advanced Air Conditioning moves FAST! They gave me a preliminary estimate for a new A/C and heater about a month ago. I wanted some clarifications so I called for some help in going over the details. Scot volunteered to come talk to me last Thursday; he went over the details and gave me a price. Once I agreed, he told me he could have it installed the next day!Brian arrived Friday morning at 8:00 - right on time, followed by Rowdy and 3 other guys driving the big truck. Scott arrived shortly thereafter and helped unload the new stuff and load up my old equipment. One crew had a cancellation so I had virtually the whole company at my installation.They were like ants on an anthill, quickly removing ductwork and furnace coil, then installing everything. Rowdy showed me the ins and outs of the thermostat and then adjusted the fan speed.They were done and gone before noon.I would give them 6 stars if I could!

They normally call ahead when maintenance is due to schedule a visit, but for some reason or another, missed us this year.Beyond that, once we called they had immediate availability and sent someone out right away. Caleb arrived on time and very efficiently went through the service and addressed all my concerns. He very professionally took his time to test and address issues and advised me patiently. 1 hour service time was acceptable. When we got home from shopping we noticed the AC wasnt working. We were due to go on vacation in two days so I had to get it fixed ASAP. After a quick check of circuit breakers I called Advanced. It was after hours so I got the answering service. Got a call from the technician, Brian, a few minutes later. He was extremely polite. He told me what the after hours fee would be and asked if I wanted to wait until the next morning. I thought the fee was a fair price and told him I wanted him to comet as soon as possible. He said he would be heading our way shortly. When he arrived he quickly diagnosed the problem (low coolant) and showed me the price to fix it. The price was a shock for what i thought was a fairly easy fix but at that point , I just wanted it done. Brian was professional and very knowledgeable. He completed the task in the minimum amount of time and quickly answered any questions I had. I would highly recommend Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating.

Didn’t like the fact that the service technician told me & my mom & daughter we had a 6 months warranty on the receipt it stated 30 days warranty. I don’t like being lied to. The front desk person only said she don’t know why he told me that. It’s just not good business when you lie to a customer like that. I am very disappointed & upset. I won’t be trying this Advance Air Conditioner Service again or recommend anyone. Advance Air Conditioner they did me right I had an issue going on with them but honey they made this right they put my 6 month warranty & Service my AC from leaks & I will definitely recommend anyone to use this service.

After a brief conversation on the phone, they had a service technician out in basically no time. Our tech was Ryan, who was very professional and knowledgeable, not to mention courteous and friendly. He was able to get to the root of the issue quickly, and gave us a clear no-nonsense explanation of all our options. The pricing was about what you can expect with these types of repairs; we needed some electronics replaced in the furnace which is not cheap, but all in all I felt like the cost was very fair. They determined my unit was out (it was nearly 20 years old) & emergency scheduled me for a new unit.Six months of blissful cool air later, I received a call reminding me I had a free service check. The technician, Corey, was thorough & incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the numbers hed written on my service check.I ended up scheduling a bi-annual maintenance/ service check as I was so pleased (preventative checking never hurts, either).In summary, I couldnt recommend Advanced Air Conditioning & Heating more. The service was prompt & friendly.
