I have used A1 in the past and again yesterday for an AC that suddenly quit working the previous evening. I have always had nothing but the best experience and service from Lynn. He keeps me informed about when he will be coming, he is very reasonable and dependable. Honestly, why would I call anybody else! He goes out of his way to help and it shows!!!

Our home warranty used A1 and Mr. Lynn to address our AC issue today. Mr. Lynn showed up when he said he would and took care of our problem. Our units fan motor had went out and he was able to get the parts and get it back running in just a couple hours! Thank you!

I have lived in Bryan for many years, and have always trusted A1 with all my appliance, A/C, and heating needs. Lynn has always been professional and courteous in all situations! On more than one occasion, my A/C has gone out in the middle of summer. Lynn has spent time after normal business hours to make sure that my family wasn’t left in the Texas heat!! I would recommend this company to anyone I encounter. They are AMAZING!!

Ive had my HVAC repaired multiple times this year. This was the third company Ive worked with. BY FAR THE BEST! Amazing fast response time and solved the problem faster, better, and more thoroughly than either of the other companies. Lynn was Amazing. I highly recommend him.He went above and beyond to fix our HVAC the same day I called and it runs better than when I purchased this house one year ago.
