    ABSOLUTE ZERO should be called ABSOLUTE EXCELLENCE! Lloyd was very pleasant to work with; was patient and understanding, had a very upbeat personality and always a great smile. He was determined to get our HVAC running again, even though several other techs from other companies said it couldnt be repaired. He persisted and saved us from having to replace the whole system. His prices were good and budget conscientious. He communicated well explaining the whats and whys so that I understood.     First had them service my ac in December of 2023, Lloyd was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He came back may 2024 to recheck freon levels and again Lloyd was a wonderful tech. He told me what to do to keep unit running efficiently so there wouldnt be problems in future. I would definitely call on Lloyd again for our ac unit problems.

    Very good company. I was impressed the second I called them, the person took my order on the phone was very clear and polite. Lloyd the technician that came to address the issue was very knowledgeable and efficient. He also educated me on how take care of my AC system as a preventative measure to avoid little problems that might become big. I definitely recommend them to all the homeowners in San Antonio.

    Our home is 5 years old, but for the second summer in a row, our A/C struggled to keep up with the heat. Once the outside temperature hit 85 degrees, our air conditioner just couldnt cool our home. Last year, we were advised to replace the entire unit and ductwork, but we decided to wait, hoping it was a one-time issue. Unfortunately, the problem returned this summer.In search of a reliable second opinion, we called Absolute Zero Heating & Air Conditioning. Lloyd agreed to come after normal work hours to diagnose the problem, which was incredibly accommodating. He arrived promptly and respectfully removed his shoes, adhering to our cultural preference.Lloyds expertise was evident as he confidently explained every step of his inspection. He tested the Freon levels and discovered they were low. After adding Freon, our home is now cool again, thanks to Lloyd. He also shared best practices for managing cool temperatures specific to our home, which was very helpful.We highly recommend Absolute Zero Heating & Air Conditioning and especially Lloyd for their professional, thorough, and respectful service. Thank you, Lloyd, for saving our summer!

    Lloyd is absolutely awesome! I brought my husband home from having brain surgery just to find out my water heater blew a hole in my wall and flooded my laundry room. Lloyd came out and made sure we had hot water and made a pretty difficult time a little bit easier.Thank you Lloyd for looking out for us and also taking the time to educate us!!!

    I submitted a home warranty claim on Labor Day for A/C service. Within a few hours, Lloyd was there. He did a great job, inspected the entire system and diagnosed the problem then repaired it. While the service wasnt covered by warranty, his price was very reasonable especially given he came out on a holiday. I would call him again for a repair!

    Absolute zero is the best in San Antonio when it comes to getting your ac checked or fixed. Lloyd is a very knowledgeable individual with honesty. He takes his time and what sets him apart from other ac and heat company’s is that he takes pictures to show and explain what’s wrong with it. We will only use absolute zero for our ac needs you should to you will not be disappointed

    Absolute zero heating and cooling. Is an amazing company.the techs are always on time no matter what time of day even on weekend and evening.extremely knowledgeable ,friendly and helpful in getting me the best system and products .while still saving me money and always willing to take the time to explain all the procedures to me along with explaining all my options.beside that they always have best prices for their extremely excellent work…..But I really want to take a minute out to really thank my technicians LLOYD & Robert for going out of there way. When my elderly mother of 89yrs ,and on an oxygen machine.. her A/C decided to died in the middle of summer an another replacement wasn’t able to get here for a week .they went above and beyond the call of duty with there blessed heart.they went to the nearest a/c supply store and got her a window unit out of there own pocket and installed it and everything.even left it for her at the wnd of it all . Just incase her a/c ever went out again .all I can say is wow these guys are amazing. Hats off to you absolute zero heating and cooling we need more companies out there who care for their clients in this manner……or amazing techs like Lloyd&ROBERTTHANKS AGAIN GUYS

    Lloyd helped me with my AC needs, my AC units inside and out needed to be replaced and Lloyd made sure he found me a great unit for a great price, he also installed them and made sure everything worked perfectly.
