Our furnace quit working early Sunday morning. I called Johnny, and he was at our house within an hour. He fixed the issue and we had heat again by 9:30 that same morning. He was quick, efficient, polite, personable, and reasonably-priced. I would highly recommend him for your HVAC needs.

MY A/C went quit blowing cold at 7pm at night in the middle of summer. After calling a few friends to see who to call because I was new to Tyler and didnt know who to call, I was overwhelming referred to Action Tech AC & Heating. Even though it was 7:30 by that time , Johnny Taylor the owner came personally and was there in 30 minutes. Turned out it needed to be recharged and within 10 minutes my AC started blowing cold again! Mr Taylor also gave me a Free inspection on my unit and showed me some serious updates that needs to be done. I was expecting to pay out the nose for having to call him at night and was shocked when he gave me the bill, it was extremely less then what I expected! I highly recommend Johnny Taylor with Action Tech AC & Heating!

Called several A/C companies based soley on reviews from the Google when our A/C fan went out at the end of May. A couple answered & gave me prices for labor. Out of the handful of others, one didnt respond at all, but sent a tech out anyway. The only A/C company that both responded & set up a time was Action Tech. It didnt hurt that he offered the best pricing for hourly labor! I could tell he was tired & had been booked solid as these East Texas temperatures began to rise, but Johnny said he would make it out the next day if 8PM wasnt too late. When youre hot, youre hot. Even worse if Mama & baby are hot at night while you work graveyards!!So, May 31, one of the services that never called me back, sent out a tech early afternoon. I asked him about their hourly rate (since I hadnt talked to any of their people) & it was pretty reasonable, just a few dollars more than Action Tech & considerably less than the short list of others I had actually spoken with. I thanked him for his time & apologized for him having to drive all the way out to Flint for nothing, but Action Tech had actually set up an appointment & despite our desire for cool running air, I was willing to wait on the only company that called back, offered fair pricing, & set up a time...especially since they were willing to come late in the evening after working all day. That kind of commitment is rare these days & is greatly welcome in my book. So, we sweated a bit (literally) to wait for Action Tech.They did not disappoint. They had asked for pictures of the unit before they came, just in case the fan motor needed to be replaced. He was on time almost to the second & worked diligently even though he had been out on calls all day. He prorated his labor costs since it took a little longer than expected, but he had us soaking in cold air in no time!Thats pretty great & worthy of a 5* review, but there is more.A few days ago, the fan went out again, just over 3 months since the fix. Now, our A/C is really struggling & doesnt have a lot left in her. So, I called Johnny back & told him what was going on. It took a hot minute, but he was able to squeeze in a service call for me. Showed up perfectly on time & went straight to work. Fixed the small wiring issue that was the problem, shook my hand, & headed to his next gig.I was worried that we would have to haggle about pricing, labor costs, etc....but we didnt. He simply fixed the issue & its cool sailing again in our house.THAT is what service is! THAT is what makes a good business! THAT is why he is my A/C guy & why I recommend him!Service, fair pricing, a willingness to work hard & late for the consumer, & a man that stands by his work.That is rare these days. Action Tech & Johnny in particular are top notch. Pretty sure my A/C will go to the great HVAC in the sky sometime next year & I already know exactly who I will call.Thank you, Johnny.Thank you, Action Tech A/C.If you need A/C HVAC service, look no further. Hes earned every 5* rating & definitely earned my business from here on out. Hire his service. Worth every penny.

Mr. Taylor is fair in his dealings with customers. I am friends with him but because I had a warranty in place, I used another company. Upon install. I started having major issues with my system. Had a technician come out to diagnose a cooling issue my mother was having with the unit installed in April. The technician identified the problem which was the unit outside unit didnt match the inside unit. He gave us a quote the next day. Came out and install the correct units, and called the Texas Licencing board, and filed a compliant on our behalf. The installation of the new units was completed in a few hours. All technician were respectful and professional. We would recommend Action Tech Air Conditioning and Heat for your HVAC needs.

Wow! All I can say is we are totally in awe of the work they did. Asked them to come out for a basic maintenance inspection for the summer season which they did. That night - completely by coincidence- our AC has a small item break. Not only did they come out the next day (a major holiday mind you) but also NO CHARGE! Cant say enough great things.
