    Tommy (the GM) and his crew are outstanding. Quick and easy turnaround on an aging AC system that was full of mold and hardly working. They installed a top of the line system to replace and we are extremely happy with the entire process. I chose them because of the 5 star reviews. I see why now! We will be contacting them again to replace our downstairs system as well as soon as it kicks the bucket.

    Matthew and Victor were great! Matthew determined the issues with our system, and got the necessary parts ordered. Victor came out and replaced the necessary components quickly.     First off I just want to say this for people who don’t want to read a long review. I highly recommend Above and Beyond Air Conditioning without any reservations. You will not be disappointed.Here are the details for those who want them. Before buying our house we were told by the home inspector that our system was old and would most likely need to be replaced soon. It was from 2002, so it was on it’s last legs. We called some other companies before Above and Beyond. The average wait time was about three weeks before anyone could even come out. I am so glad they were booked otherwise we would not have discovered this gem of a company.We called, and they said they would have someone out the NEXT day. Tommy and Dustin showed up and all I can say is they were great. They explained things in laymen’s terms, without dumbing things down. They gave us options from basically putting a band aid on the system, all the way up to what was involved with a new system. There was no pressure to go in either direction. Knowing what we knew of our present system, we decided that it would be more cost effective to go with a new system. I will also say that their prices were very competitive. Today it is rare to find a company that provides low prices with great products and customer service. Usually you get one and not the other. That is definitely not the case here.They said they could install one the following day. Talk about not having to wait!The crew showed up the next morning ready to get to work. They did a fantastic job removing the old system and installing the new one. They were hard working, very unobtrusive and quite knowledgeable. When they left, there was not one wrapper, cardboard box, or any other sign that they had been there at all. Most importantly, the new system worked great.The following day Tommy and Dustin returned to check on the work, do some final tweaks and to make sure that we were happy. Usually once a company has your money, the caring ends there. That is not the case with Above and Beyond.I’d like to add the disclaimer that I am in no way affiliated with the Company or any of it’s employees. I am just highly satisfied with everything from start to finish. You will not be disappointed by the work or the people. The work ethic is exceptional.     Our AC unit was running 15 + hours a day and not very well. Matt came out and diagnosed multiple issues, which warranted a new unit. They also noted that my previous two stage unit was not appropriate for San Antonio. My humidity levels were 60-74%The NEXT day, Victor, TJ and Alex arrived at 9 AM to begin removal of entire HVAC system (interior and exterior components). The new Carrier heating and cooling system was installed by 1PM. The house cooled quickly and has 51% humidity.The installation was professional. They corrected previous installation issues, such as electrical wiring rerouting, etc. They provided focused, professional, highly competent and conscientious service. They notably referred to one another as sir during the installation. Words and attitudes matter !I highly recommend them for HVAC service. They will be my single source provider in the future.

    The namesake is correct, these guys will definitely go above and beyond for you. Our technician Matthew broke everything down for us and made sure to check everything out. Got us up and running same day. My whole unit needed cleaned out and the install manager Victor got there the same day within a couple hours to clear it out and I was left with recommendations on how to avoid my unit failing in the future. Very professional job and customer service is out of this world. Highly highly highly recommend these guys, theyre the best!

    To say that I am happy with Above and Beyond services is a complete understatement. I have been dealing with AC issues for a long time and it has been terrible. I continuously got the run around from multiple companies and it was very frustrating. To have Above and Beyond come in, identify the issue immediately and give me a solution and secondary option was great. While I was hesitant to believe it would be that easy because of the stuff that we went through over the last year, I chose to allow them to give it a shot. Victor, Steven, and TJ were stand up gentlemen and very professional. They were very courteous to me, my property, and my family. The entire experience beginning with Tommy to the end with Victor and his team completing the job was top tier. Victor continuously communicated with me as things progressed. I will keep this company as my choice of AC and heating needs. 100% recommend this company.

    This company is the best in San Antonio for anything AC. Called them for a leaking AC unit. Lenny came over to check it out. There was an issue with the condensate pump. He was easy to talk to and explained everything to me so that I understood. They offered me a fair price to fix it and Lenny fixed it the same day! On top of that, Lenny was friendly and respectful. I got the impression that these people genuinely care about doing a good job and about offering excellent customer service. I will 100% call them for any AC issues I have in the future.

    Tommy and his crew definitely went above. And beyond for my husband and I.Our ac Went out the beginning of a weekend and we were facing 2 days of miserable heat. He sent his guy over with a window unit so that my husband could be comfortable. He had been receiving treatments and it was hard for him to deal with this excessive heat. They came first thing Monday to put in the new unit. And we just felt like we were such a priority.They are true angels

    Mng.Coffey and the Installers, Victor and Abel demonstrated knowledge, skill, good communication and goals to do a difficult install job well. They worked very hard under difficult conditions and communicated unforseen challenges and solved them. They made sure we had AC the first night and came back the next day to make sure the job was completed to their high standards. Glad to find Above and Beyond Air Conditioning & Heating.     Came home to a hot house on a Sunday afternoon! Called Above and Beyond. Cayla was very nice and said GM would call in 30 minutes. He called in less than 5 minutes with an estimated arrival time for technician. Technician, Gerald, texted to let me know his status and showed up when expected. Gerald was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose problem and fixed it right away. He showed me how to keep unit clean and what to look out for in the future. Gerald was excellent! I am very grateful for his prompt service. I highly recommend Above and Beyond!

    Their name says it all! Above & Beyond is not just a name that sounds good, it exemplifies their core values, which I identified as integrity, caring and excellence! No surprises. Matthew came out and accessed the issues on the split heat pumps and gave us a quote for the work needed. Victor, Chris and Stevie arrived on time the next day and serviced both units.     I can’t say enough great things about Dustin, Tommy and all the folks at this company. My AC was leaking to my outside porch, leaving a pool of water. I called for spoke with Dustin and he offered to come out the next morning which he did. Two days prior I had another AC guy come out since I put in a service call with my home warranty through American Home Shield. After paying $56/month and $125 for the service call, he told me it wasn’t covered under my warranty and he wasn’t going to fix it since it was considered a maintenance issue. As a single mom, I’m always leery and cautious when it comes to hiring companies to do work that’s why I was hopeful with buying a home warranty but unfortunately, it proved to be the exact opposite.With Above and Beyond, I did my research and their 5 star rating proved to be exactly what I experienced. Dustin and his team were extremely thorough, cleaned up after themselves and he even came back after a week to make sure everything was running just as it should and I was happy. Tommy, the General Manager, called me to follow up, make sure i was pleased and see if I had any questions. It’s a challenge to find any company that has this level of work ethic and incredible customer service. This is the only AC company I would ever refer. They have definitely lived up to their name. During one of the hottest days in San Antonio my AC stopped working. I was immediately scheduled for the next day-which was amazing. Dustin and Chris W. were very professional, respectful (wore masks, etc) and deeply knowledgeable about their craft, especially for someone like me who is a first time homeowner. They both were very organized in their approach to the repair.     Called these folks early Saturday morning for a non working/cooling AC. They were at my home pretty quickly afterwards.     The guys at Above and Beyond are real professionals. They installed my new Trane system last year, and they did a fabulous and timely job. Throughout the process they were responsive, accommodating, and timely. Since the install, they have been out for a check-up and a service call, and both times I felt very secure with their work. For the service call, they were out at my place within an hour, on a Saturday, after 8 oclock. Thats great service! Anyone in Texas knows that a down AC in the summer is an emergency, and these guys respond in kind. Im very satisfied, and you will be too!

    Let me start off by saying that i could not be happier with Dustin and the folks at Above and Beyond. We couldnt even get our boxes unpacked as we moved into our newly purchased home before we noticed some issues with our air conditioning. The pre-purchase home inspection kinda failed us as they told us that we still had life in our unit before having to invest in a new system. Now if you have ever bought a house then you know the struggle of potentially having to sink money into something you were not expecting, especially something that can cost as must as an ac unit. A few phone calls later to a couple of Air Conditioning outfits and i stumble across this Gem of a company. Everything about them just felt like they went above normal protocol. Between the interaction with me and with my ac unit i knew that i had the right company for the job. I am a very proud penny pincher but when it comes to my ac unit i need someone who knows what they are doing. This is something that my wife and kids will constantly be breathing while home and i want to make sure that everything is safe. Let me tell you that the inspection they did to my ENTIRE system makes me feel better about my kids having a safe place to live. Needless to say i had my entire system replaced as it was an old unit at a really good price compared to some of the other well known outfits.     I give them a 5-Star Endorsement! Tommy Coffey (General Mgr) was extremely knowledgeable and helped walk me thru several cost-effective options to replace the dead A/C system in my house. Because of the extreme summer heat, he dropped everything and made time to come do an on-site assessment for me the same day I called and even offered to bring some portable A/C units over at no cost to help cool the primary living areas down to a tolerable level. He listened carefully to my needs, quoted me very fair prices on several solutions to my problem, took the time to explain how their “above & beyond” installation process differed from others, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything. After getting several competing quotes from other vendors, I confidently decided to go with Tommy’s proposal and he was able to slide me into their schedule only 2 days later. The 2-man installation crew of Victor & Abel showed up on time, worked straight thru lunch for over six solid hours in the scorching heat & humidity, and we had COOL air again by mid-afternoon! They did a wonderful install, and were courteous & professional in all regards. Tommy even dropped by the next day to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction and perform a quality assurance check to confirm all the equipment was operating correctly & cooling at peak efficiency. Now, THAT’S what I call going Above & Beyond! If you’re looking for an HVAC company you can trust, these are the people you should call!!

    These guys are awesome. They honestly do go above and beyond. Tommy did my initial estimate. He explained what the issues with my system were and proved it with several different device readings. We scheduled the install quickly and it was done in one day. When he went to do a quality check the next day, he noticed I had some unlocked windows and checked through the house for any other security issues (I wasn’t in town). He always called to check in, he was very professional, explained things well and never pushy.

    Tommy Coffey came out on July 2, when no one else would. Tommy is the General Manager, and he came to us from the office when another technician was not readily available. He accessed the problem and he gave us the bad news that we needed a replacement unit. He told us that his installers would pick up the components as soon as the distributors opened on Tuesday after the Jul 4 holiday and they would be here by 10AM and would complete the installation that day. Everything went just as he said. The installers did a great job; they were competent and professional. I highly recommend Above and Beyond AC. They do go above and beyond.

    This company is terrific! 10/10! Our old system went out on the 4th of July weekend and Tommy showed up. He was very up front about our options. He lent and installed window units for free since it would be a couple of days before our new unit could be installed due to the holiday weekend. I can’t recommend this business enough!     I first used this company A couple of years ago. It was mid summer and my unit failed causing a leak in my ceiling as a result of a major component failure. I had four month old triplet and a stifling hot house. Dustin came out troubleshot the problem to a major component. It was late in the day and he routed one tech to pick up the part and another to come out and help him with the work. They got my unit working that evening. They filed a warrentee claim and got me the component for free without me asking. I have used them ever since. On three occasions they fixed my problem over the phone and would not accept payment for the help. As mentioned above I have triplet babies and frankly I don’t have Tim for doing reviews however these guy are such a good company others should know. Have rent houses and have used many companies... not anymore I found the best.

Their installers, Victor and Abel, came to my home and knocked out the installation in about 3 hours from start to finish. They were kind and they were courteous and they cleaned up all of their construction debris when they were finished.     I called Above &Beyond for a second estimate. They were well below the original estimate. They scheduled me for repairs the next day and showed up an hour early. The original estimate told me they would replace my coil and put freon for 5500. But could not tell me when they would fix it. Plus I would only have a 1 year warranty. Above & Beyond replaced the whole unit, plus I received a 10 year warranty on it.

    Tommy came out within a few minutes of the first call. He got my ac cooling right away. He explained that my system used the obsolete Freon and gave me options. I knew the system was 20 years old and was already on borrowed time, so I opted a for new one. The Above & Beyond team was able to get the parts and completely install it the same day. Tommy came back out the next day to do a quality check. I have never experienced that before, but it was much appreciated. The system is cool and much quieter.

Only charged me $49 dollars for fan adjustment, service call.Been at mercy of many locak big name companies since unit installed July 2010.By far, this was first time a srvice repair call .professional did not yry to sell me anything i didnt need.Dustin did make several hpful suggestions, and took his time to teuly EXPLAIN everything( not manspalaining as others have, insulting a womans intelligence as a home owner.I cannot recommend Above and Beyond more as your go to A/C, Heating, HAVC professional! Then they had an army of folks come out on Monday to replace my A/C unit (inside and out) in less than 4 hours.     The technician was very prompt. He was ableb to assess the problem I was having with the information I provided . He was able to diagnose the situation very quickly and effectively. The problem was with the overflow basin drain tube was plugged And not draining the condensation and causing a sensor to shutdown the system. Larry was on the money With his diagnosis and the problem was solved in record time with no expense. He also told me not to use bleach I was using all this time instead use vinegar and hot water.
