During the freak-of-nature, below-freezing temp days in Houston, my heater mysteriously stopped working. The Action Air guys arrived within 3 hours of my calling them. Turned out to be a very simple, cheap fix (a switch)! They were so nice and refreshingly honest! I will call them again! -

Fabulous and prompt customer service. Couldnt ask to be treated any better. Leroy was honest, sincere and hard working. He diagnosed our problem immediately and repaired our AC.
