Abacus and Julio stand behind their work. I had a callback on some plumbing work done for me. The issue involved a manufacturing defect that was not obvious and not under the control of Abacus. Julio came back and spent significant time troubleshooting the issue and correcting it by replacing the offending part. Abacus is a great plumbing house and trustworthy. I highly recommend Abacus

I am so happy i decided to call Abacus! My technician Alfredo was very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough! My kitchen sink and drain line had been clogged for 2 months, John Moore tried to fix it and could not. Alfredo stuck with it and was able to clear the clogged line with his persistence to resolve the issue. He made sure the water was running smoothly and advised me how to prevent future issues since the line runs 60 to the septic. I am so excited that on Thanksgiving Eve i can use my sink again! I have a new plumber and they have a customer for life! Thank you Alfredo!!

Robert Mendez installed my new water heater last year. He was professional, friendly and efficient. Today Andrew Medellin came to do an inspection of the water heater and flush. And to my surprise the service I signed up for includes a whole house plumbing inspection. He was very thorough, courteous, professional, patient and knowledgeable. I really appreciate when people take the time to listen to the customers concerns and explain things. He also said he would send me a report complete with pictures and estimates for any recommendations made. I look forward to seeing the report. He said it looked ok for now, but told us to keep an eye on it. We will do that, and when its time to have it replaced, will ask specifically for Jarrod. Very nice gentleman and gave us all our options. Very pleased.

Best service ever. I had a clogged water line in my kitchen. Mike, the technician couldn’t get it unclogged from under the sink so he went on my roof and unclogged it from the pipe vent. Outdoor spigot broke off while I was trying to remove tight water house with a wrench The copper pipe broke off at the brick and to make matters worse, occurred in the evening and was quickly flooding mine and my neighbor’s yard. Simply turning water off till the next morning was not an option with 2 kids in the house. I made after hours call to Abacus. Robert Zepeda called to give me an eta, he made it to my home and assessed the work that was needed. He gave me options, and then worked on quickest solution to avoid disturbing my neighbors and fix the problem. Repair was completed within an hour of his arrival. I informed Jacob that I drained and flushed my water heater. I used the pressure relief valve to vent the tank while draining. When finished the valve would not shut allowing water to pass. Jacob showed up and I told him what I did. He showed me what to do and let me do it. It worked. Valve worked as it was supposed to. I thanked Jacob and asked him what I owed. He told me a hand shake. Our passed with flying colors with zero issues. We love the print out, photo, and description of what was checked also with a quick follow up via email. You probably ask why have yall been using them for 3 years?---everyones house begin to age certain things in the home are starting to need replacement. I see that up and down my neighborhood..plumbers/ electricians showing up from various companies to replace things. We started using yall 3 years ago. Everyone is always fully certified and highly qualified Yall always have the right tools and technology for the job needed. We always know things will be done RIGHT, and we trust yall with everything that needs to be done. Instead of replacing things piece by piece and delaying the total breakdown of things yall are always good about telling us our options, how detrimental the situation is, the solution options for them, and how long certain fixes will last if we choose to procrastinate on certain fixes vs total replacement. Sometimes its hard to hear the truth, because of the cost involved.
