Last week my air basically stopped out of no where at the end of the day and I was unsure of how long or when it would be fixed. They came right out gave me an estimate and since it was literally the end of the day they ordered our part and fixed it the next day! Great response, very knowledgeable as they explained to us what happened, and fair pricing! He’s now our go to for all things Air and heating!

Andres is THE MAN! Most down to earth, honest, respectful AC guy I have ever met. As long as we live in this area I absolutely refuse to go through anyone else from now on. Wish I could give a million stars. I originally paid $99 for another AC company to come out and diagnose the issue but the guy seemed really shady. He quoted us this exorbitant amount of money to fix it. I had a bad feeling about him so I was referred by a good friend to call up Andres and man am I glad I did! He saved our family so much money and stress. Really good man here with a big heart. He even drove from Dallas to our house in Wylie at the end of his long shift just to help us out. If y’all want a trustworthy AC guy then Andres is your man.

Mr. Castillo’s service was outstanding!! I live In a 100 year old home in old Oak Cliff, and my Heating and Air Conditioning system needed some serious help. My issues were diagnosed and explained to me and my wife in very good detail. I agreed to the fair and reasonable price and and he got straight to work. “AC” (Andre Castillo) was able to get the part I needed warrantied which saved me a bit on cost and also helped with our home warranty insurance. He also installed overflow sensors in case of a leak (which gave my wife peace of mind, and me just peace), and also insulated my whole up stairs attics something I can as planning on doing later on this year.But after a fair price he got it done!! Mr. Castillo and his crew did an amazing job. My 100yr. Old, 2300 sq ft house cools extremely fast now and the system a is running flawlessly. I 100% recommend Andre Castillo services to anyone needing heating and air conditioning AND/OR insulation work!👍🏼👍🏼

This is by far the best HVAC company Ive ever worked with. And Im not sure Ive ever worked with a bad one, but this ACs Heating and Air really seems to understand the customer in a way that really goes a long way with me and its something that cant be taught in trade school. [Maybe its a TX thing? Were new here.] The caring for people and their largest investment [their home] cant be taught. So getting to experience the benefits of their as a customer as just been awesome. While this is my least favorite purchase [only behind tires] Im definitely glad to use ACs Heating and Cooling for years to come.

Andres was on time, polite. Got to work right away, came prepared. Appreciated that he knew exactly how to fix my a/c issue. He made sure the repair was to my satisfaction, and still added a plug to make sure there wasn’t a leak in the future. He also unclogged the pipe to prevent a water back up. I would recommend him to people I know, and call him again.

After having multiple years of problems with our HVAC system cooling, and multiple different companies out to diagnose and repair, we finally got answers and our problems fixed. ACs Heating and Air were professional and prompt in responding to our call for help in this Texas heat.Andres took his time to inspect the entire system and identified multiple issues that could be causing the system not to work properly. He was able to get the system up and running until a permanent fix could be done. He gave a quote with different options for repair and what he recommended but ultimately left the decision up to us.I would 100% recommend ACs Heating and Air and plan to have regular maintenance with them.

I saved Acs in my phone so I can find them when I need them again! I called because we were having issues with our inside AC unit (our blower motor quit) and Andres came out to our house that afternoon! He talked with us, checked it out, was very professional, very helpful, told us clearly exactly what the problem was and promised to check for the part we needed the next morning so he could get it fixed for us as soon as possible. He was able to find the part and even though he couldnt come himself the next day, the gentleman he sent to do the work was also very professional, respectful, knowledgeable and took care of it. I will definitely use them again and I will refer anyone to them! Its nice to have someone who I feel I can trust to call on when we need HVAC help!

Andres did regular servicing of our AC units and discovered a valve that was leaking on one. The Carrier part to fix it was $400. He came up with a workaround idea and the part and labor was only $50 and is working great. The unit is getting older and he knew that we would be needing to replace it in next couple of years so was nice enough to tell us that and get us working for now instead of upselling us and taking advantage. He also does a fantastic job of servicing the units. He actually takes them apart, vacuums and cleans all the leaves and debris that have gotten inside the units. He is honest, thorough, and professional. How refreshing!

I called Andres on a super hot Saturday, my scenario was; I have 4 little kiddos AND I was getting ready to throw my husband and mini birthday quarantine celebration, so a hott house was looking to be a miserable situation for me. We woke up on a Sunday morning during the Texas Winter storm with no heat. We were so worried with most businesses closed on Sunday that we would not be able to receive any help that day with freezing temperatures continuing to drop. Luckily my call was answered right away early Sunday morning and service arrived within two hours of my call. Unbelievably quick in the middle of a snow storm on a Sunday morning.
